A perfect combination of quality (supreme), flavors (extremely delicious) and combinations of ingredients (natural but sophisticated result) ... but the real surprise is that the staff, starting from the Guardian Angel (Angel by name and in fact responsible for Sala) in his knowledge immediately entered into harmony with us guests (12 to manage together) with education and competence in giving us meticulous information on everything we ate and savored (because we truly SAVAGED WITH TASTE), then the Final surprise from chef Samiro (heard, born in 2000) who we deliberately wanted to know because we were almost incredulous that such a result was from a very young boy and therefore we asked to personally congratulate him (because a deserved compliment is only an incentive to continue along this path with passion and dedication)! Pasqule the owner, also very young, with his sister, have set up a reality that cannot be missed if you are in Polignano and surrounding areas.. Guys... really congratulations! Catherine! We will return soon and tell everyone about you!

02/03/2025: Polignano is beautiful, the historic center as well, the stone rooms too, like many in our Puglia, the service is professional so, if you want to do some tastings this place is for you, with just 50 euros you can whet your appetite before going somewhere nearby to have lunch or dinner. I tried it and, believe me, with a first and second course (including bread) you leave terribly hungry, ready to have more significant and unforgettable culinary experiences!! Must try...

19/02/2025: We chose this place a bit by chance, after seeing some videos on social media. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff is super kind towards everyone, even those with less polite manners. The food exceeded our expectations, the sandwiches were of excellent quality (and not only those). It is definitely a place to try if you stop in Polignano a Mare!

18/02/2025: Il locale è piccolo e, soprattutto d’estate, tende a essere molto affollato, il che lo rende ideale per una pausa merenda veloce o per un take away, visto il numero limitato di posti a sedere. Infatti, a causa dell'alta affluenza, i tavoli erano sporchi e non apparecchiati, il che può risultare fastidioso per un pranzo. Ho avuto modo di provare il famoso panino al polpo, che mi ha davvero impressionato: morbido, saporito e ricco di gusto, assolutamente consigliato. La frisella al salmone, invece, è risultata nella media, senza particolari sorprese. I prezzi e i tempi di attesa sono nella norma per un posto turistico, quindi non si discostano molto dalle aspettative. Complessivamente, un locale da considerare per uno spuntino veloce

02/03/2025: We were so completely delighted by our experience at La Locanda! The food could not have been more fresh and perfectly prepared. The seafood, pasta and vegetable sides were simply spectacular. The wine was also excellent, and the service was top-notch and very friendly. Our best meal yet in Italy, and that is saying a lot!

05/01/2025: Siamo andati con amici in questa Panzerotteria e siamo rimasti colpiti. Abbiamo mangiato anche altrove panzerotti in questo nostro viaggio ma questi erano decisamente di un altro livello: fritti al momento e con ingredienti di qualità. Inoltre non manca l’inventiva, al menù infatti sono presenti moltissimi gusti davvero interessanti.

10/01/2025: In September, my husband and I dined at this Michelin-recommended restaurant. We tried the veal tartare, lasagna, spaghetti, and pork belly. The pork belly was a standout, and their deconstructed take on lasagna was unique and enjoyable. However, I would have preferred the veal tartare to be more finely prepared. A good choice for a fancy meal or if you’re in the area, though not a must-visit.

04/01/2025: If I lived closer to this fine restaurant I think I would be a regular visitor. We had dinner in a magical atmosphere with elegant dishes but with strong and persistent flavours. Excellent selection of wines. Impeccable service.
