26/06/2025: Shady spot for lunch, welcoming host and varied array of very reasonably priced food 😊 We ate outside and chose from specials board - lasagne zucchini, mushroom wraps, antipasto… I just wanted salad which they were happy to rustle up for me, my husband had the lasagne which he pronounced delicious! Had to finish it off with Tiramisu! Great find out of the heat of the day 👍🏻😊

03/05/2025: È raro trovare un ristorante dove sentirsi a casa, mangiare genuino, tipico, casareccio e dai gusti ricercati allo stesso tempo. Piatti buonissimi ed abbondanti come si addice a posti rustici, senza fronzoli, ma in cui si percepisce la cura nello sfamare i propri ospiti e farli uscire con il sorriso. Isnello si conferma anche con questo un posto di gente attenta e di cuore. Grazie

27/03/2025: It's the third time I've ordered at home and every time it arrives late and is also postponed, today I ordered at 7.05pm with delivery at 8.30pm via just eat, the restaurant moved the delivery to 9pm and I didn't say anything, at the time of delivery there was a 5 minute delay, I send a delay notification and they tell me that the order is being prepared and will be delivered at 9.25pm, I call the restaurant and the answering machine, I wait for 9.25pm ​​and the order is still late, I call the restaurant at 9.30pm to get news and the rider had yet to leave. Delivery made at 9.37pm. It's not done like that!

19/08/2025: Our go-to place when we come to Sicily... to enjoy excellent fritto misto and delicious gluten-free pizza (for me, a celiac, it's a given!!) You can eat both inside and outside, surrounded by the beauty and warmth of Avola's piazza! It's always best to call to reserve a table. Friendly and professional service. 26/07/2025: The pizza was more than satisfactory. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the place is a bit dated, but it's worth a visit because the view of Palermo is breathtaking and it's nice and cool in the summer.

21/07/2025: The upstairs dining room was infernally hot. The pizza arrived with the appetizer, rubbery and half raw. The arancini from the appetizer were mush. The beer (no variety) was warm. The Coke was warm. The best part: MARIA TERESA's service and the view.

30/07/2025: Il personale è disponibile e molto cortese.Ottimi gli antipasti,i primi piatti ed anche i secondi.Altrettanto buona la pizza e anche i cocktail...consiglio vivamente lo spritz al limoncello.Prezzi giusti.Se vai a Favignana per forza devi andare al Nautilus.Complimenti ad Alessandro!!!

26/07/2025: Servizio pessimo! 4 thè freddi serviti a mano senza vassoio, "abbandonati" sul tavolo senza bicchieri e, quando li abbiamo chiesti, ci hanno portato quelli di plastica, per la modica cifra di 5 euro cad. uno. Assurdo! Cameriere molto cupo. Mai più!

16/08/2025: August 15, 2025: Lunch with a set menu. We booked for 1:00 PM and arrived at 1:22 PM. We started with the appetizer at 2:30 PM!!!! After that, for the first course, we lost track of time: over an hour of waiting and watching the staff come out of the kitchen with the first courses, often not knowing where to take them, and they brought them back, leaving many diners high and dry. The staff tries to adapt with very little success! No manager to manage the waiters, who are now completely out of sorts, and no sign of the owners to report the enormous inconvenience. Out of politeness, we didn't leave the restaurant, and out of politeness, we paid a fortune for a quality and quantity that was, to say the least, nonexistent and deplorable. We won't be returning!!!

15/08/2025: The evening of August 14th, the inside dining room was packed, while the courtyard outside was full, and everyone had reservations. Our group arrived at 8:30 PM, a table with several people, and the request for water arrived quite a while later. Orders were taken at 10:30 PM after several reminders. At 11:30 PM, there was still no sign of any food, and when we asked for information, they said they were starting to prepare our order. We all left our tables and left after reporting the poor service. Other people, however, complained that they hadn't eaten yet, just like us. They're not exactly used to managing a full dining room or even just a few people, because I've occasionally gone as a couple, and they're very, very slow.

13/05/2025: I have been going to this pizzeria for ten years. Stello the owner with Antonella, his sister, they are constantly improving the place. Maintaining an excellent quality of the products, even the bread, with excellent prices. Very good.

26/07/2025: I started out with excellent pizza and Pizzoli in particular, then over time the pizza got worse, it always arrives cold and is often stuck to the cardboard, delivery service terrible experience, I always book at 5.30pm to be the first at 7.30pm, then they bring it to you after several phone calls at 9pm😤😤😤

20/03/2025: If you want to eat Messina focaccia, this is certainly the least suitable place. Focaccia in which the only sensation was grease, but not a tasty grease, a grease devoid of any taste. Terrible service, the staff made comments as if the customer couldn't listen to them, also not very attentive.

28/06/2025: Very good food, excellent pizzas. Discreet and spartan environment, excellent for spending the evening with friends. Service needs to improve, the orders were taken by 2 girls, half a table each. When the pizzas arrived there were some mistakes. Overall I give it a full pass

19/06/2025: A very relaxing place, excellent service, delicious pizza. The girls are very friendly, kind and active, always with a smile, as soon as they noticed that something was running out at the table, we arrived immediately, we were 50 and they managed to satisfy everything we asked for. 02/07/2025: I ordered a pizza online through the app. After 40 minutes the app said the order was ready for pickup, but when I got there it hadn't even been started. I had to wait another 20 minutes. Disorganized service and no communication. The pizza was mediocre, nothing special. I won't be returning.
