19/07/2026: I ordered a gluten-free pizza to go. It was completely raw, not just on the bottom but inside as well. I called back and was told the pizza would be remade. I should point out that a slice was missing.
17/06/2026: Pizza was ok, service was average, but the worst part was being dishonest! Taking advantage of tourists, having two different menus with different prices is definitely not a way of running a business!

18/07/2026: The pizza was excellent. It's a shame the delivery was an hour late, even though they promised it would be available at 9 when you called (it didn't take much to be honest and say they couldn't make it by 9). Then, at 9:30 PM, "pizza in production," half an hour later, this pizza finally arrived. Luckily, it was excellent (which is why I tried them again), but it's not quite there. They won't see me again.

13/06/2026: We ordered pizza for home delivery at 8:00 PM. After an absurd 2-hour delay, with no call or explanation, we called to find out. The staff's response was incredibly rude: "Do you want the pizza or not?"
At that point, we refused the order. Two hours wasted and treated with zero respect. A shameful experience; we will never order from there again.
13/06/2026: Terrible experience, rude and disrespectful towards the customer. Order placed at 8:15 PM, saying it would arrive at 9:15 PM, 9:30 PM at the latest. We called them back to find out, and in a rude tone they replied: "If you want it, you'll have to wait another half hour; if you want, you can go somewhere else."
No professionalism or respect, they treated us as if we were the problem.
Truly disrespectful, even with guests at home, they left us without our order.
I do not recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

11/07/2026: I've eaten at many places, but I have to say that this is something else entirely. Besides the location, which is very similar to the Spanish Quarters of Naples, the pizza was exceptional, very similar to Neapolitan pizza: well-seasoned, with a light dough and expert leavening. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to every request, not to mention the price we paid for three people was really low. We'll definitely see you soon.
PS: The table in the center of the square was TOP.
29/05/2026: Ordered a burger, they didn't have burger bread so only got a burger meat. No salad or dressing just a ton of fries that had to be ordered additionally

03/05/2026: I ordered chicken home delivery asking if it was possible to have it by 8.30pm the lady who answered the phone said "yes of course" it's 8.55pm I'm still waiting, and it's the second time this has happened, obviously they earn a lot of money to be able to afford to lose customers

23/08/2026: Unfortunately, it wasn't a pleasant experience. The portions were incredibly small for the price, and the bread was very dry. Furthermore, it was incredibly hot outside, and the overall atmosphere was unpleasant. The waitress seemed very unmotivated and uninterested, which made the service even less pleasant. Overall, we expected much more, and we left the restaurant feeling quite disappointed. It's a shame, because with a more refined atmosphere, better service, and slightly more generous portions, it would have definitely been a different experience.

09/06/2026: House red wine from a Tetra Pak served ice-cold in juice glasses, the Maccheroni Norma were good, the service was unmotivated and grumpy, but the view of Naxos was fabulous.
Each dish was €1 more expensive on the bill than on the menu, plus a €2.50 cover charge.
Conclusion: Not recommended! There are many better restaurants in Castelmola!
27/05/2026: Stunning sea view, but the lack of customers should have been a red flag. The welcome was incredibly unpleasant, with cutlery practically thrown on the table.
The pasta was good, but the mussels in the risotto were clearly not fresh.
The service was deplorable, and the owners showed absolutely no friendliness.
The final surprise was the bill: the tomato and mozzarella starter was €27. Clearly outrageous considering the small portion. In plain terms, this kind of restaurant is a rip-off!
Absolutely avoid this place!!!

15/03/2026: If I could, I'd give it a 0!! Pizzas arrived an hour and a half late, despite countless calls to hurry... I couldn't even see a hint of mozzarella on my Margherita! Plus, the pizzas were super burnt and the fries raw! Never again!
15/03/2026: Unfortunately my review is negative.. pizza ordered for 9:00 pm.. it arrives at 10:20 pm.. all burnt.. a Margherita that was more like a Margherita.. I managed to eat what I could. I can understand the delay on Saturday, for goodness sake.. but not after an hour and a half that I've been practically there.. unfortunately I was unable to come down.
