23/02/2025: 23 February 2025 we ended up in Casciana Terme for a Sunday trip, we booked a table for two. Small, very cozy and welcoming environment. We ordered an appetizer of Penitente and Cinta Senese ham, excellent flavor and taste, combined with a Tuscan DOP bread rich in fragrant wheat germ with an ancient flavour. QFirst we ordered "pici all'Aglione with the trick" revealed to us by the friendly owner complete with video recipe. We gladly recommend it! Giovanna and Enzo

In fact, here, welcomed by the dynamic and very nice Silvia, you can relax and choose excellent pizzas, truly fragrant and perfect, with the possibility of a wide choice of flavors that all start from excellent raw materials... but Sciannà does not only qualify as an excellent pizzeria: in fact you will find the possibility of creating a restaurant with excellent dishes from both land and sea. As proof of the seriousness of the place, it boasts off-menu dishes which naturally change based on seasonal availability. 16/12/2024: Every now and then we go there for dinner with the family, the food is good, both the pizza and other things, the fish is excellent, the people are friendly, perfect for me!😊

24/03/2025: Exceptional, high quality food. Fresh fish and in more than abundant quantities, perfectly cooked. Perfect pizzas. Top service with friendly and trained staff. Large location and outdoor garden ideal for any ceremony. Very kind owner. Well done

22/03/2025: A little too noisy given the large room and the large number of people. Beautiful evening thanks to the presence of the Baglioni tribute band "Attori e Spettatori". Fixed menu for a cost of €30.00, not exactly cheap given that it included an appetizer, two first courses, no second courses (I would have appreciated more), dessert and coffee. Also included are drinks, water and wine (which I didn't take)

06/03/2025: I was in Pisa for work, I found this place nearby, when I entered the place was semi-empty, I asked where I could sit to have lunch, they told me to wait a moment, a waitress went to the back and shortly after she came back with another waitress telling me that I had to wait 10 minutes, I asked if I could sit down to wait but I didn't get any precise answers, I told him I was waiting outside in the van that I had parked in front of the local....in short, to cut a long story short, 20 minutes had passed and no one had shown up....basically I had wasted 1/2 hour for a story like this...moral of the story I had to return to the construction site fast....in the future...kindly, when you don't have availability, tell me immediately...

03/03/2025: Fabulous fried seafood. A few Euros less on the accounts and they would be PERFECT. However good. Definitely give it a try

08/03/2025: We had lunch in this simple place with a more refined exterior and interior. Very friendly staff and good dishes. I saw some tartares and pasta passing by which were not only plentiful but also very inviting. My fry was good although a little oily, my partner's cutlet was a nice portion of a common cutlet.

23/03/2025: Restaurant and trattoria near the Cisanello hospital, with well-kept rooms. Very comfortable and friendly, fast service. Prices are normal. The food is good, but certainly not something to expect from Chef dishes. Overall, however, it is recommended for anyone who is in those parts.

27/01/2025: The guys who work here are very kind and always punctual but above all they make delicious pizza! One of the best in Pisa, the dough is digestible and the pizza has an excellent taste.

27/01/2025: I took a slice of cecina to take away: leaving aside the price (€2.50), it was served to me in a paper bag already greased before use. When I got home, I noticed that it was almost raw (as in the photo). In conclusion, stay away.

27/01/2025: Non ordinare assolutamente pietanze di pesce insalata di mare calda no, frittura calamari e gamberi no cruda oliosa così come le patatine fritte, praticamente è rimasto tutto nel piatto,la pizza si separava la farcitura in un solo pezzo dal sotto .
