07/05/2025: Excellent meal, pleasant setting

20/04/2025: Hotel: no idea, we were only here to eat. Restaurant: Our experience was very sobering. First of all: we are obviously tourists, but we speak Italian fluently and very well. Tel. Table reserved, they said: no problem, there are still many tables available. When we arrived, no reservation found, we were given a table for 2 for 3 people (although other tables for 4 were free and remained free for a long time..). Place setting came at some point, dirty. Wine glasses were beyond dirty, disgusting. No smile from the waitress, no friendly word. Drinks were almost simply slammed on the table. Impression: tourists not welcome. There was only reluctant bread for the soup and whether you can call it a bread basket... (see photo). The main course only came after we were asked after about an hour what we would like for dessert... It's a shame that the service is so subpar, because the food/quality was surprisingly very, very good. Whether soup, pizza, pasta, house wine, everything was perfect. We won't be coming back (and we think the staff will be happy about it).

24/05/2025: If I could nominate it as the best pizza in Italy, I would do it without hesitation. I am not used to exaggerating in my judgments: I am 57 years old, I think I have tasted enough pizzas around Italy to be able to say with a certain objectivity when I find a truly special one. Lo Scoglio di Santa Lucia is one of those very rare exceptions that deserve to be talked about. The pizza is simply extraordinary: perfect dough, impeccable cooking, fresh and quality ingredients that you can taste at the first bite. Not only technique, but also passion and care. I am rather rigid when it comes to reviews, but here there is nothing to object to. It is an experience that goes beyond a simple dinner: it is a small journey into the authentic flavors of our country. Sincere compliments to those who work with such dedication.

10/05/2025: Dans un quartier pas très "hype", cette petite adresse mérite le détour. L accueil y est super super souriant. Et je vous conseille les grillades : Boulettes de veau à la braise ! On a passé une excellente soirée pizza !

07/05/2025: Wir waren in einer urlaubswoche gleich zwei mal hier essen. Es war einfach perfekt. Alles super lecker super frisch und ganz nette Bedienung. Und bei einer frischen Margherita und einem Bier für 12€ ist es sogar perfekt für den kleinen Geldbeutel.

27/04/2025: Yesterday I had the pleasure of celebrating my thirtieth birthday in this pizzeria and with great joy I am here to write to you that it was a beautiful evening! In addition to a friendly staff attentive to our every need, we ate delicious typical appetizers and excellent pizzas! To my great surprise, a very nice table was prepared for cutting the cake with everything needed for the toast and some dark brown heads to frame everything! Highly recommended place for professionalism, tradition and hospitality. Thank you for this wonderful evening! NB: place very attentive to food waste as we were asked if we wanted to take home the remaining dishes in order not to waste anything prepared. Big point in favor of the place. Well done!

07/06/2025: Nice place, welcoming place. The waiter Michele was very kind. The pizzas we chose were excellent. The only flaw was the children running around and screaming, very annoying for those who would like to spend a quiet evening.

10/05/2025: Beautiful experience. Without a reservation, the owner welcomed us and delighted us with a tasting of their pizzas, all good, accompanied by equal courtesy and availability for what was a "dated" outing and dinner with friends.

19/05/2025: The pizzas are excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed the house specialties: the croissant-shaped Bruno calzone and the cannolo-shaped pizza! We ate so well that we came back to try the classic pizzas. The dough is truly delicious. I highly recommend this place; it's worth the detour if you want a good pizza! Thank you, Bruno.

12/05/2025: The waiter knocked over a glass of red wine, which stained me and my partners pants and shirts. After the meal we suggested that we pay for the pizza and they not charge for the wine given the inconvenience and cleaning costs. The owner refused our generous offer and insisted we pay for the wine and pizza. Taking no responsibility for actions of her staff and showing no respect for customers.

29/05/2025: This restaurant has been our favorite for many years. The pasta is very good. The pizza used to be phenomenal - but sadly it has been removed from the menu and is no longer made here. The tartare is still mixed in front of us by the owner, who always takes care of his guests. The view of Etna and the sea from a restaurant is the best we have found in 15 years of traveling around Sicily. It is more expensive than it used to be - inflation, but it is still worth a dinner here for lovers of an amazing view and atmosphere.

15/10/2024: Essen war ganz ok, gute Pastagerichte, Melanzane toll, Schweinefilet etwas durch. Aber dass das Personal freiwerdende Tisch mit stark riechenden Desinfektionsmitteln reinigt hat den Ess- und Trinkgenuss dann doch stark beeinträchtigt. Davon waren sie auch auf unseren Hinweis nicht abzubringen, scheint also eine Anweisung von oben zu sein.

14/09/2024: Very good food and very friendly staff. Best we ate in Linguaglossa. Bit of a scary walk along the road in the dark from the city center, but definitely worth the walk.

06/06/2025: Stopped for a bite to eat. I ordered the sea bass and my wife had a pasta dish. The sea bass was the best I have ever had and the pasta was excellent as well. Overall a very satisfying experience in a most pleasant setting.

06/06/2025: Abbiamo mangiato tutta la settimana da loro.il proprietario Massimo e tutto lo staff sono gentili, ti mettono a loro agio. Cibo buonissimo dalla pizza al pesce ai dolci ( tiramisù fatto da loro). Buono rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo
