If you’re ever in Florence and looking for the perfect pizza experience, Mister Pizza is the place to be — hands down, the best pizza and service we’ve had in all of Italy. From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed like family. The atmosphere was electric, warm, and full of joy, but what truly made the evening unforgettable was the outstanding service and energy of two incredible staff members: Osas and Mustafa. Osas, our server, was an absolute gem — full of life, funny, kind, and incredibly attentive. He made the whole dining experience so much fun, making us laugh, suggesting the best pizzas, and ensuring we had everything we needed. He treated us not just as customers, but as old friends. His vibe alone makes you want to come back again and again. Then there’s Mustafa, the master behind the pizzas — and let me just say, he’s an artist. You can see the passion he puts into every pizza, and the results are mind-blowing. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside, soft inside, the ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and every bite makes you want to cry tears of joy. Watching him work the oven is like watching a maestro conduct a symphony. Together, Osas and Mustafa made this more than just dinner — it was an experience. Delicious food, unforgettable service, and an atmosphere full of life. I’ve never had so much fun in a restaurant, and I can’t recommend it enough. This place deserves more than 5 stars. 18/03/2025: Pizza to be good must be divine, otherwise it is not pizza. The name of the place says it all. Very good. Very small place set up with only two tables for customers who want to eat there, and excellent for take-out.

21/05/2025: We got the #2 pizza with tomatoes and pesto with truffle added and it was so good we got a second pizza. The crust is incredibly textured and it's clear the pesto is made fresh. The #8 salami pizza we got was just as good as the #2, and the chefs were so personable. I especially loved the fresh ingredients everywhere and the conversations between the chefs and their regulars; it felt like such a slice of authenticity in this tourist area. We're going to be back for sure!

30/05/2025: Siempre tengo cuidado con los restaurantes en los mejores puntos turísticos, pero las reseñas que había leído eran realmente de cortesía. La comida y el servicio aquí es fantástico y nuestro servidor no podría hacer lo suficiente por nosotros. Auténtica cocina con un toque moderno. Tuve uno de los mejores platos que he comido en Italia, y somos viajeros experimentados al país. Realmente se centran en el uso de productos de temporada.

02/05/2025: An excellent idea to make thin pizzas but with a more elaborate proposal regarding the ingredients. Very interesting dough, I would even say original for leavening. Definitely worth trying and definitely recommended.
