03/12/2025: I had dinner here with my boyfriend and we had a great time. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. The staff was kind and helpful. We ordered their sandwiches and my boyfriend was very satisfied. Unfortunately, I can't say the same because I ordered a sandwich with horse meat for the first time and I didn't like it very much. When I return, I'll change the ingredients. The bread was excellent, the ingredients were all fresh, and you can build your own sandwich to your liking, as well as a wide selection of sandwich combinations designed by the staff. They also offer other dishes like pizza and meat. The price was super affordable and fair: we ordered two sandwich menus (soft drink, fries, and sandwich) and spent €20 total. Recommended for a quick, tasty, well-priced dinner, with friends or on your own, dine-in or with home delivery.

23/11/2025: I was waiting to enjoy a Diavola pizza with my grandmother and a nice cold beer, when I got that thing you see in the photo. I don't understand their hatred for Diavola, because when I order from Deliveroo, you have to choose between mozzarella and salami. It arrived cold and thin as a napkin. What a shame, it was one of my favorite pizzerias.

20/10/2025: Friendly staff and excellent pizza. Since they make it a bit thin, I ordered it a little thicker. On Saturdays, there's a bit of a wait because they're very busy, but overall it's worth it. The fries are unique, just like they do, and perfect as an appetizer.

15/12/2025: Welcoming atmosphere. I didn't like everything I ate, but they have a wide selection of land and sea dishes. I will return.

08/12/2025: Excellent restaurant in Ilbono, Ogliastra. Exquisite food, intimate atmosphere, and Salvatore, the owner, is truly talented and professional. To start, he brought us warm bread drizzled with olive oil, which, despite being very simple, was truly delicious! He suggested a rich meat-based appetizer and truly excellent culurgiones with tomato sauce. To finish, we enjoyed excellent artisanal gelato with orange and nougat. The red wine and grappa are also excellent. What can I say? If you're passing through, definitely stop by and indulge in these, and so many other, excellent dishes and flavors!

28/11/2025: A small, well-maintained pizzeria. The waiters pay great attention to each customer, so much so that as soon as I dropped a handkerchief, they came over to bring me a new one. As for the pizza, everything on the menu looks good, but then it arrived and it was incredible, the best pizza I've ever had after my dad's.

15/10/2025: Excellent pizza (very digestible) thanks to the choice of selected flours. Efficient service. The lovely manners and smile of the young lady who served us (I believe she's the owner's daughter) were a particular highlight.

28/11/2025: Simple dishes, reflecting home cooking, very tasty. For three, with 5 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 second courses, 2 desserts, sorbet, water, and wine, we spent €110. The only drawback, if you can call it that, is the limited parking nearby. We didn't try the pizzas, but the aromas and the views from the dining room will bring us back to try them.

25/10/2025: The hotel is located in the center of Quartu. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is fantastic. I also recommend the hotel's restaurant and pizzeria.

03/09/2025: Historic pizzeria....I practically grew up with them....first Gisa's father, whom I never met, then Gisa and her husband, whom I met, then Angela and Giusy, Gisa's daughters....who today maintain the family tradition....in every way....both the positive aspects (the goodness of the products) and the negative ones (seize the moment or you'll never find anything left to eat)....

27/10/2025: If you come to Bosa, you can't miss the pizza by the slice here... the special thing is that you can also enjoy it sitting outside at the tables of the bar next door, ordering a drink, of course... but the mix is ​​nice because there's an immediate sense of cooperation between the locals. If you then meet someone local, you can have some interesting conversations. If you order the eggplant parmigiana flavor, you'll fly high. Highly recommended for the quality and the incredibly affordable price. Thanks to all the staff.

22/10/2025: Great pizza. Different from what you're used to. They don't serve whole pizzas here, just slices. It's less suitable for sit-down dining and more for takeout, but you can enjoy your pizzas and get a drink at the bar next door. The pizzas are folded, juicy and crispy at the same time. The price/performance ratio is excellent. If there was something like this where I live, I'd be there all the time.

12/12/2025: I went on a Friday in mid-December, around 9:30 (the place was almost empty), and unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. The initial welcome was fine, and they seated me right away, but the pizzas were truly uneatable: both very moist, almost wet, and the dough seemed raw and unleavened. I got up and went directly to the pizza chef with the pizza in hand to show it to him, but he said it was normal for him, as it was Neapolitan style. After that, despite the place being practically empty, and the waitress seeing me get up and go to the pizza chef with the pizza in hand, she never approached the table to ask if everything was okay. When it came time to get the bill, they noticed that more than half the pizza was left there. They asked me why, I explained that it was raw, they said they were sorry and that they could offer me a sweet or bitter liqueur, which I declined. Out of about €40 (a Coke, a water, and two pizzas), they only took €4.50 off. We were hoping for better... and in 33 years of life, I've never been unable to eat a pizza.

20/10/2025: Ordered pizza to go on a Friday and then on a Monday. Each day the pizzas were made within five minutes. We were able to order in English. Very friendly and great service. The pizza crust, sauce and cheese were tasty. The cheese had a creaminess that we don’t get in Germany. We were staying in Chia and drove the 10 minutes one way to pick up the pizzas. Well worth the drive. Overall, highly recommend. Would do it again.
