Pizza as we used to eat it, no rubber dinghies, no wagon wheels, no extra leavening: good ingredients and classic flavors for everyone! The owner is kind and punctual. My only personal complaint is the electric oven: in a town like Latiano, where tons of olive trees are burned every year, wood-fired cooking would have been a touch more special. Highly recommended.

15/03/2026: Last night I went to eat at the Zahir restaurant and there are no words, the waitress was excellent and very kind, the food was very abundant and super excellent, everything was delicious. PS Ladies and gentlemen, I highly recommend it, compliments to the waitress and to everyone. PS I really recommend it.
08/03/2026: My favorite place!!! And there's no need to say anything else. Kindness, friendliness, fair prices, and authentic, DELICIOUS food.

27/06/2026: Surprising experience among the locals. According to our accommodation host, it is definitely “the place to be” for good food. Let your taste buds be surprised by the starters, and then share a pizza for two because you are full from the starters. We had a delicious meal, so it is highly recommended. Italians eat late, so go around opening time for the best chance of getting a spot, or otherwise just call to make a reservation.
20/05/2026: A very basic place, unpretentious but authentic. It only serves appetizers and pizzas. The appetizers are excellent and very reasonably priced. The appetizers aren't as generous as those you'd typically find in the area, so they're best paired with pizza. We didn't order them, but looking at the tables next to them, it looked good. We were happy, and will definitely return.
