After half an hour of taking photos and strolling among olive trees over 1000 years old, we sat down at a table with a breathtaking view. Top-notch service, incredibly friendly people, and a truly exceptional chef. We've been to Italy many times and always love coming back, but for me, this place feels like the real Italy. Next time, we'll definitely stay overnight. This place and the entire team will always hold a special place in our hearts! 15/04/2026: This evening my husband and I went to this place for dinner. The pizzeria is located in the historic center, overlooking Fasano's main square. Our first thought upon entering was: wow! The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and classy. The staff is incredibly kind and polite, probably some of the best service I've ever encountered, making guests feel pampered but never pressured. The atmosphere is softened by lounge music, which definitely fits the name of the place, giving it a soul. The pizza is very good and light, a hybrid between Bari and Neapolitan. The ingredients are top-quality: in particular, in my husband's pizza, the pistachio pesto was delicious and artisanal. The only small drawback is that the bill is slightly higher than average. Is it worth it? We think so!

21/03/2026: Faso cafe in Fasano is a great spot for pizza lovers. The pizza is absolutely excellent ❤️perfectly cooked with high-quality ingredients and full of flavor. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, making it an ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

09/06/2026: By far the most popular of the many restaurants in the village, but not one I'd return to. The food was good but the ambience was very poor.

09/06/2026: Welcoming atmosphere both inside and out, competent and helpful staff. Excellent food made with quality ingredients. The raw fish dishes are top-notch, including the fried fish and roasted snapper, a nice interlude with raw vegetables. The wine list is well-stocked. On the Via Francigena yesterday for the second time.

21/05/2026: tradition south Italian cuisine , orecchiette ragu, was delicious!pasta casio e pepe, veal diaphragm that was so hard and tasteless, we left it all…and the chicken was a dish we really liked. They didn’t not change us for the veal and were very nice and offered us 2 glasses of wine .

07/06/2026: Up until the bill, everything was fine, but I'd say it was REALLY shameful, to say the least, after spending a whopping 120 euros on two separate bills and seeing the receipt for 5 euros JUST FOR COOKING SOUP for a two-year-old (I should point out that we brought the soup!), only for COOKING it for him. They charged me 5 euros, I didn't say anything because 5 euros doesn't change our lives and we were gentlemen, but they were terrible on a human level!! Never again, just for a matter of principle! We go to lots of restaurants every week, but something like this has never happened! Shame!

08/06/2026: Had an excellent meal here in April 2026, outstanding service, beautiful dishes. Highly recommended, but closed today. Despite the website stating that they are open. It is a shame that it is stated so misleadingly on the internet!!!!

24/12/2025: Cucina povera at its finest. You may say at first that Silvestro puts a bit too much effort in welcoming the gustes, but that's his energy and positivenes. Together with his mom, Maria, cooked dishes offer a memorable experience. It is more than the food itself, it's about culture and a feeling of being part of a family's lunch or dinner. Yes, it's simple food, but great quality ingredients, and don't measure by the money you spend, cause then you are missing the point.

30/10/2025: This restaurant will forever remain in my heart. I booked Pentole e Provette to celebrate my 8th birthday with my girlfriend. We've always wanted to try a "higher-end" restaurant, but we never expected such an experience. And I'm not just talking about the food, which is obviously fantastic (spaghettone was the real highlight of the evening), but about the passion, care, and attention that Luca and Rossella consistently and never overbearingly exude, as they describe their dishes with meticulous attention, respect, and truly PLEASURE, or simply as they ask if everything is okay and bring you more bread, because no one should take the bread away from you. They call themselves the "ferrymen" to Michelin-starred restaurants, but as far as I'm concerned, I've never had an experience so convivial yet so full of care, logic, experience, and dedication. We had a chance to chat with Rossella after dinner, and I can only wish them both the best for the future; they deserve it all. ❣️ P.S. Thanks for the surprise 💗
