13/02/2026: A mystical place that exudes energy and good vibes! The hosts are welcoming and attentive to their guests' needs. We immediately felt at home. Antonella, the hostess, immediately pampered us with her stories and culinary suggestions, which we discovered were prepared by skilled and expert hands on a "hot" February Sunday. Simple recipes that reflect typical Apulian cuisine. And the desserts... delicious and tasty. To finish, a Chartreuse to pair with the overwhelming aroma of the sea! Great guys. Heartfelt congratulations!

The cuisine is innovative with French influences, yet still embraces local produce, which is why they offer some very welcome off-menu options.
The service is impeccable and incredibly welcoming, with attentive and discreet staff always ready to offer recommendations tailored to your individual tastes.

18/10/2025: I really wanted to try the steak. It was perfectly cooked and the raspberry sauce was delicious. The orecchiette pasta was healthy and delicious. Everything on the menu was delicious, and this was the most impressive restaurant I've ever had, not just at Polignano amaret, but also out of all the other restaurants I've eaten in Rome.
Koreans tend to prefer a variety of flavors, from sweet and salty to savory,
but I think Italian food in general is healthy and focuses on the natural flavors of the ingredients. I went to this restaurant when I was a little tired of Western food, but the quality was better than other places.

Sei nel posto giusto se vuoi soddisfare il desiderio di assaporare piatti a base di pesce, il tutto pasteggiato da ottimo vino. Squisitezza e cortesia da parte della simpatica proprietaria. Servizio celere grazie alla professionalità di Marco e Marianna, che si muovono tra i commensali con il loro sorriso contagioso, gentilezza e simpatia. Vi consiglio vivamente di lasciarvi tentare da questa graziosa location.

09/02/2026: We celebrated a significant family birthday, a huge one! We were greeted with immense professionalism and friendliness. The banquet featured numerous dishes, all excellent, hot, and freshly prepared. The portions were generous, and you could have seconds for the first course. The raw seafood was simply superb! The music from the talented DJ enlivened our celebration. Even the photo booth/cake stand was meticulously designed. Everything was beautiful and delicious! I highly recommend it for the quality of the food, the cleanliness of the place, the service (friendly and never intrusive), and the splendid view of Polignano a Mare. I will definitely be back!

27/07/2025: Meilleure expérience culinaire des pouilles ! Du début à la fin, tout y était parfait ! Les bières servies étaient locales, fraîches et très tasty. Nous avons pris des petites friselles pour goûter en guise de starters et c’était croustillant, tout en restant très savoureux. Comme plat, nous avons pris 2 panini à partager et ils étaient réellement délicieux ! Le rapport qualité prix était excellent et le service serviable, poli et authentique. Nous recommandons fortement si vous avez envie d’un petit street food local, pas cher, avec un peu d’animation au milieu d’une des rues principales de Polignano.
18/07/2025: Le personnel est super agréable et nous avons été servis très rapidement.
Les plats étaient très goûtus. De retour en France je salive encore en repensant à mon friselle au poulpe🤤

22/09/2025: Simply excellent! A very, very warm welcome. The manager comes up with you to show you your room and is very available to provide any information you may need throughout the evening!
The rooms are perfectly comfortable, the location is also perfect, and the view is breathtaking.
I recommend it 1000%.

08/03/2026: The most distinctive building on the square and next to the beach, a landmark of the city. It was closed, but walking around the city, it was impossible to notice.
01/11/2025: The Torre dell’Orologio is an elegant 18th-century building with a simple façade of light-colored stone, typical of Puglia. It is distinguished by a monumental clock positioned in the center of the façade, just above a row of windows with green shutters. Higher up, a niche houses a statue of San Vito, the city's patron saint, and the tower is topped by a bell tower, currently surrounded by scaffolding for restoration. Below the clock face, a Latin inscription evokes the civic and religious function of the site.

01/01/2026: I didn't use the rooms, so I can only comment on the lunch we attended on New Year's Day.
First of all, it's a lovely place with parking far from the stress of the city. The welcome was impeccable, as was the service, both in terms of manner and timing.
The dishes were refined and tasty, and the prices were fair.
My compliments, especially because everything was locally sourced.

Fantastic lunch with my family... Beautiful location. A farmhouse with a super welcoming owner, Angela. She seems like an old friend. She welcomes you, spends time with you at the table, and the food is top-quality!

The pizzas are excellent, with light dough and quality ingredients, but the real highlight is the spaghetti all'assassina, a true delicacy, flavorful and cooked to perfection. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the quality/price ratio is excellent. Highly recommended!
