02/01/2026: Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience, both in terms of organization and cuisine. Upon arrival, we had to wait a long time for a table, with disorganized management of reservations and scheduling. Once seated, the situation didn't improve. The seafood salad was rubbery and unpleasant, almost inedible. The Margherita pizza was completely tasteless, excessively greasy, and tasted like a plain pizza with oil and no real character. The pasta with sauce was extremely salty, so much so that it overpowered any other flavors. The only positive note was the friendly and fast table service, but unfortunately, it wasn't enough to make up for the poor cuisine and poor initial organization. There's really a lot of room for improvement.

02/01/2026: We had dinner at Maria and Mimmo's, who are two wonderful people. The place is very welcoming, the service impeccable, and the food is fresh and excellent. Excellent value. Highly recommended if you're passing through Savalletri or if you want to eat good seafood.

31/01/2026: We ordered the tasting course for four people. It was very delicious, and it suited the Korean palate as well. The menu mainly features home-cooked meals from the Puglia region. Almost all the dishes were from the southern region. We went on a Saturday lunchtime, and it was quite crowded, so it's a good idea to make a reservation.

I recommended Massimo in Collevalenza, and it's always a guarantee. The client was truly satisfied and will return with his family. We ate a delicious tagliata and a steak... 08/10/2025: I went three weeks ago (so I'd say it was still the height of summer) for a quick drink during aperitivo time. Nothing to complain about: good drink, reasonable price, stunning location with a sea view. Unfortunately, after just ten minutes, the adjacent bar—owned by the same owners—started blasting techno music at ridiculous volume. This inevitably negatively impacts the overall experience: it's hard to understand why those looking to relax by the sea should instead find themselves immersed in a Berlin hangar atmosphere.

11/01/2026: We love this place, we go whenever we can. The food is excellent, the staff is extremely friendly. The best panzerotti I've ever eaten. However, I'm sorry to have to take one star off because of the presence of dogs inside. I know I'm unpopular, I like dogs, but eating while a medium-sized dog starts shaking its head and drooling all over people isn't exactly the best. I understand that it's a choice made by the restaurant and I respect it, and dog owners will certainly be happy, but I would suggest limiting dog access to the outside glass. Otherwise, I highly recommend this place.

30/10/2025: This restaurant will forever remain in my heart. I booked Pentole e Provette to celebrate my 8th birthday with my girlfriend. We've always wanted to try a "higher-end" restaurant, but we never expected such an experience. And I'm not just talking about the food, which is obviously fantastic (spaghettone was the real highlight of the evening), but about the passion, care, and attention that Luca and Rossella consistently and never overbearingly exude, as they describe their dishes with meticulous attention, respect, and truly PLEASURE, or simply as they ask if everything is okay and bring you more bread, because no one should take the bread away from you. They call themselves the "ferrymen" to Michelin-starred restaurants, but as far as I'm concerned, I've never had an experience so convivial yet so full of care, logic, experience, and dedication. We had a chance to chat with Rossella after dinner, and I can only wish them both the best for the future; they deserve it all. ❣️ P.S. Thanks for the surprise 💗

03/01/2026: Lunch with friends in a perfect setting! The staff was very attentive and professional, yet also very friendly. They advised us on the best appetizers, and we were even offered limoncello at the end of the meal (which I never take for granted). The appetizers (which on the menu are recommended for two people) were perfectly portioned, very refined, and elegant... and, of course, delicious! For the first courses, I opted for the shrimp-filled panciotti... a true delight! Everything was perfect, absolutely recommended... and I'm telling you this from a restaurateur!

29/12/2025: As good as scorpion fish!! A small restaurant on the Savelletri seafront, lunchtime on a Monday in December. The service was female, polite, and attentive. After two appetizers, both good but lacking in flair, we were served a memorable scorpion fish linguine. A sweet sauce and cubes of soft, almost melting fish, the linguine was cooked to perfection. The dish was completed with a sumptuous soup made with the fish carcass. A few homemade desserts, but well-made. The price is reasonable for the location, the service, and the freshness of the fish.
