02/11/2024: Informal environment, good food, in my mixed fried food there was a whole hake. The sudden crush with the ambush was excellent. Hospitality and courtesy at the highest levels. Not bad for a first dinner on the island of Elba.

05/11/2024: Visité este restaurante mientras estaba de vacaciones en Castiglion Florentino. Lamentablemente, el camarero que nos atendió fue extremadamente antipático. Nos dio un menú demasiado corto, no ayudó en absoluto cuando intentamos descifrar el menú (no hay opción en inglés disponible) y sirvió nuestros refrescos en latas sin vasos. También pedimos agua y él cerró las botellas en la mesa. A continuación, mi amigo pidió un cóctel y le dijeron que fuera a una parte diferente del edificio, ya que los cócteles no se servían en el restaurante - como no somos italianos, no entendimos y pedimos la bebida de nuevo. 5 minutos después la bebida fue golpeada sobre la mesa que derramó la bebida y lo hizo sin ningún reconocimiento y de una manera muy grosera y poco profesional. Otro amigo mío también trató de pedir su comida en italiano, en mi opinión esto fue burlado y respondió con un tono sarcástico que no sirven piña en la pizza - a pesar de pedir un plato de pollo y no mencionar nada sobre la piña o pizza. No estoy seguro si fue un comentario para resaltar nuestra nacionalidad en tono despectivo pero nos hizo sentir incómodos. Interactuó con las otras mesas de italianos de una manera amistosa, lo que destacó aún más la grosería que nos dio. Luego continuó caminando junto a nuestra mesa y volvió los ojos. Luego pedimos WiFi, una vez más respondió en un tono sarcástico. La comida que pedimos era completamente insatisfactoria. El plato de pollo de mi amigo era el corte más pequeño de pollo, hojas de col y sin salsa alguna (22€ . 00 ) . Las papas asadas también se quemaron con un frasco entero de orégano espolvoreado en la parte superior. También pedimos hamburguesas y no nos preguntaron cómo queríamos que se cocinara. Salieron carne picada muy roja y sin cocer y las patatas fritas eran patatas fritas de horno congeladas con dos sobres de salsa cada una (15€ . 00 por hamburguesa). Yo personalmente no podía comer el mío y tenía que comer alrededor del borde ya que era la única parte que se cocinaba. La pizza era dura como una roca con queso quemado alrededor del borde. Nuestro servidor nos dijo entonces que iba a la otra habitación y si necesitábamos algo debemos "gritar". A pesar de que continuó sirviendo a otras personas a nuestro alrededor. Luego le pedimos la factura y él respondió "para la factura vaya al bar y pida la mesa 8 " y se fue con bastante prontitud sin ningún reconocimiento de cómo encontramos nuestra comida - simplemente se fue. También olía a baño en todo el restaurante. En general, el peor restaurante que visitamos esta semana.

15/10/2024: abbiamo preso tutti la Pizza e siamo rimasti molto soddifatti, impasto friabile e gustoso, ingredienti di buona qualità. potrei solo suggerire una birra Rossa piu intensa, magari una Leffe, ma sono gusti personali tutti bravissimi, complimenti il Locale è pure molto carino

18/02/2025: I went to this place a short time ago with a friend but I was honestly disappointed; we asked for an appetizer for two and they brought us a dirty plate and this is not allowed in a restaurant! Shortly after us, a couple entered with a large dog (it's not because of the animal itself that I adore) which should be prohibited since animals shouldn't be allowed in a place where food is served. Finally, I ordered a tiramisu: it looked like a small piece of pandoro with a bit of cream on top and among other things it wasn't completely fresh, probably left over from the day before or who knows when... (so everything was except a classic tiramisu). In conclusion I didn't like it at all!!! To be avoided. I don't think he will remember me since a few months have passed, furthermore the dog was large in size and the tiramisu was as I described it so don't give untruthful answers. It went so peacefully, maybe next time you'll be more careful because you can't joke about hygiene and the quality of the food.

05/02/2025: Small restaurant in the square in Impruneta. In the winter months the kitchen is closed so it is only possible to eat appetizers, pizzas and hamburgers. Very narrow spaces so it is a bit difficult to be able to converse. Good pizza and good products. Friendly and helpful staff!

10/03/2025: On Saturday evening I decide to try Pirata2's home delivery pizza. I booked for 8.30pm and at 8.45pm I called to find out how far along the delivery was, I was told that it was about to go out in 2 minutes and it was at my place. Ok, I'll wait, it arrives at 8.52pm, plus it gets the wrong address and goes further on, I almost didn't want to take it again. I pay, I go up and the pizza was cold, rubbery and burnt.. an experience to be erased.

23/01/2025: The pizza is good, well filled and also available wholemeal and for celiacs

21/02/2025: Locale unico. Birre e cibo molto buono e atmosfera fantasy come in pochi posti. Anche il lato nerd e quello rock non sono in disparte, con tanti giochi da tavolo, serate organizzate anche direttamente con la blizzard e concerti dal folk al metal.

01/01/2025: Prenotato tramite the fork il locale risultavo molto carino come esteticamente cosi’ è stato anche in presenza, previo arrivo a Firenze per l’ultimo dell’anno ho scritto tramite mail se fosse attivo il servizio pizzeria per mangiare la pizza (non servendosi del menu’) purtroppo pero’ non ho ricevuto risposta. All’arrivo troviamo il menu’ di capodanno (cio’ che volevamo evitare) ordiniamo e al secondo piatto (carre’ di vitello con fiocchi di pure e porcini) vengono trovati a fine piatto dei vermi nei funghi, avvertiamo un cameriere e ci viene detto che è normale perché essi vengono coltivati nel campo, dopo averlo detto ad un’altra cameriera arrivano le scuse. Arriviamo a pagare il conto e ci vengono offerti due caffe’ (al posto del rimborso del piatto servito) senza neanche scusarsi del fatto avvenuto e prendendo in considerazione che quei vermi noi li avevamo mangiati.

15/02/2025: Very beautiful location, everything very suggestive, San Valentin was successful, the only negative note was the service with little tact, honestly, especially with allergies. Lastly, as they don't have a gluten-free dessert, they offer a fruit flambé. Total flop, at the checkout explaining that the fruit wasn't that great and that the problem exists because you don't have gluten-free desserts, there was no attention whatsoever. For the rest everything TOP. Too bad I would have liked to give 5 stars. P.s If it had been for the waiter maybe I would have given 3 stars.

14/11/2024: Buona pizzeria storica della zona, dall'aspetto "anni 80". Si caratterizza per la classica pizza toscana, bassa e ben condita con materie prime di qualità, ben digeribile. Buono il dolce di produzione propria, come pure il gelato. Servizio efficiente, facilità di parcheggio nelle vicinanze. Pensavamo di spendere qualcosa di meno, ma forse il prezzo è stato influenzato dalla qualità delle materie prime utilizzate
