22/02/2026: Very good food, very kind and professional staff, excellent

20/02/2026: After ordering the pizza called plantain with zucchini cream, stracciatella, yellow cherry tomatoes, and shrimp tartare, I simply asked for salmon to be added. It arrived without tartare and with red cherry tomatoes. When I asked for clarification, they told me these things weren't there!!! Tell me in advance, not after the pizza was ready!!! I sent it back and was left hungry!... I'll never come again!!

18/09/2025: Poor quality ingredients...the rubber arrived an hour late...I'm giving it one star because it's the lowest I can give! Delivery service, like pizza...no comment!!!

23/09/2025: We sat in a quit empty place but even though I speak Italian fluent and twice tried to get the waitress attention she complety ignored our company. The second time she instead smalltalked about where her parents came from with some other guests and just past us by. So don't bother go there, just walk about 75 meters away to a small but charming street nearby where you won't be ignored at the bars and restaurants.

13/09/2025: A nice place to relax after visiting all these beautiful Palermo cathedrals and monasteries. Otherwise — quite a basic place but with friendly staff. The bellini was refreshing!

05/02/2026: A truly excellent experience! The atmosphere was welcoming, the staff were friendly and attentive, without being intrusive. The dishes were meticulously prepared with quality ingredients, and the pizza was the highlight, with its light, high-quality dough. The value for money was also excellent. I will definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for cuisine made with passion.

04/02/2026: I was invited to a birthday party, everything was good, the staff were serious and welcoming and the place was characteristic with its winter garden.

08/11/2025: I ordered two burgers to go, and unfortunately, both were a bit undercooked. My partner didn't mind, but I'd prefer them to be cooked more thoroughly. A little clarification when ordering would have been helpful. In the end, I had to cook the burger at home, and the fries got cold. An experience that, hopefully, will improve in the future.

25/01/2026: Exceptional experience, top-notch pizza and service! ​I've been to Bistrò 144 and I can only compliment the entire staff. ​The Pizza: Truly remarkable. Light and digestible dough with a perfect crust. The ingredients are top-quality: the prosciutto was incredibly fresh, and the meat combinations (salami and sausage) were flavorful and plentiful. One of the best pizzas I've had recently. ​The Service: A special mention goes to Pietro, who looked after us with extreme professionalism, friendliness, and attention. It's rare to find such attentive and fast service, capable of making you feel immediately at home. ​Excellent atmosphere and impeccable quality. We'll definitely be back, highly recommended!

21/11/2025: Second time I've been there, this second time I feel like writing a review for the impeccable service and the very courteous and friendly waiter with a perfect knowledge of the menu. He recommended an appetizer that we were satisfied with, as well as their pizzas with a soft dough and quality toppings!!

21/09/2025: Food is tasty/good, but is not worth a 1hr 30+ wait after only ordering 2 margherita pizzas. It was a Saturday night, but over half the tables were not occupied. Ridiculous really. Felt sorry for the waiters as other tables were also visibly frustrated. If they couldn't accommodate us in a reasonable time, they shouldn't have accepted us or the other 2 frustrated tables. 20/02/2026: Discovered by chance, thanks to the Fork app, for logistical reasons, Foscolo Tre truly surprised me, even though I came here without much expectation. Minimalist chic, with a warm, noir-inspired design, natural touches, thoughtfully designed soft lighting, and wines on the walls, a cultural symbol of food and wine art. Refined, fine-fusion cuisine, using locally sourced ingredients, essential dishes, excellent table settings, a balance between classic and creative dishes, and a focus on seasonality. Delicious homemade breads and desserts, thanks to experimentation with ancient flours, with a good moisture/maturation ratio. Superlative selection of aged, marbled, and premium meats. Comprehensive wine list, featuring regional and international selections, with excellent champagnes, Franciacorta, and Metodo Classico. Friendly, attentive, and helpful service. Chef, mentor, and guide, acting as a gentlemanly "management de salle," offering comprehensive explanations of each dish served. Good value for money, thanks also to the The Fork discount, which was initially not applied to the cover charge, but was promptly corrected later.

03/02/2026: The place is very beautiful and welcoming, the atmosphere truly inviting you to sit down and relax. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't live up to the setting: I found it rather bland and the dough wasn't convincing. It's a shame, because the setting deserves a cuisine of the same caliber.
