The Wall Taverna Fantasy

30/11/2025: Aside from the very cute fantasy theme, nothing special to report.
After years, the situation has changed a bit.
Slow and somewhat lackluster service, prices a bit high for the quality they offer, and dust and cobwebs reign supreme.
It's understandable that the parrot at the entrance (a cockatiel) was in a truly tiny cage between old newspaper and exposed to the temperature changes due to the front door. It was 0 degrees outside.
23/11/2025: We were a very complex group. Some were vegan and lactose intolerant, others vegetarian and allergic to garlic (me).
The chef took a personal interest and satisfied me in every way, with a special frittata! Very friendly, we'll definitely be back soon. The location was beautiful, and we had a lot of fun with the board games. Lots of variety. Thanks to all the staff.

12/10/2025: One of the best pizzas by the slice in Cecina. It's not exactly outstanding, but it's at least decent compared to the others. Good value. The only downside is that it only opens in the afternoon from 4:00 PM. Those who are hungry should get there first.
03/07/2025: Highly recommended! Welcoming place, a stone's throw from the center. Helpful and competent staff. Exceptional pinsa and tonda romana, light and with high quality raw materials. An excellent dinner, definitely worth repeating!

23/11/2025: The place is nice. Even though it was packed, they seated us almost immediately, and the service was efficient. We ordered almost immediately and didn't have to wait long for our food. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and pleasant. They paid attention to their customers. There were two of us. The presentation of the dishes wasn't great, but we liked what we had. We didn't like the desserts, though. For what we paid, you might expect something homemade. The only downside is the prices. They're definitely too high.
21/10/2025: We were a little apprehensive because the restaurant had a 3.8-star rating. However, it was the most popular restaurant, and that's why we went. The service was amazing, very dog-friendly. The food was delicious, and the portion price was great. The truffle pizza was particularly noteworthy. All in all, a fantastic evening!

30/08/2025: The pizza itself was good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We had to wait around 50 minutes for our pizzas, and one of them was even served together with the starter, so by the time it was eaten, it was already cold.
When the staff asked how the service was, I politely explained the long wait and the issue with the timing of the dishes. Instead of apologizing or showing understanding, the family running the place told me to “chill out” and dismissed my feedback. I wasn’t asking for a discount or making a scene; I simply answered honestly when asked.
I found their attitude extremely rude and unprofessional.

12/10/2025: Well, I can't say I had a bad meal, but I didn't have a great one either. The crust of the pizza is really hard to chew, and after eating it, the dough seems to stick in your stomach. But overall, it tastes good. As for the service, the girls are truly impeccable. Very kind and fast.
09/10/2025: Perfect for a easy lunch. Pizza was good, beer was cold, wibe was great at the outdoor seating.

20/10/2025: Dinner with my wife, we ordered two plates of tortelli with meat sauce, both satisfying, a pork shank with fries, a dish so large we ate it for two and truly delicious, as were the fries, a medium draft beer and a small, excellent quality beer, and a coffee to finish the meal. All for less than forty euros, unbelievable. I forgot to mention that to pass the time for the first course, they bring a bag of piping hot schiacciata pieces. The staff is very professional and courteous.

Menu featuring local ingredients, combining quantity and great quality.

28/09/2025: If you're looking for good food and a delicious pizza, then this is the restaurant for you. The staff is friendly and courteous, and the owner, Emanuela, is always welcoming and caters to every customer's need. I highly recommend it.
15/09/2025: Great place to go for a light pizza. The pizzas are good and thin, with fair prices. The atmosphere is homey, with plastic chairs outside. Inside, it's a bit noisy. Good selection of beers. A round of applause also goes to the off-menu spaghetti allo scoglio: absolutely excellent!

08/12/2025: Rustic place, still reminiscent of the '80s.
Clean, retro. The food is spectacular, the portions are generous (two people eat from one dish). The owner is the typical host I was a kid with; he cooks, he takes orders, and he serves.
The service is fantastic, friendly, and VERY FAST. If you're in the area, it's worth leaving the city center for quality food.
Highly recommended.
12/11/2025: Now I only get home delivery pizza from them, delicious, light and they deliver it on time, if not even a little early
