Well cooked, low edge, quality ingredients, but above all neither limp nor chewy... therefore absolutely passed! They also guarantee digestibility, I'll find out about this tomorrow☺️

08/04/2025: My husband and I's favorite is the Pizza Burger (a specialty available only in the A Modo Mio pizzeria) which is too, too good. Our favorite pizzeria in Zafferana Etnea😍. Highly recommended.

07/04/2025: The Ambiente was unexpectedly good, the shop seemed recently renovated and overall clean. The Pizza was made in an actual Pizza Oven and was (to our taste and experience) the best we had so far in Sicily. Nice staff who speak English pretty well and service was quick for the amount we ordered. Overall very affordable and great food!

03/11/2024: Genial ir al lugar para comida sabrosa en cualquier momento después de las 6 pm. Pizza 7 pm. Cerrado de lunes a martes. Este fue nuestro elemento básico durante nuestra estancia de 3 meses en Sambuca. Personal amable, siempre asequible y delicioso. La pizza es genial (6 euros para un pastel increíble) y todo lo demás que probamos era bueno. Puede beber una cerveza Tuborg por 2 euros mientras espera. A menudo está ocupado con los lugareños. Hay una razón para ello. Probablemente no sea la comida más saludable, pero sí la mejor comida callejera que encontrarás en Sicilia. ¡Saluti!

07/03/2025: Nous nous sommes retrouvés par hasard dans ce restaurant et c’était une belle découverte. Calme et à l’abri du monde (et de la pluie). Les plats sont bons, certains plats sont chers mais vous pouvez trouver votre bonheur à des prix abordables. Le cadre est très sympas ce qui justifie ces tarifs. Ps: les lasagnes sont succulentes, Garfield se régalerait

We have been sitting since 9pm, it is 11:07pm and still no news of the pizzas! Lack of staff, bad organization and then in a little while we will see the pizza if it arrives when it arrives how it will be! Anyway highly recommended!

27/01/2025: We found it because during our January holiday it was actually the only pizzeria open. At the entrance, a very nice pizza man who speaks English. We chose two double crust pizzas. They are huge! And rectangular :) the dough was slightly burnt on the edges, but that doesn't change the fact that the pizza was very tasty. Fresh ingredients, completely different taste than the pizzas we eat in Poland. It's good, we wish you success!
