14/05/2025: I had my first focaccia in this bakery🥹it was the most delicious thing I tasted in my life. The owner was nice, he used google translate to communicate with me 😊also left some yummy snacks in my bag, taralli. Thank you! You deserve more than 5 stars!

27/04/2025: Focacceria situata nel centro storico di Polignano a Mare, molto frequentata da residenti e turisti. Siamo capitati per caso e siamo stati fortunati a poter assaggiare queste focacce. Impasto e cottura perfetti, ingredienti ottimi e molti gusti da poter provare. Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo, inoltre la possibilità di poter assaporare questi prodotti direttamente a Lama Monachile, non ha prezzo. Assolutamente consigliata

20/04/2025: Un sacco di opzioni in perenne "sfornamento", scelta ampia e per tutti i gusti, bravi! prodotti digeriti e lievitati bene, sapori bilanciati, non troppo unti o salati, diverse scelte anche veg. Si sta in piedi, non ha posto a sedere ma potete andare fuori in uno dei tanti punti vista mare.

28/05/2025: The food was quite okay and beautifully presented—unfortunately, that's the only positive aspect. The wine (rose) was unfortunately tasteless and felt stale. When we pointed this out to the waiter, we didn't get a replacement. The draft beer had a faint metallic taste. The waiters were also somewhat unmotivated and unprofessional.

25/05/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant, what can I say? We ate well, the first courses were excellent, as was the fried fish with grilled prawns. Professional and satisfying service, I recommend it.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere la bontà,la genuinità ed il sapore unico del gelato che fa il signor Vito……ci vado da quasi 40 anni ed è semplicemente il migliore in assoluto! Da provare arachidi e doppia panna (normale e al caffè) dire divino è poco…..il bar mantiene sempre il suo fascino retró un po’ anni 70 ma è particolare anche per quello,così oltre a mangiare un ottimo gelato fate contemporaneamente anche un viaggio nel tempo,che chiedere di più? Bar Turismo…..il top!!!!!!!

06/05/2025: When you order grilled octopus, you get boiled octopus. Despite my complaint, I am told that it is toast. However, the difference in taste is obvious. The cuisine of this restaurant lives up to the bad faith of the owners.

20/05/2025: Typical cafe with a pastry shop and bar. Right by the train station. I recommend it while waiting for a train. As everywhere in such places in Italy, wonderful!

07/05/2025: It’s the only spot near the train station, so I stopped in for a soda. The blonde waitress told me it was €3.50, which felt overpriced. When I asked to pay by card, another waitress stepped in and suddenly it was €2.50 on the machine—clearly inconsistent, and likely intentional. While I waited, an older man and the first waitress laughed and made comments in Italian, clearly mocking me for being a tourist. I may not speak the language, but the tone was unmistakable. My trip to Puglia has been absolutely wonderful, but this experience left a sour aftertaste. If this is how some local businesses treat visitors, it’s a poor reflection of an otherwise beautiful region. Tourists deserve transparency and respect—not scams and ridicule. 中国游客别来这个地方，对亚洲游客两种价格。

20/05/2025: Braceria per poter mangiare della carne in tutte le salse. Una sala accogliete e una baracca attigua con tanta confusione e il contrario della prima. Se hai la fortuna di sederti nella prima sala, ok....ma nella baracca proprio da sconsigliare. Per un paio di volte abbiamo ordinato oltre a un arrosto misto anche del filetto, con un prezzo da filetto, ma consistenza da tagliata discreta. Cantina fornitissima.

16/05/2025: You can never go wrong with Vito's. Very good and quality food, abundant dishes with very fresh ingredients. The meat is very good and they are masters of roast, and basically you feel at home. I go there as soon as I can because they have become friends and they treat you really well. Highly recommended

06/05/2025: Best Italian pasta of my life. Best meal we had in Italy in our 3 week holiday. Wow, we tried 3 days to get in and finally. So worth it and highly recommended. The Argentinian steak was next level

05/05/2025: We took a gamble, eating in a meat-only restaurant 20 meters from the sea. Very successful gamble. I took this Sicilian pasta shape and my wife the gnocchi. For the second course, meat wrapped in a crust. Then the desserts, all really excellent.

28/04/2025: Siamo venuti su segnalazione dei Tripadvisor. Locale un po’ fuori mano che spesso è un pregio. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo e informale pieno di citazioni e immagini della storia del rock. L’oste bassista con una bella felpa dei Pink Floyd ci ha spiegato il menù essenziale ma gustoso con fuori menù interessanti. Lo chef batterista si impegna per preparare fritti leggerissimi, prova alici e carciofi. Ottimi. Tagliolini ai frutti di mare buono ed abbondanti. Fritto misto buono e leggero. Spiedo con polipo seppia e gambero bello ma un’amica che lo ha preso ha ritenuto che il polpo fosse un po’ crudo. Falanghina della casa ottima. Conto sotto la media. Avrei dato 5 se avessero aldato più spazio a preziosi prodotti di stagione come fave e carciofi. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Ve lo consiglio caldamente.
