13/04/2025: I was invited to a birthday dinner at the Il Fagiano Restaurant and the overall experience was positive. Upon arrival, you are welcomed into a fascinating location: a noble house with carefully designed furnishings. The entrance with the double flight of stairs leads to a warm environment with a truly pleasant atmosphere. We appreciated the small relaxation area with sofas near the fireplace (which was turned off during our visit) and the interesting area dedicated to the display of wines, which also shows the chef's courses and awards, a sign of attention to oenological and gastronomic quality. The staff was one of the strong points of the evening: extremely welcoming, very kind and always available to provide explanations and assistance, both during service and to illustrate the buffet courses. Speaking of the food, the highlight was undoubtedly the quail eggs with black truffle, freshly cooked on the griddle in the dining room: an original idea and a flavor much appreciated by all the guests. The seared tuna is also very good. Being a buffet dinner, perhaps the general presentation of the dishes was not particularly elaborate, but the quality was good and the helpfulness of the staff in describing everything more than made up for it. The wines served during dinner were good and adequate. A small personal suggestion concerns the pairing with desserts: I would have found a sweet sparkling wine more suitable than the proposed extra dry brut, to better enhance the final flavours. Outside, the garden is very well-kept, pleasant and romantically lit, creating a suggestive atmosphere. It would be perfect if there was also a small play area to entertain the children, but it is still a very pleasant outdoor space. In conclusion, Il Fagiano offers an excellent combination of a charming historic setting, impeccable service and good quality food, with highlights such as truffle eggs. A few small details that can be improved do not detract from a highly recommended experience, especially for special occasions or a romantic dinner.

06/05/2025: Recommended by a friend of ours from Bari, we went to this wonderful restaurant. What's more, the food is delicious, the potions are very plentiful. Very fresh fish and seafood. The owner is very kind and friendly, the staff is always available. Prices normal. Super recommended.

04/12/2024: I chose the Canne Bianche facility to celebrate my daughter's baptism. We found fantastic staff to welcome us.. Ottavio and Patrizia gave us the right advice and organized everything down to the smallest details and with maximum precision and attention. We had a great lunch, all our guests were happy and satisfied. I highly recommend everyone to go there, because you will certainly be happy.. I thank Ottavio, Patrizia and all the staff once again for their seriousness and availability.

01/11/2024: Während unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltes im Canne Bianche haben wir nahezu jeden Abend im Restaurant gespeist und jeden Besuch ausnahmslos genossen. Die Qualität der Produkte und deren Zubereitung erreichen gelegentlich schon Sterneniveau nach dem Guide Michelin. Sehr empfehlenswert sind auch die frischen Fische (catch of the day). Aber auch eine Pizza mit Zucchiniblüten und Büffelmozzarella ist sehr lecker. Dazu trinkt man am besten die wunderbaren Weißweine der Region, die lecker und gästefreundlich kalkuliert sind. Wer Lust hat, kann natürlich auch einen Tignanello bestellen. Der sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Service rundet den tollen Gesamteindruck ab.

27/05/2025: Awesome for families! We’re a family of four (2 adults, 3 year old, 10 month old) and spent a day here. Beds at the end of May were €30 each, and included an umbrella, really comfortable padded chairs, and towels. The club is small which is great with kids, so even if you’re not in the first row you can see your kids in the water. The water was very calm and clear. Service was great all around and everyone spoke English. We had lunch at the beach and the waiter was so attentive and fast. Before we left we were able to clean our baby in a hot shower which was a real plus. Also, the decor here is gorgeous.

23/05/2025: Amazing little beach club! Honestly some of the best Nigiri I’ve had in my life! The club has showers, changing rooms, a lovely private sandy beach! I’d highly recommend!

24/05/2025: Tony Bar in Speziale is a real gem! Welcoming and familiar atmosphere, always kind and helpful staff. The coffee is excellent, one of the best in the area, and the pasticciotti are an absolute must-try: fresh and delicious, panzerotti and other exquisite savoury specialities, ideal for a relaxing breakfast or a regenerating break during the day. Impeccable cleanliness and excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

28/04/2025: Despite the excellent welcome, the professionalism, the friendliness and discretion of the staff and the interesting location, I will only give the fifth star when I find a wine list and not a QR code and when I don't find those tarallini in a transparent bag on the table that have nothing to do with Puglia. For the rest, everything was flawless, including the chipped plates, synonymous with attention more to the environment than to the label! The logged dishes are fantastic.

15/05/2025: I went to this place in Fasano with my wife by chance and honestly I felt good from the first moment ... very kind, professional and smiling staff. Before ordering they brought us some special tarallini, crunchy bread and local olives, all offered by the management (very welcome). We ordered two pizzas, one Margherita and one completa (tomato, mozzarella, ham, mushrooms, artichokes, olives, capers and oregano), very thin and crunchy, a real surprise, in one word "excellent" ... to drink water and orange juice at the right temperature. Another positive note is the cleanliness, in short I will return very willingly and will tell all my friends and relatives about it. Lastly there was a background with soft music that allowed us to relax to the maximum. A round of applause to the manager who I don't know and who I would like to meet the next time I go telling him to continue like this because everything is ok, also because if there had been a comma out of place I would never have written a review because I only write five-star reviews and that's it. Also the price was right in the norm, I spent €25.

20/05/2025: A nice, family-run restaurant with lots of locals, a varied menu, good prices, and friendly service: highly recommended! We ordered the grilled fish platter, but we got scampi, octopus, and squid; there was no fish. The platter was beautifully presented, and the ingredients were very well prepared. The pizza and side dishes were also delicious! Highly recommended, with a local flair!

04/05/2025: Absolutely recommended place. Excellent price quality. We ended up here by chance, we were on our way on a trip. We dined without a reservation with very little waiting for the chosen dishes.
