10/09/2024: Abbiamo provato la pizzeria , i prezzi troppo alti rispetto alla quantità e alla location.
Sinceramente non mi ha soddisfatto e non penso di ritornarci.
10/09/2024: Abbiamo visitato le grotte di Montevicoli proprio affianco al ristorante e così curiosi abbiamo voluto provare la pizza, purtroppo pioveva e così abbiamo cenato dentro, peccato perché Il punto di forza credo sia lo spazio esterno.
Dentro sembra proprio di stare in una baita di montagna, peccato che l’odore di cucinato mi sia rimasto sui vestiti anche il giorno dopo e peccato che la pizza non abbia soddisfatto le mie aspettative, più che da pizzerie/ braceria i prezzi delle pizze sono da ristorante di città.

21/11/2024: A new evening in this venue confirmed the good impression we had the first time. The dishes are all of good quality and the price is low, in short, a place to return to. We returned and this time I managed to take a photo of what they served us with the aperitif.

18/03/2025: I was disappointed during my visit to Enococus – Acini & Carbone in Ceglie Messapica. Despite the positive reviews, I found the price-performance ratio to be unbalanced. Although the service was friendly and the ambience was appealing, the quality of the food did not justify the high prices. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant.
For a more authentic and satisfying dining experience in Ceglie Messapica, there are certainly better restaurants. It is always advisable to reserve in advance.
22/02/2025: Ammetto che sicuramente abbiamo sbagliato locale …per le nostre esigenze sarebbe stata più indicata una classica trattoria ma a mio avviso nonostante la qualità del cibo sia eccellente i prezzi sono totalmente fuori da ogni logica…indecenti!!!
Inoltre l’attesa è stata eccessiva in quanto nonostante i coperti fossero limitati i piatti sono arrivati alle 23 a fronte di una prenotazione per le 21.

25/02/2025: Cucina genuina, tipica, sempre buona, quasi tutto fatto in casa, con passione. Ambiente semplice, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, personale cortese e disponibile, da provare e riprovare senza mai restare delusi. Una certezza a Ceglie. Da provare in stagione: fave con la cicoria, una delizia. Un consiglio: prenotare in anticipo !!!
16/12/2024: Situata in piena zona centro, la trattoria è spartana ma accogliente. Mangiato antipasto "ridimensionato" con soli assaggi di cavolfiori fritti, di polpettine, di crocchette,di peperoni e di lampascioni.
Come primo un bis di orecchiette alle cime di rape e uno di pasta fresca con salsiccia e funghi cardoncelli. Porzioni adeguate, prezzo complessivo, data la bontà e qualità del cibo, ottimo.
Personale ai tavoli cortese.

07/01/2025: Fantastic....beautiful heart of Ceglie, 2 steps from the historic centre, Osteria del Chapter offers authentic homemade cuisine...Christmas lunch with 10 starters all at 0 km and strictly homemade, 2 excellent first courses and very good roasted meat.. ..5 star wine... the place is small but welcoming and the service is excellent with 2 very kind young waiters. Moderate price... really worth trying.

My friends and I were welcomed with kindness and sympathy in this splendid old place, furnished with great creativity by the owner, a truly special person. The excellent food is presented impeccably. Right value for money. We will return often to feel enveloped in the warmth of a unique and unforgettable place.

10/03/2025: unfortunately not adequate service. excellent pizza dough, good, but a problem with the preparation and cooking of the pizzas..... maybe if they invested in some refresher courses and put a "light bulb in the oven to check the cooking"
