We're customers and we were very disappointed. Among the pizzas we ordered, there was a Scaccione with speck. We asked to replace it with bresaola. Well, we were charged for the extra. We think this is unfair and we won't be going back, because it wasn't an extra, but a substitution.

The staff immediately proved to be kind, welcoming, and attentive, making us feel pampered and always striving to accommodate our every request. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, while the breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of sweet and savory options. We highly recommend this stay.
