24/10/2025: I ordered a basic Margherita family pizza with mushrooms, spicy salami and gorgonzola and 1 small portion of chips, we went to collect it ourselves, frozen pizza with very cold and tasteless mushrooms, dehydrated and without salt, paper-flavored pizza, tastes like nothing, salami, very few slices and dry, gorgonzola, maybe it was Gin because there were a few drops of it, the mozzarella, who saw it, the portion of chips for the Smurfs, also the sachets of keckup and mignon mayonnaise: I called back to say the things that were not right and I was told that they decide things and that he did not have time, hanging up the phone without letting me speak several times, adding insult to injury, rude people
27/09/2025: The pizza was absolutely inedible. The fries were cold and hard, and the sausage was unremarkable. I took it back less than 5 minutes after getting home. When I got to the pizzeria, I wanted to exchange it for a Margherita (impossible to mess up). Less than a few seconds after the pizza was prepared, a huge orange cat appeared between the kitchen and the work area. I can't continue to eat a pizza like that after all this. I dropped everything and left. NEVER AGAIN.

25/10/2025: Terrible experience. Even though I waited an hour after the time they indicated, the pizzolo arrived in a terrible state, half a carton missing because all the juices had leaked out. The fries were limp and everything was completely cold. Out of fairness, I paid for the fries, but the customers lost them regardless.

09/11/2025: We've been to this self-service restaurant several times, but since I'm celiac, I had table service and chose gnocchi with tuna and cherry tomatoes. It was excellent, simple yet full of flavor.
My compliments for the quality of your dishes and the kindness of those who welcomed us. For us, you'll always be a culinary must-visit during our shopping trips to the Sicilia Outlet Village. Well done!
09/11/2025: Today I went to the outlet and, like always, I had lunch at FudSud. I had a first course with arugula pesto and tuna, which was truly exceptional. My girlfriend had a slice of salmon with basmati rice. It was good, but honestly, given the price, they could have made the portion a little larger. Overall, it was an excellent lunch.

10/11/2025: What a shame... I've never experienced such appalling service in my life! During last Saturday's fixed-price dinner (drinks included), a rude and aggressive waiter snatched a bottle of water from the table from a woman in our group. The bottle was included on the menu and had been requested in place of other drinks.
After reporting the unfortunate and humiliating incident, we received no apologies from either the owner or the waiter who had committed the nasty act. A ruined dinner: like losing a regular group of 10 people.
09/11/2025: Decent pizza, decent location, terrible service, owner uninterested in customer satisfaction. Not recommended.

06/03/2026: I called to order a pizza an hour and a half early. I was returning to Trapani from a business trip, so I was in a hurry.
The pizza was supposed to be ready, but instead the manager and staff were arguing in the back room, leaving the counter unattended.
They hadn't even started topping the pizzas!!! Rude staff: they'll never see me again.
02/01/2026: €40 for two double rooms, one of which is Riana and one Roman, plus the constant delivery delays.
To be avoided.

07/01/2026: Gluten-free pizza... I've been celiac for 25 years and have NEVER had a problem with any pizzeria. After eating a "gluten-free" pizza, I had all the symptoms of contamination. I didn't want to believe it, but after reading the reviews and hearing the opinions of people I trust who are celiac, I realized that that pizza was not gluten-free at all. I will obviously never come here again, but I just hope my review can help prevent others from feeling ill. Best wishes!

06/08/2025: The location is unquestionably nice, Etna surroundings are amazing. The restaurant itself is nice and a kind of minimalist. Food is excellent and the local beers are very intriguing. Service is punctual and prices are more than acceptable.

11/10/2025: A lovely dinner for two with fried mozzarella and vegetable appetizers. Then the burgers made with pizza bread were truly generous and delicious. The atmosphere was cozy and quiet. Just to make a personal note, I'd remove the TV in the dining room, as I've never enjoyed it during dinner. It distracts attention from everything else and, more importantly, prevents conversation among the diners, but that's just my personal opinion.

07/02/2026: I've read some pretty negative reviews, which I personally don't feel comfortable sharing. I didn't find anything particularly negative; in fact, I thought the pizza was perfectly presentable, though not exceptional. The prices were just a tad above average, but nothing outrageous.
12/09/2025: Disgusting pizzas, not very fresh products. I ate a 4-cheese pizza and ended up in the hospital. My husband just had a little stomach ache. We just left the hospital. It's truly disgusting. Someone should do the necessary checks.
