20/09/2025: We ordered on Deliveroo on Saturday and considering the day, first of all we didn't even eat too late because the pizzas ordered for 8:30 pm arrived at 10:00 pm and then despite the fact that the app had difficulty finding a delivery person, the pizzas arrived hot, they probably intelligently waited for the delivery person to arrive before preparing them, which is not a given because usually when I order with these apps, pizzas, especially on Saturdays, always arrive cold. The dough was really good and the pizzas were good. We especially appreciated the baked potato, sausage and parmesan that was suggested by the app, truly delicious! We will definitely order again, I recommend it!

28/09/2025: I don't usually write reviews, but this place really deserves it. We stumbled upon this truly beautiful and meticulously maintained restaurant on the harbor by chance. We ate really well. As a lover of raw fish, I can honestly say it was truly delicious, and the chef's combinations are truly excellent... even the exquisite desserts. The staff is truly kind, attentive, and always ready to offer excellent service and advice... we had the pleasure of being served by Antonio in particular... in short, you feel truly pampered. Highly recommended!

Prices are absolutely reasonable (even with a substantial final discount) and coffee is included. They treated us to a wonderful evening!

21/12/2025: We had the opportunity to stop by the bar today with a group of friends, and when paying, we were charged for two additional items—one we noticed immediately and was removed with some suspicion, and another upon returning home, where it was already too late. On a positive note, the waitresses were kind and attentive!

03/08/2025: Semplicemente eccezionale! Personale gentile, disponibile e con molta cura nei confronti del cliente, che dimostrano in ogni piccolo dettaglio. Io sono un'amante della pizza e qui ho mangiato la pizza più buona della mia vita! Alta, biscottata fuori e morbida dentro. Lievitata perfettamente, cosa che si può vedere dalle bolle sul bordo che restano vuote (come il pane). Saporita, ma non salata, gustosa e altamente digeribile, nonostante il lievito mi crei qualche problema, questa pizza non mi ha gonfiata affatto. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, già solo lei vale tutto il viaggio!

The event was held outdoors, and despite the wind, Serena, Massimo, and their entire fantastic staff were responsive, attentive, and always ready to make us feel at ease. We ate divinely, and every dish was delicious, meticulously crafted, and served with great professionalism. Thanks to them all, our celebration was perfect, full of joy and worry-free.

22/02/2026: I've been to Pizzeria Ristorante La Contea, a true institution in Modica, and the experience was decidedly positive. The pizza is good, and you can taste the quality of the ingredients used. The rest of the menu is also of a good standard, with well-prepared and carefully prepared dishes. The prices are average, but absolutely fair for what's offered. The service is good: courteous and helpful staff, attentive to customer needs and always ready to accommodate any request. The only downside is the lack of WiFi inside the restaurant; if you have a phone provider with poor coverage, you risk being completely cut off. However, the owners assured me that this is under construction, so it will probably be fixed soon. Overall, a place I definitely recommend 👍
