06/01/2024: Fri 5/1/2024 lunch, we arrive at 1235, a few people but no more; we have to be in Pisa by 3pm and we very kindly tell the young waiter, when ordering (only 2 crostini and two second courses) that he can tell the kitchen to start everything together immediately so as not to have any risks. he immediately responds obliquely, rudely, saying "the cooking time it takes..." (he practically refuses to do so....) he brings 2 bruschettas and crostini after 45 minutes! (1.20pm...); no attention given that we had already finished them a while ago (passed by them 10 times without ever sparing a glance); after another 40 minutes she brings only the cut to my wife and nothing to me (we had ordered another second course and 2 side dishes), she finishes and brings nothing else (neither the second course to me nor the side dishes to both of us; after another 20 minutes after she had already finished we got up (obviously!); it is not possible for a couple to bring just one thing to each other and nothing else...! I have never seen anything like it. I point out at a certain point that it is for the time limit for us, and for having eaten only 1 person after 2 hours, we want to pay and leave. the usual waiter answers askance while we are at the checkout almost cursing with extreme rudeness!! unbelievable stuff, it has never happened that a waiter behave like this with people who are right to sell...! in the past he has also been with local people. never again.

05/04/2024: Very welcoming with numerous quick and easy snacks. Tobacconist, and some gift items! Also restaurant. It is ideal, especially for breaks from the hospital, both for staff and visitors! Reasonable prices and friendly, polite staff! The snacks, pizzas, flatbreads, are excellent, it's a shame that they are missing with wholemeal and non-wholemeal bread, as it is healthier than flatbread.

27/03/2024: Small and homely place where both pizza and pasta are very good. The chickpea jerky is worth a try. Typical of the area. Very attentive and friendly service. A 5-minute walk from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Refrain from groups of more than 6 people. Highly recommended.

29/03/2024: A bit spartan pizzeria but the pizza is very good. You don't find many dishes but the cecina is really very good and the pizza is thin, just how I like it. Nice owner. The price is really honest. A bit of a wait to be served.

01/04/2024: There were 4 of us today. Very nice place, staff and owner really helpful and efficient. We ate: Paccheri alla Griscia which were truly exceptional!! Two Manzetta Prussiana Florentine steaks with a side of sumptuous baked potatoes. Very tender, cooked to perfection, mouth-watering. Mixed appetizers at the beginning. Everything perfect and abundant rations. Super honest price. We spent €45 each with a €40 bottle of wine. I definitely recommend it and will be back soon. Congratulations to the owner and staff

14/03/2024: Very, very good pizza, nothing to say about this, on the contrary... but behind the counter, total disorganization, too many young guys who often argue with each other... you don't do that when you're in the public. As for the dining room, people are rude and after dinner they spend time (especially those with young children) letting their children play in the space dedicated to them... leaving their things at the table and preventing others from sitting down... .as well as those who spend half an hour after eating on their cell phones. I think the owner should supervise this and kindly invite those who have finished to leave the table free for the people who are standing waiting.

03/03/2024: I got mixed seafood, indignant, everything was cold and set up as per reception, the dish was ready and not even looked after, the muscles/ mussels tasted like they were in the fridge and not like the sea. Decent mixed fried food, seafood grill for two people, somewhat poor fish, taken and placed there without a minimum of care, prawns and scampi left with innards, the ABC of a chef left right at school. I ask for the owner and they tell me he wasn't there, I get to the checkout and pay the full price after all these things were pointed out. Disappointed, such people should work the land instead of spoiling people's Sunday. I hope to be contacted by the owner who I assume was present there. PS, the windowsill next to our table is dirty and with a passport photo left there by who knows who, absolutely zero hygiene. But the people who evaluate on the fork and Google what do they evaluate or how do they eat??? 98 euros wasted!!! Sadness.

02/04/2024: 4 stars for trust... but that's right. Decent cuisine with generous portions in Neapolitan style. It's not a restaurant that pays attention to detail but you're sure to leave very satisfied with the abundance. Fair prices for quality and above all for quantity tasted. When you're HUNGRY....go to Rustichella and the result is certain. The pizza is also good.......we have already been there 3...4 times and we will return.......hello everyone
