24/12/2025: It would be best to specify, or warn, or even not take reservations when you're closed. That's what happened to me this evening. I booked a table for four people at 8:00 PM and confirmed it, then arrived and found it closed. It's a complete lack of respect for customers.
19/09/2025: We stopped here briefly for lunch on our motorbike and received a very friendly welcome.

17/02/2026: For Valentine's Day. Service was prompt despite the restaurant being packed. The fish dishes were very good and beautifully presented. Someone had pizza and enjoyed it. The only downside was the din of everyone else dining there; you had to speak louder to be heard by the person in front. I don't think this happens on a weekday... we'll definitely be back.
03/02/2026: Civico55 is a pleasant discovery for those seeking the perfect blend of pizza and traditional cuisine. The pizza is flavorful, made with fresh, quality ingredients, while the restaurant's dishes are surprisingly meticulously prepared. The atmosphere is familiar and relaxed, perfect for a dinner with friends. Kudos to the staff, always smiling and attentive to their guests' needs. Excellent value, sure to make you want to return!

The regular pizzas are actually gigantic, at least 40 cm in diameter. Thin but generously topped with good ingredients. You leave feeling full!
The service could be improved with a little more "observation" in the dining room.
The atmosphere is quiet, not ultra-modern but adequate, well-kept, and clean (even the bathrooms, which isn't a given).
30/11/2025: Exceptional pizza, the only one of its kind in Arezzo and the surrounding province. Very thin, huge, crispy, and delicious, not to mention the affordable price. The pizza barely fits on the plate, and it's so much fun. I'm always amazed when it arrives and it puts a smile on my face. The appetizers are also worth trying; I see them being prepared every time, and they look truly amazing. The staff is welcoming, everyone is always smiling. The atmosphere is vintage and simple, everything is very clean... it feels like being at home...

14/09/2025: Conditionally. The pizzas were truly delicious and generously topped. The service was abysmal. We ordered takeout. They said it would take 20 minutes. In the end, it took 45 minutes (!!!). For me, pregnant and with a toddler (2), this was an absolute disgrace. I think they forgot our order. The endless wait and the fact that several guests who arrived after us were served before us unfortunately spoiled the experience for me.

20/11/2025: The place is well-kept and clean. The pizzas have a thick crust and are tasty and well-cooked. The price is very reasonable. The service can be a bit slow at times, but they're very polite.
04/11/2025: Very friendly staff. Tables are too close together. Pizzas are good, but not perfectly cooked in the center. Desserts are very good. Excellent beer selection.

01/10/2025: Pici all'aglione, peposo with polenta, and grape and walnut cake. Amazing!!! Everything homemade, served with kindness and courtesy, and a more than reasonable price (€49 for two). Highly recommended!

The MAXI pizza is exceptional, tasty, and filling, perfect for dinners with friends, birthdays, and parties in general.
Saturday nights are a regular event for me and my family!

30/08/2025: The pizza itself was good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We had to wait around 50 minutes for our pizzas, and one of them was even served together with the starter, so by the time it was eaten, it was already cold.
When the staff asked how the service was, I politely explained the long wait and the issue with the timing of the dishes. Instead of apologizing or showing understanding, the family running the place told me to “chill out” and dismissed my feedback. I wasn’t asking for a discount or making a scene; I simply answered honestly when asked.
I found their attitude extremely rude and unprofessional.

21/02/2026: One of the few places open in the early afternoon. Warm welcome, rustic and comfortable atmosphere, delicious bruschetta with truly toasted bread and well-seasoned tomatoes, and delicious focaccia. I love the checkered tablecloth, which is now found in very few trattorias.
