Their local cuisine, made without onion, garlic, or butter, is simple yet profoundly satisfying. You can feel how much Silvè and his mamma love what they do, and it’s a pure joy to interact with them. They’re not just cooking but sharing a way of life. 27/09/2025: Top experience. I chose this place from the Michelin guide, so my expectations were high. I must say they're doing the right thing, as I was blown away. The location is very nice (inside), while the outside is a small atrium with just a few tables, a bit recessed. We ordered the Capa di mare tasting menu and can confirm the extremely high quality of the dishes. Obsessive attention was paid to the preparation and presentation of the dishes, and the identification and interpretation of the raw materials was meticulous. All this is complemented by Rossella's expertise. The entire staff is extremely courteous and knowledgeable. A tribute to Chef Luca. The wine cellar is on par with the cuisine, with carefully selected Italian and international wines. Oh, it was our anniversary, and they voluntarily brought a balloon, a candle, and a small dessert to our table. We'll be back for the meat menu.

03/09/2025: Best bakery in Fasano. Discovered 15 years ago thanks to Borgo Egnazia, who used to buy their taralli. They're very friendly and work as a family. This type of traditional bakery is almost non-existent in France anymore. It's a shame. As long as we come on vacation to Savavelletri, we'll continue to come and stock up on taralli from you 👍

19/06/2025: Excellent pastry shop... the bignolate are spectacular... kindness, professionalism and good quality/price... The Bar for a good sweet breakfast is at everyone's service, but also for a good cocktail it is no less. I recommend it to everyone

08/07/2025: Friendly and efficient staff, I think that's the plus of this place. Among the dishes, I preferred the spaghetti with lobster, less so the raw seafood and the fried fish, which lacked the crispiness I expected. The place is very welcoming and well-presented. The desserts are very good.

I wholeheartedly recommend this beautiful, warm, and lively place where the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented, and where the servers speak several languages ​​and are always smiling and attentive. The restaurant has several rooms, so it's possible to reserve a quieter spot. We found it by chance and went back four nights in a row.

02/09/2025: Apparently, you have to be Italian to be served properly. The dishes were tasty after an hour of waiting. The head waiter was obviously overzealous and made us pay for our hesitation when ordering. What a shame such baseness in such a magnificent setting.

10/08/2025: Fully stocked with everything. I didn't know this bakery but I will definitely be back... smiles and kindness first and foremost... from focaccia... to taralli with various flours... panzerotti and much more. Entrance Fasano north area.

10/09/2025: We arrived at around 1:15 p.m. and left at 3 p.m. for only a few pieces of filled bread and tasteless pasta. Already, a 15-minute wait for the menus when there were only 2 tables available... The "bruchetta" are only 2 pieces of toasted bread, well filled however and quite good. But the main course, pasta with shrimp and "ceps", in addition to the wait time (40 minutes) and the ridiculous quantity on the plate, was simply not good. Flabby mushrooms, large hard and grainy pasta, and 4 poor shrimps fighting a duel. With that, a fish of barely 150-200g billed at 300g, with the vegetables of the day at 4€: soggy spinach shoots. All this for over €100 in total Not to mention the waitress who seemed delighted to be there... In short, if you want to be disappointed, go for it.

20/09/2025: An absolutely fantastic bakery. We've tried focaccia in many tourist destinations, but this one beats them all – it's a true, authentic taste of the region. Besides the fantastic focaccia, they have a huge selection of fresh bread, delicious sandwiches, and tons of other local baked goods. A real gem, I highly recommend it!
