07/05/2026: When we came here to try panzerotti for the first time, we were very pleased with both the service and the food. However, during our second visit today, they came very close to literally throwing us out the door. First, the female cashier slammed our change onto the table aggressively because we didn't have the right coins (which was 50 euros and we said that we’re sorry about we didn’t have any other change). Then, an old gentleman working there snapped at us for not hearing our number being called. I should add that the number was announced in Italian, a language we don't speak, and despite clearly seeing that we were communicating in English, we were still treated this way, which really upset us. My spouse was furious at their attitude, but I had to get him out of there to avoid any further conflict. I don't know what their problem was, but the whole experience was very uncomfortable. We have no plans to return for the rest of our holiday. It's truly heartbreaking that our opinion about La Rotellina changed so drastically within just two days.

07/06/2026: We had breakfast at this café every day of our vacation because it was included with our accommodation, and we were truly impressed with the quality of the food, the service, and the speed. The place is lovely and always quite busy, but they work incredibly fast, and you never have to wait more than 5 minutes. I'll recommend it to anyone who comes to Polignano. The cornetto alla crema was my favorite. Thank you for making our breakfasts such a wonderful experience! 🥰

08/06/2026: Beautiful historic building in the center of Polignano. The restaurant offers parking for guests, very convenient given the summer heat. We dined on Saturday; the appetizer was good, but the pizza was superior. Impeccable service; we thank Tomas for his patience and his ever-present smile. Recommended.

02/06/2026: We have been there more than once, the last one last Sunday for a confirmation, we ate divinely... from the appetizer to the dessert... sublime first courses, even the second courses, impeccable service.. congratulations

29/05/2026: We dined here in May 2026. An excellent restaurant, a little classier than the others in the area. The food is good, the prices are average or maybe a little higher, but it's worth it! Yes, we'd love to go back!!!

09/06/2026: We tried two cakes: the famous lemon cake and another traditional cake soaked with alcohol. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy either of them at all. The Gelato Gallipoli also wasn't to our taste. The only thing we really liked was the cake, which was actually quite good. Another disappointing surprise was the extra charge for eating inside the shop. Charging significantly more just for sitting down feels unreasonable. Overall, the experience did not live up to the reputation.

16/09/2025: Went to this small Enoteca with my girlfriend a couple of nights ago. We had some great glasses of wine exactly to our taste. We were also served a little platter of snacks, some olives, some nice Tarallini and (my personal highlight) some amazing Provola. The wine, the cheese, amazing. We wish we could have come back again but sadly I can only recommend this place for others. Also very fair prices.

10/06/2026: The photo is really not representative of what you get on your plate. €11 for a plate of tomato and mozzarella is a bit pricey. I'd barely finished eating when the waiter rushed to clear my plate dish by dish.

22/09/2025: Simply excellent! A very, very warm welcome. The manager comes up with you to show you your room and is very available to provide any information you may need throughout the evening! The rooms are perfectly comfortable, the location is also perfect, and the view is breathtaking. I recommend it 1000%.

12/05/2026: I don't even know where to start... From the man at the door who is extremely annoying when he calls you in and is extremely lustful, calling me amore and things like that, I went in more to get rid of him... to the extremely miserable staff who treat you like shit, they push you to take as much as possible and treat you miserable if you don't discard it properly. From the first they look at you with superiority like, "you don't have the money to come in here", just to force you to buy. The food is not bad but not good either, it's what you would expect from a corner terrace of a block of flats not from a restaurant with exorbitant prices, absolutely embarrassing, you pay like at a luxury restaurant for a small terrace meal
