21/01/2026: Last year, during the Sigep trade fair, we placed two orders for two different businesses. During the sales negotiations for a cotton candy machine, we were told about a free gift, which was also listed in the written order. We also specified that, since it was a beach resort, delivery could only take place starting in May, and were assured there would be no problems. Subsequently, this timing was cited as the reason why the free gift would not be honored. Over the months, we received further communications and alternative promises, but these were not met with concrete results. Added to this were delivery delays and recurring technical problems with the equipment received. Our assessment is based solely on our direct experience and the overall management of the business relationship, which unfortunately did not meet expectations.

08/01/2026: Pizza as we used to eat it, no rubber dinghies, no wagon wheels, no extra leavening: good ingredients and classic flavors for everyone! The owner is kind and punctual. My only personal complaint is the electric oven: in a town like Latiano, where tons of olive trees are burned every year, wood-fired cooking would have been a touch more special. Highly recommended.

29/12/2024: Mi dispiace davvero trarre queste pessime conclusioni dopo una cena trascorsa con amici in quello che ci saremmo aspettati essere il locale caldo ed accogliente che è stato fino ad ora. All’arrivo ci viene comunicato di aver avuto un problema con gli elettrodomestici e quindi di non poter preparare alcun cibo che richieda una cottura: va bene, ci si adegua, capita a tutti. Tempo di attesa per ORDINARE infinito, 1 ora intera. Tempo lungo quanto quello post ordinazione, lungo quasi il doppio, per delle pietanze, come precedentemente scritto, non da cuocere. (Locale quasi vuoto in quanto tarda serata) Ordinate le bevande, ci viene comunicato di aver finito quelle richieste: va bene, può capitare, ci si adegua. Ma il momento peggiore è quello del pagamento: arriviamo in cassa con la somma esatta tra cui c’era una banconota appena strappata (cosa da tutti i giorni, nessuno si è mai fatto problemi). Il ragazzo in cassa nel prendere il denaro strappa completamente la banconota in due. Adesso si rifiuta di prenderla e, non avendo nessuno una banconota di ricambio, costringe a pagare con carta nonostante l’errore fosse stato completamente suo. Personalmente lo trovo un comportamento sgradevole soprattutto dopo aver fatto una cena molto al di sotto delle aspettative. Assicuro che perdere dal ricavato la banconota “strappata” (ripeto, non dal cliente) non è nulla in confronto a perdere una clientela anche abbastanza grande. Oramai tutte le aspettative sono andate in fumo: tutto frettoloso, superficiale e scontato. Panini piccoli con prezzi altissimi, personale esausto e poco accogliente. Di sicuro non ci torneremo più.

20/09/2023: Très bonne adresse à Cisternino ! Le restaurant étant recommandé par le Routard, nous nous y sommes rendus pour y déjeuner. Nous avons testé deux plats de pâtes, tous les deux excellents. Originalité et saveur. Service rapide, jolie terrasse.
