Great Owners better place). You know a place when you know who runs it, we had a great evening while eating and drinking. The team who works here manages to have fun and enjoy the time with guests as well as carrying efficently the work flow. Simply the best!

An excellent experience at Pizzeria Bisteccheria Vai on Viale Trieste. A welcoming place, a pleasant atmosphere, and, above all, truly excellent food. The pizza is delicious, with a light, digestible dough and quality ingredients. The meat is also spectacular, cooked to perfection and of the highest quality. You can immediately taste the care taken in selecting the ingredients. The service is friendly, fast, and attentive, with the staff always smiling and helpful. Excellent value for money. A place I'll definitely return to and recommend without hesitation. Kudos to the entire staff!

01/06/2026: Let's start with the kindness, top 10 with honors. They were so kind to change an order when the pasta was ready because my friend had forgotten he couldn't have Amatriciana. The atmosphere is lovely, not typical of Roman taverns, and the food is good... Especially the sour cherry tart... I hope we'll be back in greater numbers to try the pinsa!
31/05/2026: Excellent food; excellent service; courteous, competent staff; a renovated and welcoming atmosphere. Excellent value for money. Dogs are welcome with great courtesy and kindness. Highly recommended.
