19/07/2026: I can absolutely recommend this restaurant. We were very satisfied with our visit. The fish dishes were fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. The service was also friendly and attentive. Overall, a very good restaurant that we would gladly recommend.

02/05/2026: Surprised at the low rating. Was supposed to go to Kiste’s and was very happy we stumbled upon this place instead. The staff was friendly, food was quick, and the owner (I believe) even offered to let us sit down while we waited. Also english friendly, especially since my italian is not so great.
I will say the food was okay; it could be fresher and likely a bit bigger BUT the pricing makes sense for the size so I’m not holding it against them too much.
I will say, I’d 100% pick this restaurant again over Kiste’s, as the staff there was incredibly rude and beyond disrespectful to yell at customers for not choosing to eat at their restaurant. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were review bombing Pisa Caffe either.

We couldn't finish without the legendary cream sundae, and tonight with the strawberries.

I was impressed by the variety of croissants and brioches. They also have savory options.
The pastries are generously sized and very tasty!
The service was friendly and quick.
The only small drawback is that the place isn't very visible from the street. If you don't know it, you might not notice it.

20/08/2025: On our way back from vacation, we decided to stop for a quick dinner. The place was cozy, the pizza was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!
12/08/2025: I recommend changing the air conditioning. With these abnormal temperatures, a place that's in the sun all day, with glass walls... small... I highly recommend it. A few more precautions. Also, it's a bit expensive. We're in Pontedera on the main street, not Viareggio!!!!

02/05/2026: I am leaving a negative review because I had a very unpleasant experience. I sat down with the intention of ordering two Margherita pizzas for my children, but the staff member told me that this is a “restaurant,” not a place for that, and suggested I go to a bar instead.
This was confusing, especially since the place presents itself as a pizzeria. The attitude felt unwelcoming, particularly toward families with children, and made us feel uncomfortable and not wanted.
I would not recommend this place if you are visiting with kids.

08/04/2026: A complicated review because it's a combination of conflicting opinions on several aspects. The cramped, overly odorous atmosphere contrasts with the appreciable care, attention, and helpfulness of the staff.
The restaurant's truly excellent cuisine is matched by one of the worst pizzas I've ever had (the dough, cooking, and even the ingredients were decidedly inadequate). The price is good.
02/04/2026: Excellent dinner
The charcuterie and cheese platter was delicious, not to mention the delicious tagliatelle with cherry tomatoes and sea bream as a starter, the freshest fried squid, and finally, the delicious, homemade, warm chocolate heart.
We thank Alba and Maurizio for their warm welcome, making us feel as if we were dining at a friend's house.
The prices are also reasonable, and it's a place we'll gladly return to.

02/05/2026: I think it's unacceptable for waiters to show their emotions, make statements, or express opinions unless they're related to the food or their work. It's disrespectful and unprofessional, to say the least. I thank the second young waitress for her professionalism. I didn't like the pizza; I don't recommend it.
19/04/2026: A quaint pizzeria offering a variety of dough options: thick crust, thin and light crust, or whole wheat.
I chose the light crust, which was good but still a bit heavy for me, perhaps due to the toppings I chose or the fact that it was cooked a bit later than other pizzas at the same table. Regardless, there's a wide selection of pizzas, very friendly and helpful staff, and reasonable prices.

26/06/2026: Visiting from the Netherlands, this place has left a truly warm impression on us. From Willy the Turtle Rock, the stunning view, to the delicious drinks and the incredible six-course menu, every part of our evening exceeded our expectations. It was genuinely the best restaurant experiences we've ever had.
The staff were welcoming and attentive, the ambiance was relaxed and comfortable, and we left feeling not only full, but truly fulfilled. A special thank you for making my wife's birthday so memorable and for being so accommodating throughout our visit.
We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Thank you again!

21/07/2026: Pizza Diavola was okay. Fungi, on the other hand, was a sad-looking pizza. Taste was nonexistent. The waitstaff didn't notice us, so we couldn't order drinks again. When we waved to get their attention and ordered something else, it simply didn't arrive. We then went inside to pay. There are better restaurants.
