Pizzeria Sarda In Livorno

Accompanied by my daughter and a local friend, I tried the 5 e 5, a Livorno specialty I hadn't heard of. This freshly made cake, made to a top-secret recipe, was both crispy and soft, accompanied by fried eggplant with plenty of garlic and pepper, and homemade bread. It was a true delight, with tantalizing aromas and a mouth-watering treat. The kindness, courtesy, and cheerfulness of the owner and staff completed the dinner's success. We went to this pizzeria a few days ago. The pie is spectacular, crispy on the bottom and top and soft on the inside. It's a Livorno special, one of the best I've ever eaten. The pizza was excellent, just like the pie. Words are pointless; it's a must-try! There was a slight delay due to an issue, but the food was so good that the wait went unnoticed. Plus, the staff and the owners, a husband and wife team, were incredibly kind and friendly. Thank you!! See you soon!!

Excellent food, excellent quality and excellent price

Always perfect, good pizza and excellent service. Quick service. Good cake and amazing eggplant, and appetizers. Always available for my mother in a wheelchair and they always find a place to accommodate us. Highly recommend. Plus, they have TVs to watch the games. They even gave us a bottle of wine ❤️

When I return to Livorno, I'll make a regular stop at Pizzeria Sarda. The atmosphere is simple, welcoming, and clean. The pizza and chickpea cake are excellent. The prices are fair. Santino is a great host; he offered us myrtle liqueur, filu e ferru, and more. Recommended.
