12/08/2025: I'd heard this pizzeria was the "next level" in the area. One of the best gourmet pizzerias in Lucca and Pisa. I arrived on a Saturday evening, having booked for five, and found a reservation for three. Somehow, the owner got us a seat. We ordered four pizzas and a flatbread. The flatbread arrived twenty minutes after the pizzas, "because flatbread is cooked differently." The ingredients were good, in line with other pizzerias of the same standard, and the prices were above average. The draft beers were ordinary. Digestion wasn't the easiest thing that night.

was excellent: aperitif and pizzas, two with
smoked salmon, two with
Colonata lardo, one
with cod, and one with
carbonara. The dough was well-leavened and light, with plenty of toppings. Quiet place. Friendly staff.

I was here to pick up a takeout pizza. The pizza was good, the waitresses were kind. I only stayed 10 minutes and couldn't stand the way the pizza chef interacts with the waitresses. He calls them, sneers, snaps his fingers, and whistles to let them know the pizzas are ready. Even worse, all this happened right before the eyes of the owner, who remained indifferent to the situation (probably because it's part of the routine). It's a very serious matter to remain indifferent in the face of discrimination, mobbing, and repeated mistreatment by employees (especially toward the waitresses, who sometimes appeared intimidated). Let's remember that violence isn't just physical. I hope this comment reaches the owner and that the situation changes quickly, because in 2025, these incidents can no longer be tolerated.

I would have liked to see the prices on the paper menu, but that's fine.
The pizza flavor and dough are excellent, and they have a wide variety of pizzas that I haven't found elsewhere.

28/05/2025: I went to this restaurant for the first time last Saturday and I was really impressed. The staff is very kind and attentive, with a sincere care for the well-being of the customer. Although there was a small delay in waiting, they apologized by offering us cecina, a truly appreciated gesture that demonstrates professionalism and attention.
The pizzas were excellent, with a well-worked dough, light and generously filled with quality ingredients. Every bite was a pleasure!
A welcoming environment, managed with passion. I will definitely return and I highly recommend it.

13/06/2025: Incredibly slow and unfriendly service, we had to wait 25 minutes for draft beers, with no other guests besides us, and 4 staff "working" in the pizzeria... They managed to assemble the pizzas (7 in total) in 1 hour... the quality of the food was okay, but we were disappointed with the place. What would have happened if there had been guests at every table.

10/05/2025: Last night I ate a piece of Cecina with friends which was fabulous to say the least and the "pistachio" pizza with the addition of cherry tomatoes and I must say it was very good. The only flaw that doesn't make me give 5 stars to the food is that despite being very small, there were very few of them and the taste lacked that something that made me say wow...but ultimately a great pizza.
The only thing that makes me give 3 stars instead of 5, and therefore reduce the rating by 2, is the bathroom. Still having the Turk in 2025 (I don't know if it was only men or also women) but it's something I never imagined I'd find. Plus in what state!
It's a shame because ultimately the service and atmosphere are very relaxed and therefore ideal for talking to friends and having a laugh.

13/08/2025: Zero stars, it's horrible, and what happened to me was horrifying. We ordered 7 pizzas and some cecina, I received 4 pizzas, and the courier told me another order would arrive later. Later, I received an email saying the pizzas wouldn't arrive, and I was refunded. All this while waiting an hour. Terrifying.
04/08/2025: I ordered 8 pizzas on Deliveroo and they were delivered in two orders, one at 8:00 PM and the other at 8:18 PM. Obviously the quality of the food suffered, and I don't know if it's Deliveroo's fault or the restaurant's.

Went again tonight. Even worse! Service food and..... hot prosecco. I won't go back.
