05/11/2024: I can only review the restaurant as we were there for dinner only. I had seen a lot about this place in social media so at first I was sceptical as the instagrammable places usually end up being disappointing BUT Masseria Salamina absolutely met and exceeded all expectations! The pasta was done to perfection and the fish (according to my boyfriend) was perfectly tender. And of course how can I miss the stunning atmosphere in the courtyard- spectacular! We would love to come back and stay overnight!

01/11/2024: There really aren't enough words to describe how magical it is to spend time at Masseria Salamina. My husband and I got married here in September 2024 and it was truly a 10000/10 experience from start to finish. Incredible place and people, we have only wonderful things to say about the venue, owners Chiara/Filippo, and the entire staff. We stayed here in April 2024 as well just to see the venue and they treated us like family; our wedding guests echoed the same and many are eager to return. The food is phenomenal and perhaps even in the top five for all of Puglia. If you're looking for a vacation or wedding venue that's truly a jewel, this is it.

30/01/2025: We were invited by friends to spend an evening in this farm, I'll start by saying that the period I will be reviewing dates back to August, I found many positive aspects and one big negative aspect which probably won't make me return and I underline unfortunately, but let's go in order, as soon as we arrived the property's valet showed us where to park the car, the car park is unpaved but very large to accommodate all the cars without space problems, you enter the green area through an arch adjacent to the road and you immediately notice the large care of the site, lawn which is constantly cleaned by some boys who go around the large garden collecting waste and other things, there is live music, very nice and not disturbing which at midnight turns into an open-air disco which is very entertaining and for all ages, in fact in truth there were more families with children than those in their twenties, the menu proposal is fixed with cold pasta, panzerotti and focaccia, a small sore point, queue, queue, queue for the cash register, queue for get a cold pasta, queue for the panzerotto, queue to get a drink because a different gazebo is used for each dish, it all took us about an hour or a little more, but in the end once you have taken everything you can relax and children play without too many thoughts... but no because the thing that won't make me come back is the lack of serenity due to the total lack of safety given that the provincial road passes practically on a raised level over the beautiful garden and that there is a low wall a little taller of one meter to divide everything and I say lack of safety for two reasons, I myself filmed two children trying to climb the stone wall and the two would have found themselves practically on the dark road and it would have been terribly dangerous, two if a car had to if you skid you would inevitably find yourself on top of the garden with all the people, not much can be done about this last thing, but being a place frequented by many children perhaps a net should be put in, I spent the evening with my eyes fixed on the wall afterwards having seen those two children trying to climb and with a gentleman from Ostuni we realized that we had had the same real fear, in short I spent a pleasant evening, but certainly not a peaceful evening sometimes it doesn't take much to solve a problem and turning a beautiful place into a perfect and above all safe place.

02/03/2025: Cool place with top food! Fillet with three peppers and entrecote, absolutely worth trying. Pizza? High quality ingredients and really light dough, the best I've eaten in recent times! The desserts are great! The classic place where you "play it safe". Giancarlo, the owner has all the qualities that a restaurateur should have: kindness, friendliness, concern for the customer's needs! I never write reviews, but this place deserves it. Miriam 💕

The prawn Tar Tar, the stewed octopus, the turbot, are just some of the dishes of a divinely interpreted cuisine, balanced in flavors with lots of territory and technique.. ...here I see the kitchen of the future... A service, well organised, attentive in the description of the dishes, fast and flawless..... A place that I highly recommend....

28/10/2024: Nos encantó tanto para la cena que volvimos al día siguiente para almorzar! Pequeño restaurante extraordinario - a 5 minutos a pie del hotel Canne Bianchi. Para empezar, el pequeño restaurante está bien cuidado y cuando entras te dan la bienvenida con los olores más increíbles y la decoración que recuerda a un restaurante italiano moderno. La adorable y dulce Valentina hizo que la experiencia valiera su peso en oro. La comida. La comida. La comida. Fresco, bien surtido muy bien preparado con el tiempo justo entre los platos para tener que anhelar el próximo bocado. ¿Y he mencionado el vino? 🩷

18/01/2025: We had an appetizer for three, plentiful, all fresh and home-made dishes freshly cooked, followed by some pizzas, light and thin dough cooked in a wood-fired oven, very good indeed. The place is spartan but it feels good, it's welcoming and family friendly and the people who work there are very kind. In general you eat well and spend little... I will definitely return

Too many seats, with the room full it is difficult to sit comfortably. Prices in line with other similar places. Quality of service depending on the evening, on average good.
