08/08/2025: A no-frills place, but the pasta dishes are excellent. We ordered Carbonara (off the menu) and Speguetti alla Assassina, and they were spectacular. Highly recommended for lunch after a morning at the beach.

20/07/2025: We found this place by chance, even though it's easily visible from the highway. The food is very good; you can choose your meat directly from the butcher. Various cuts of meat and excellent preparations are available, and the prices are very reasonable. Definitely worth a stop.

26/07/2025: The platter, carpaccio, and Angus steak were excellent. The bombette and torcinelli were burnt. The pork ribs were a bit too salty. Sorbet was unavailable because "both machines regularly break down in the summer." For the price, we expected better. Very nice location.

24/07/2025: Everything was excellent, the set menu was very rich, except for the fruit and dessert, which was perhaps the only flaw.

The zucchini flowers❣️At the end of the meal, the chocolate salami accompanied by their homemade limoncello was excellent 🥰 Welcoming and clean atmosphere, the polite, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

20/01/2025: Mi dispiace , un pranzo senza vino perché disponibile solo quello prodotto in loco (imbevibile) e l'alternativa non esisteva. Un pezzo per tipo di ogni antipasto con più portate per dare l'impressione che ci fosse abbondanza. Chi serviva ai tavoli poco simpatica ma potrebbe essere la mia impressione. Due primi ma formavano meno di una portata normale, di cui un orecchietta poco gradevole. Sperlunga di carne e salsiccia semi fredda, che di solito deve saltare dalle mani per come dovrebbe essere bollente. 40,00 € a testa? Incredibile, non si può pagare questa cifra. Dimenticavo alcune portate come sperlunga di capocollo o patate arrosto solo 1 sia il tavolo fosse composto da 4 persone che da 9 come il nostro. Con quale criterio?

28/04/2025: Siamo venuti su segnalazione dei Tripadvisor. Locale un po’ fuori mano che spesso è un pregio. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo e informale pieno di citazioni e immagini della storia del rock. L’oste bassista con una bella felpa dei Pink Floyd ci ha spiegato il menù essenziale ma gustoso con fuori menù interessanti. Lo chef batterista si impegna per preparare fritti leggerissimi, prova alici e carciofi. Ottimi. Tagliolini ai frutti di mare buono ed abbondanti. Fritto misto buono e leggero. Spiedo con polipo seppia e gambero bello ma un’amica che lo ha preso ha ritenuto che il polpo fosse un po’ crudo. Falanghina della casa ottima. Conto sotto la media. Avrei dato 5 se avessero aldato più spazio a preziosi prodotti di stagione come fave e carciofi. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Ve lo consiglio caldamente.

11/06/2025: Yes eat well but watch the bill! Last Saturday during dinner I ordered four pizzas. After the appetizers I had one pizza removed from the order in time. I pay and I realize at home that they made me pay for it without consuming it.

23/08/2025: I celebrated my birthday at Grotta Ardito and we were pleasantly surprised by how the dinner for 30 people was handled. The staff was impeccable, super attentive to my guests' various requests...not to mention the quality and quantity of the food. We received compliments from all the guests. Thank you!

15/08/2025: The restaurant has the most incredible view and sunset while you dine on the entire coast. The food is fresh and delicious, the tiramisu is delicious, the quality and price are very good, and the service is excellent.

18/07/2025: Destinato ormai ai turisti che vanno una volta e poi non tornano più, questa antica Braceria nel centro di Polignano ha deciso dopo tanti anni di montarsi la testa. Molto semplice nell’arredamento esclusivamente all’esterno con tavoli in posizioni improbabili, anche nei pressi di abitazioni. Qualità della carne nella media, selezione di antipasti molto basica, così come per i dessert . I prezzi sono elevati rispetto all’offerta, ma fa parte di un meccanismo per cui molti ristoratori della zona hanno deciso di alzare i prezzi senza motivo, ma solo perché la Puglia è ormai diventata un’attrazione che con questi prezzi si autodistruggerà.

27/06/2025: Il ristorante é sulla piazza dove si trova la statua di Domenico Modugno ed é per questo che uno lo nota nota perché c'é molta gente nell'area circostante. La carne é di una qualità alta e qualsiasi tipo di carne é tenero,un piatto molto gustoso che consiglio sono le bombette pugliesi. Lo staff é simpatico e cortese. Consiglio di andare a questo ristorante perché é davvero ottimo.

10/08/2025: A magnificent experience at this seaside gem! The restaurant nestled in one of Puglia's most famous coves provides a splendid backdrop for the chef's carefully selected tasting, featuring typical local products (especially seafood in our tasting) reinterpreted in a sublime way. Delicious dishes and attentive personal and customer service completed our wonderful evening. The owner accommodated all our requests, personally ensuring our well-being and even more for such a special event. It's definitely worth it.
