01/07/2025: During our vacation in Polignano a Mare we had dinner two nights at the Antiche Mura restaurant. The place is very nice, excellent quality of the dishes, very kind staff and Fabio the owner is very helpful. Highly recommended

11/06/2025: Yes eat well but watch the bill! Last Saturday during dinner I ordered four pizzas. After the appetizers I had one pizza removed from the order in time. I pay and I realize at home that they made me pay for it without consuming it.

27/06/2025: We celebrated my boyfriend's 30th birthday, exquisite appetizers, excellent meat, homemade tiramisu made by them, delicious, we highly recommend it! Truly unique staff and owner! I'll just tell you that they allowed us to return at 3:30 in the morning to pick up a cell phone forgotten the previous evening, with a flight 2 hours away!!! Thanks guys!

21/06/2025: A place with an authentic and simple flavor, very spartan in the furnishings but with a sincere and easy-going atmosphere. The service was friendly and fast, the staff helpful and kind. I ordered a T-bone of scottona: good in taste but slightly nervous in some places. The French fries were excellent, I tried some tomini wrapped in speck, and the fritters with strong ricotta and cherry tomatoes were very tasty, which give a nice local touch to the meal. Accompanying everything with a nice mug of lager beer. Overall, a good experience for those looking for genuine cuisine without too many pretensions.

11/07/2025: @latab73: We ordered an aperitif platter for €15 (drinks not included). It's a shame there were two hairs, on the crostini and the panzerotto. Of course, it can happen, but when I politely pointed it out at the cashier, I didn't even get an apology.

06/07/2025: Unpleasant experience. We ask for information on the quantity of a fried fish and we are literally told "I don't have a meter" After ordering the sandwich (average) we say that we like the takeaway but the box is not provided to us. When we report the lack the food is literally thrown in the box telling us "you close it" I would review the owner's education in dealing with customers.

However, we ordered the T-bone steak for two and it came out at over 1.5kg, which brought the price up from the menu’s 42€ to 60€… The meat was a bit tough as well. 28/04/2025: Siamo venuti su segnalazione dei Tripadvisor. Locale un po’ fuori mano che spesso è un pregio. Abbiamo trovato un ambiente caldo e informale pieno di citazioni e immagini della storia del rock. L’oste bassista con una bella felpa dei Pink Floyd ci ha spiegato il menù essenziale ma gustoso con fuori menù interessanti. Lo chef batterista si impegna per preparare fritti leggerissimi, prova alici e carciofi. Ottimi. Tagliolini ai frutti di mare buono ed abbondanti. Fritto misto buono e leggero. Spiedo con polipo seppia e gambero bello ma un’amica che lo ha preso ha ritenuto che il polpo fosse un po’ crudo. Falanghina della casa ottima. Conto sotto la media. Avrei dato 5 se avessero aldato più spazio a preziosi prodotti di stagione come fave e carciofi. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Ve lo consiglio caldamente.

23/06/2025: The location is good for a relaxing break, just a 10-minute drive from downtown. The entrance is a bit tricky, as it's a one-way street. The place is nice, though. I'd just replace the mattress. The breakfast is very good, and there's parking.

21/06/2025: Our experience was at the restaurant. We ordered: shrimp cocktail, orecchiette with cacio ricotta and fried fish, abundant and tasty dishes. Friendly and kind staff. Honest prices, I recommend it.

20/01/2025: Mi dispiace , un pranzo senza vino perché disponibile solo quello prodotto in loco (imbevibile) e l'alternativa non esisteva. Un pezzo per tipo di ogni antipasto con più portate per dare l'impressione che ci fosse abbondanza. Chi serviva ai tavoli poco simpatica ma potrebbe essere la mia impressione. Due primi ma formavano meno di una portata normale, di cui un orecchietta poco gradevole. Sperlunga di carne e salsiccia semi fredda, che di solito deve saltare dalle mani per come dovrebbe essere bollente. 40,00 € a testa? Incredibile, non si può pagare questa cifra. Dimenticavo alcune portate come sperlunga di capocollo o patate arrosto solo 1 sia il tavolo fosse composto da 4 persone che da 9 come il nostro. Con quale criterio?

15/05/2025: Comida fantástica, gente agradable, simple pero increíble! La pasta de mariscos era genial y muy llena. Orchiette rapi refrescante. Pulpo antipasto suficiente para 2 personas. Maridado con una rosa de la casa que era absolutamente perfecto con la comida. ¡Experiencia positiva!

06/07/2025: Per la pausa pranzo ci fermiamo in questo ristorante con sala interna alla temperatura ideale. In un meraviglioso posto di mare non possiamo non mangiare piatti a base di pesce. Qualità buonissima, tutto fresco! Dagli antipasti ai primi. Prezzo giusto per il luogo e la posizione mozzafiato. Da consigliare.

19/06/2025: The food that was served was delicious. The service we got was awful. We waited the best part of an hour to be served. No bread. Given the wrong water, no bread provided, completely messed up part of the order. The guy who I presume was head waiter and cashier rude. Eventually agreed to waiver the cover charge. It's a real shame as the food served was really nice

10/06/2025: The octopus was served hard. Impossible to eat. We sent the dish back. They didn't charge us but on the other hand they doubled the price of the other dish. It was absurd!! Worse still, they didn't even apologize! I don't recommend it!!!
