31/07/2026: The food was okay, and the atmosphere was nice too (we were the only tourists there), but unfortunately, the service was problematic. We weren't there at peak time, and yet the food still took over 40 minutes. Furthermore, the staff spoke little to no English (the menu was only in Italian). Nothing major, but overall, I wouldn't describe the restaurant as anything special.

28/03/2026: After the fourth time I've ordered takeout pizza by appointment and waited, I've decided not to go there again. The reservation is worthless; they give you a time and then start taking your order when you show up. So, if you have guests, you're making a poor impression. It's better to be honest and say you only make pizzas if you see the customer face to face. Totally unreliable.

14/08/2026: I didn't eat and therefore I can't review it. I cancelled because they don't accept dogs.

08/07/2026: Excellent pizza! Everything else is prepared with care and the ingredients are genuine. Highly recommended!

08/11/2025: I ordered two burgers to go, and unfortunately, both were a bit undercooked. My partner didn't mind, but I'd prefer them to be cooked more thoroughly. A little clarification when ordering would have been helpful. In the end, I had to cook the burger at home, and the fries got cold. An experience that, hopefully, will improve in the future.

06/08/2026: The wait for pizzas is excruciating. It's a shame because the food is good, but they make you wait too long for pizzas. They accept too many reservations compared to their capacity.

28/12/2025: Terrible experience. The pizza was poor quality, undercooked, and flavorless. The ingredients seemed anything but fresh, and the wait was incredibly long. The inattentive and disorganized service made things even worse. The atmosphere was shabby. Definitely a pizzeria to avoid.

02/08/2026: Pizzeria restaurant with outdoor seating, though some are on the sidewalk. Simple menu, some meat dishes and some fish. The fries were good, too bad the waitress brought the appetizers while we were still eating them. The shrimp cocktail was very mediocre, about 6-7 shrimp in a sauce, not particularly good; there was more arugula at the bottom of the bowl. Grilled swordfish: fish thawed perhaps too quickly, left a bit dense and flavorless. Grilled vegetables: a small plate with very small pieces of peppers, zucchini, and maybe eggplant, some small squares of vegetables that didn't look or taste like grilled vegetables, I think these too were straight from the freezer to the plate. Four appetizers, three main courses, a first course, three side dishes, water, and house wine, €160.

02/08/2026: Wait times are incredibly long, beyond patience, because they prioritize takeout. I received an inedible buffalo mozzarella pizza, with dry tomatoes, no salt, and unsavory mozzarella. I left three-quarters of the pizza. I'll never go back.

03/06/2026: A truly disappointing experience. I ordered a single schiacciata at 8:30 PM on Tuesday. When I placed the order, I was informed that delivery would be at 10:00 PM. Although I already found an hour and a half wait for a single product excessive, I accepted without hesitation. At 10:10 PM, having still not received anything, I called for information and was told that the schiacciata was being prepared. I therefore assumed it would arrive within a few minutes. However, that wasn't the case. At 10:30 PM, we called back and were told, with what I found unprofessional behavior, that we had only waited half an hour. In reality, we had been waiting two hours from the time of ordering, not half an hour. There's a big difference. The delivery finally arrived at 11:00 PM, an hour after the agreed-upon time and two and a half hours after ordering. What bothered me most wasn't even the delay, but the lack of transparency: when I called at 10:10 PM, I was told the order was being prepared, but the schiacciata arrived piping hot at 11:00 PM, giving the impression it had been prepared just before delivery. No apology, no explanation, no courtesy for the inconvenience caused. Reading other reviews, I discovered that delivery delays seem to be a frequent problem. A delay can happen to anyone, but making a commitment to the customer and then breaking it without even an apology is unacceptable. When I was informed that the delivery would be at 10:00 PM, I planned my evening accordingly. I fully understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I can easily accept a delay of 10 or even 20 minutes. What I find unacceptable is receiving the order an hour after the agreed-upon time, without any clear communication or even an apology. If you are unable to meet the indicated times, it would be much more correct to provide a realistic time from the beginning rather than leaving the customer waiting for two and a half hours.
