11/06/2026: We had a wonderful few days. It's a very peaceful place, and the staff's attention and friendliness are excellent. Pierluigi was in constant contact to facilitate our arrival, show us to our room, and explain everything we needed to know. The breakfasts by the pool are very varied and offer options for all tastes. We must highlight the attention and kindness of Ariadna and Angelo, who made the breakfasts perfect. Furthermore, Angelo is a very communicative person who enjoys learning and hearing about other people's experiences, and he gave us valuable recommendations on what to see and where to eat. In short, a perfect place to stay.

26/05/2026: Had a fantastic dinner at Pizzeria Trimalchione in Fasano! The pizzas were absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients, a light and perfectly cooked dough, and plenty of creative options on the menu. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Great atmosphere, excellent service, and very reasonable prices for the quality offered. Definitely one of the best pizza experiences in Puglia …highly recommended if you are visiting Fasano!

That greenery conveys an incredible peace, and the healthy, authentic food made me decide to celebrate my 40th birthday there... it was beautiful, my guests were satisfied and entertained, and the staff was present but discreet. 14/07/2026: I visited this pizzeria in Fasano on Sunday evening and can only offer my sincerest compliments. The pizza was simply exquisite: top-quality ingredients, a light and digestible dough, and truly perfect cooking. But while the cuisine deserves praise, the real added value of the evening was the staff, especially Jacopo. He provided truly excellent service, distinguished by: -Overwhelming friendliness, capable of immediately putting you at ease with a sincere smile. -Chivalry and old-fashioned manners, a customer service rarely found these days. -Accuracy and precision in every detail, from recommending off-menu items to making sure everything was going smoothly. Finding such a good pizza combined with such a warm and professional welcome made the evening unforgettable. Heartfelt thanks to Jacopo for making our Sunday special. Highly recommended! I will definitely be back.

15/04/2026: This evening my husband and I went to this place for dinner. The pizzeria is located in the historic center, overlooking Fasano's main square. Our first thought upon entering was: wow! The atmosphere is modern, elegant, and classy. The staff is incredibly kind and polite, probably some of the best service I've ever encountered, making guests feel pampered but never pressured. The atmosphere is softened by lounge music, which definitely fits the name of the place, giving it a soul. The pizza is very good and light, a hybrid between Bari and Neapolitan. The ingredients are top-quality: in particular, in my husband's pizza, the pistachio pesto was delicious and artisanal. The only small drawback is that the bill is slightly higher than average. Is it worth it? We think so!

21/03/2026: Faso cafe in Fasano is a great spot for pizza lovers. The pizza is absolutely excellent ❤️perfectly cooked with high-quality ingredients and full of flavor. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, making it an ideal place to enjoy a delicious meal. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

03/06/2026: I'm sorry but I have to give a bad review, good food, nice place, I often order takeout, but this time it was a big disappointment, if I order a chicken burger I want a chicken burger not a sandwich with chicken strips scattered here and there in the bun with a thousand slices of cherry tomatoes and a little sauce. If there are changes, it must be written on the menu to avoid unpleasant surprises like these. It's not the first time there have been setbacks but this one was too much.

26/10/2025: A restaurant on the Torre Canne seafront. A small but elegant setting, fast and attentive service, and extremely friendly waiters and the owner. The food is very good, beautifully presented, though the only flaw is the raw seafood: it's small in quantity, tastes bland, and is expensive. A portion of raw seafood for two people (2 shrimp, 2 scampi, 2 oysters, 8-10 mussels) costs €30. Other prices are average, but still in line with the dishes offered. The desserts are delicious. Reservations are highly recommended, and especially respecting the time slot. Parking is available nearby.

11/04/2026: Very authentic restaurant with a focus on sea food. It's actually not directly in the front of the sea, more at the harbour. The Caprese, Pasta and dessert were all excellent. Pricing for local circumstances rather on the high side.
