I discovered Mineos thanks to the YouTube channel morsi.di.Sicilia. The place is nice, the staff is excellent, but the food is strange. I ordered a burger that tasted like pork chops, and the bacon was slimy. I think this was due to the poor quality of the menu. The bun is nothing special, it's just any bun. The only thing that tasted good was the meat, the toppings were disproportionate, and the only good thing were the fries.

Expensive for what it is. Unpleasant, unfriendly staff. We were served after people who arrived after us, and very late at that. However, the view was beautiful.

Here you will find a Tex Mex restaurant with elements of typical Bagheria cuisine such as the Bagheria sfincione... very good and highly recommended

In Bagheria, it's definitely one of the best places for value. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The best roast beef I've ever eaten... excellent burgers.

04/01/2026: We went to this restaurant because the people we were with had been there before and had reported a good experience. We had lunch with appetizers, first courses, and a second course. Everything was really good, with generous portions and a good value. The mushrooms were very fresh. The staff was friendly and always smiling. The location, in the historic center of Castelbuono, offers both indoor and outdoor dining with a panoramic view (especially in the summer). Recommended.
