29/10/2025: We stopped for dinner, my daughter, my dog, and I. The October evening was delightful, the weather perfect. We ate dinner outdoors. After several days in Puglia, we were feeling a bit overwhelmed by the various delicacies we'd tasted, but I can say that at this restaurant I enjoyed a truly exceptional first course: tagliatelle with pears, guanciale, and provola. A feast for the eyes and the palate. I'll definitely be back.

15/10/2025: This restaurant is located in the center of Brindisi. It's a great, welcoming place with top-notch staff. Not to mention the food is excellent. I'll gladly return.

20/03/2026: We went to the cinema in Nardo and afterward we were craving pizza, so we went to this place, convinced by the many positive reviews. But I have to say we were completely disappointed, both with the place and the pizzas. Perhaps because, given the reviews, we were expecting something different, the pizzas were barely okay.

24/02/2026: Very good food and very friendly staff. The place was very crowded and the wait to get a table was long. But we were aware of this because the staff had let us know when we booked. Recommended if you're not in a hurry.

The staff, Enrico, is super courteous and kind, and the owners, Antonio and his wife, Maria🔝! Chef Donato is excellent! Delicate flavors! Artisanal cured meats and cheeses! Appetizers and first courses are excellently prepared! The place is spotless and the atmosphere is peaceful, not crowded! Reservations are reserved, and only polite customers are welcome! 05/04/2026: Local village bar with great pizzas! The place was very pleasant. The service were very kind and, even though we were the last ones there, they didn't rush us at all and let us take our time. We really appreciated that. While the appetizers and desserts were pretty standard, the pizzas were delicious, featuring an excellent crust. The value for money is unbeatable, definitely a great choice!

31/03/2026: We had pizza, which was very good and family-friendly. The atmosphere was a bit chilly, and as soon as we entered, there was a slight smell of diesel fuel, which is unpleasant when eating. However, the food was very good.

The ingredients are fresh and authentic, the flavors authentic, and the variety of the menu ensures there's something for everyone, even the most discerning palates. The prices are also excellent, fair and affordable, especially considering the quality of the service and food. 13/01/2026: It's like going to dinner with friends; you immediately feel at home. The service is impeccable and very friendly, the food is phenomenal—it's hard to find sushi made like Bento's. It's now become a regular stop when we pass through Brindisi.
