01/08/2026: There were four of us and two children, and the kids didn't eat anything... the pizza was good, but the service left much to be desired. We ordered four pizzas, three bottles of water, and four drinks. They brought us plastic cups to drink the water in, and then the drinks were served in plastic cups. I pointed out that perhaps the drinks should have been served in glasses, but they replied that they serve them that way after a certain time (it was 9:30 PM). But the most shocking thing is that they charge children a cover charge even if they didn't eat anything... Response to the owner's comment: It's not mean, nor am I smearing, but I simply described what actually happened... Smearing would simply mean saying things that aren't true, something that wasn't done.

12/06/2026: Absolutely terrible service. We asked if we could sit down, and then no one ever came. The menu is only available via QR code. Not suitable for tourists who speak little to no Italian. After 20 minutes, we got up because no one was paying any attention to us anymore. It's a shame, because the ambiance would be fantastic and would attract paying customers.

30/07/2026: A true gem. It's wonderful to find places that maintain their traditional prices without compromising on quality. The pizzas were spectacular, with high-quality ingredients and incredible flavor. Everything we ordered was delicious, and you could tell they put love into preparing the food. But what truly stands out is the service. The staff was exceptional: friendly, welcoming, and very attentive at all times, making the experience even better. The service was quick and impeccable. Without a doubt, a highly recommended place. It's a pleasure to find restaurants like this. We'll definitely be back.

21/08/2026: The worst food on our trip. We ordered six dishes, and each one was terrible. Too salty, JUST SALT!!! Flavorless!!! The chef clearly doesn't know what he's doing, let alone taste what he's serving. The staff is terrible, and you have to ask for cutlery. I leave hungry and dissatisfied.

28/02/2026: Terrible experience, and unfortunately it wasn't just a one-time thing. I've ordered from this pizzeria several times, giving it the benefit of the doubt, but every single time the pizza has arrived over an hour late. Not 10 or 15 minutes: over an hour. Without even a call to let them know. When I try to call to ask for an explanation, they respond rudely and annoyed, even though I asked where the delivery man was, since I had explicitly stated I needed it by 8:00. Furthermore, they make up different excuses each time (the delivery man has already left), which turn out to be blatantly false.

10/07/2026: We were seated at the table. The waiter came to take our order, and when we said we only wanted drinks, he said: "No, this is a lunch table; we can have coffee somewhere else." Then he took our menus and indicated that we weren't getting anything there. Totally unfriendly; normally, the waiter should have clarified that when seating us.

18/04/2026: I went to this pizzeria with my son, but unfortunately, the experience was very negative. We ordered a Margherita with salami and a parmigiana pizza. The salami was sliced ​​excessively thickly (about 2 cm), making the pizza unappealing and difficult to eat. The parmigiana was even worse: the eggplant was obviously spoiled. It wasn't just my impression, as a customer sitting next to us also returned her pizza for the same problem. I reported the situation to a red-haired woman (I don't know what her role was), but the response I received was unacceptable: I was told I would still have to pay and that, if they remade the pizza, I could throw it away because it wasn't their problem. An unprofessional and disrespectful attitude toward the customer. I tried to point out the seriousness of the situation, also regarding the quality of the food, but no one listened. However, I would like to point out that the pizza chefs and a service girl were helpful and kind, trying to handle the situation as best they could. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I won't be returning, and I don't recommend this place.

11/04/2026: Service: We ordered pizzas, served one at a time. The caraoche was turned up so loud that it distorted the music. The pizzas left much to be desired. Poor quality for the price.

The pizzas arrived at each table at 11:00 PM, and my guests were completely dissatisfied with the service and especially the food. The pizza chef had been advised to offer a variety of dishes, but we only saw very limited pizzas, and knowing it was a pizza tour, he didn't even think to cut them. Personally, I would never recommend anyone to set foot in that "restaurant."
