24/06/2026: Truly excellent pizza! Light, well-leavened dough, fresh, flavorful ingredients, perfectly cooked. The staff is friendly and fast, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the prices are fair. I'd happily recommend this pizzeria and will definitely be back!
28/02/2026: Well-topped pizzas and a very good dough. Friendly staff, convenient location for outdoor seating only.
I'm giving it 3 stars for the pizza prices; you never know how much they cost. Even though we almost always order the same pizzas, the total price is always different, never less, always more!!! Please post photos with the prices because you've forced me to buy pizza elsewhere where the prices are always the same.

14/09/2025: I've never eaten there, but I think the aromas wafting from the beach or the boardwalk are enough to make me rate the food highly. Beer and other drinks are nice and cold, and the prices are very fair.

18/04/2026: Terrible home delivery experience. Estimated wait time 45 minutes, actual wait time a good 2 hours. Pizzas arrived completely squashed, with the cheese stuck to the cardboard and burnt (black) on half the side. It's a shame because the flavor is decent, but I would have expected the restaurant to take some kind of action regarding the mix-up. They're practically wasted.
11/04/2026: I have nothing to say about what I ordered, but it was a blatant robbery. I paid only €15 for a focaccia with ham, mozzarella, pistachio pesto, and chips. The price listed was €6, and only because I made it my way did I pay that price! Obviously, I won't go there again. Then they complain because the places are closing!

25/07/2026: I didn't even know this place existed because it's not an area I go to often anyway... but after a birthday party I was invited to, I realized that it could be a good solution for celebrating your children's birthdays as there are inflatable games for children and other games. The entertainer was very skilled because he knew how to entertain adults and children...

10/08/2026: After ordering sandwiches several times and really enjoying the abundance and value for money, yesterday I decided to order a pizza.
I ordered a €12.50 pizza with a buffalo mozzarella-filled crust. When the pizza arrived, it looked good, although it was a bit small and undercooked. As stated on the menu, I expected to find a crust filled with cheese, but unfortunately, all I found was air.
I also unfortunately found two hairs, one on the crust and one on the crust.
This review isn't a criticism, but rather a suggestion to be more careful.

09/08/2026: We just spent a holiday immersed in nature and had a wonderful time.
Very spacious and clean room, a beautiful pool, and all the staff were professional and helpful. Despite the heat, we always ate lunch outside with a pleasant breeze, and the food was fresh and very good. I will definitely be back.
07/08/2026: A delightful day at Tenuta Bellaprima, perfect for unwinding and enjoying a few hours of true relaxation.
We chose the Pool Lunch option and had a truly wonderful time: a day spent by the pool, relaxing, and enjoying good food, with a lunch featuring excellent traditional appetizers that further enhanced our appreciation of the local flavors.
The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, and the setting truly allows you to slow down and enjoy the day without a care in the world.
I recommend this place even to those who can't stay for a longer period: it's definitely worth coming, even just for a different kind of day, relaxing, enjoying the pool, and enjoying good food.
We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

16/08/2026: Good food. Service, let's face it, I think that if I sit down at a restaurant/pizzeria/focacceria, it should take precedence over takeout. There was a disturbing buzz in the place, people standing waiting, and we were sitting down as well. In the end, we left. It took 50 minutes for a piece of focaccia (which never arrived)—no way! Pitoni and arancini were already prepared and they brought them to us right away... but they didn't bring us drinks (we had to ask after eating an arancini). Let's say that's a rather lenient assessment given the confusion, the heat, and all the extenuating circumstances... but that's not good.
10/08/2026: Terrible focaccia. And the service worse: waiters who are children and don't listen to you.

We ordered pizzas to eat on the beach. The kids had to go to the bathroom. They were clean and dressed, and the owner didn't let them go to the bathroom, considering it's a beach restaurant.
23/08/2026: After many years, I decided to get a pizza here at the first slide and enjoy it on the beach. The service, however, was terrible! The owner was nervous, and when I went to the bathroom, she kicked the door shut just because I hadn't closed it completely but left it ajar. It felt like I was going back 20 years, and the pizza was really, really bad. I definitely won't be back because they don't give me free pizzas, so I wanted to be treated at least a little better.

29/04/2026: We went to dinner at this restaurant on the evening of April 25th, and despite it being a holiday, it was packed, but not overwhelming. The staff was helpful and very welcoming, prompt with both the reservation and the service. We ordered four pizzas and an appetizer of fries; the ingredients were truly good and flavorful, and the dough was light. My only criticism was that the prosciutto was a bit salty, and the mozzarella wasn't melted very well, but these are small things that often don't depend on the staff.
Otherwise, a very nice experience, and I highly recommend this Bistro!
