Everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail: from the splendid, elegant, and evocative location, to the quality and sophistication of the food, which was truly impeccable. Special thanks go to the manager, who accompanied us with great professionalism and availability, providing excellent advice and accommodating our every request with care and kindness. The service was also excellent, always present and attentive, making us feel welcomed and pampered throughout the evening. Heartfelt thanks to all the staff for making such an important day for me so special. An experience I will cherish forever!

07/04/2026: The restaurant is very beautiful, located in the side wing of the abbey and therefore a bit removed from the more characteristic setting of the San Vito pier... Inside, the restaurant is furnished with a vintage taste, highlighting the bare stone structure. The food is good, even if it's basically the same as many other restaurants, unoriginal but well-executed... The service is at times courteous, at times "nervous," with the staff having on a couple of occasions been out of line.

30/05/2026: We were taken by family from town to this fantastic spot! I had the absolute best pizza, and the lactose-free desserts were a fantastic bonus. Antonella, the owner, was so warm and friendly — she made our whole family feel welcome the second we arrived. Highly recommend!

08/01/2026: I had breakfast here a couple of mornings in late December. The croissants were good, the juices excellent. They had lactose-free milk, which is important to me, so I appreciated that too. The staff was very kind and helpful.

She welcomes you, spends time with you at the table, and the food is top-quality! YOU WILL BE PAMPERED, PLENTY OF DISHES Fair prices. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Everything about this place feels special — from the beautiful historic building to the warm, attentive service. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and incredibly comfortable, and every detail felt thoughtfully curated. Breakfast each morning was a highlight — fresh, delicious, and truly an experience rather than just a meal. There’s a sense of calm and authenticity here that’s hard to find. It’s the kind of place that stays with you long after you leave. We would return in a heartbeat.

13/03/2026: Polignano a Mare, Palazzo dell'Orologio, Clock Palace, palace is located in Vittorio Emanuele II Square, also known as Piazza dell'Orologio (Clock Square). The Palazzo dell'Orologio is a building of medieval origin, 18th century. It is very showy in the beautiful main square, the crown and jewel of the square. This square is amazingly beautiful and unique, a very attractive place.

22/03/2026: We came by to have some lunch, as many other places were already closed (past 15:00) this one wasn't. We weren't expecting much, but I have to say, it became one of the best meal during our trip. They were really friendly, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere is great. In the end, they even offered a shot of limoncello!

There were two of us and we were craving meat; so we stopped, especially since in February, in Polignano, almost everything is closed for the winter season! So, it was a forced choice! The experience was unsatisfactory: semi-raw burger, cooked only on the outside; the cost of the sandwich + fries + drink combo is nothing more than the sum of the individual items €12!! After biting into the sandwich, at the first bite we asked for the courtesy of cooking it: the owner, without objecting, replied that since it is fresh veal, it could also be eaten rare: I could even agree, but unless it is a specific request from the customer, the burger is cooked right through! In fact, I was slightly disgusted! Napkins nonexistent, both at the tables and in the restaurant! Apparently the service overall is for beginners!
