14/04/2026: Incredibly delicious, great selection of pizzas and drinks. Cuperto was charged at €6 out of a €42 bill, which is perfectly reasonable.
08/04/2026: I don't recommend eating pizza.
Tasteless pizza, the dough all on the crust to make it look good, and then tissue paper inside.
Low-quality ingredients. In particular, I got the new one with salty prosciutto, which you can't even find at a discount store. It clearly said mozzarella. Instead, it was a block of scamorza that was rubbery, not even a hint of mozzarella.
I left the pizza whole, a slice missing because it was inedible. I told them it was salty, and they took it away without even apologizing for what happened. Never again.

The prices were reasonable, and the staff were very friendly.
I'll definitely be back; it was a great experience, definitely worth a try!
18/05/2026: We went there 2 times and both times we were very satisfied with personeel and quality of food.
Second time we went we got special surprise.. delicious dessert for free. We highly recommend the place

08/05/2026: Nice location, the staff were very uptight. Stuck it out and ordered mains. Food was nice, I had tagliatelle negros with shrimp. Nice and tasty. Waitress was Very unpleasant, spoiled the experience. Quickly settled the bill and looked for friendlier pastures.

02/06/2026: We came here on the recommendation of locals who said the pizza was excellent, but we won’t be coming back.
The ingredients were high-quality and the pizza tasted very good, but the crust was really dry.
We tried both the Roma pizza (thin crust) and the version they describe as having thick crusts like Neapolitan pizza, but it resembled Neapolitan pizza only in the height of the crusts, not in the texture or moisture content of the dough.
Overall, it’s a shame, because the ingredients used were very good.

23/04/2026: The best sandwich shop in Trieste, in my opinion. Quality ingredients, very fair prices, a varied menu, excellent beers, and a pub-like atmosphere that's hard to find elsewhere. I recommend booking in advance to avoid getting a spot at the counter; some nights it gets packed!

It's not suitable for bowlers or those who want to practice it seriously as a sport, as it used to be; I believe the choice made was more appropriate.
