09/01/2026: Went as a couple... no beer, I was told it had run out, I thought it was on tap, but they didn't even have bottles... Menu written on an A4 sheet... Asked for pizza with tuna, but the tuna had also run out... just out of politeness we didn't leave... A veil over the pizza...

21/10/2025: I've had the pleasure of eating at Il Pirata on several occasions (birthdays, parties, and even more relaxed dinners) and have always had a great experience. I was there for a party on Saturday, and the delivery times were reasonable, especially since you can't expect pizzas to arrive in 10 minutes when a restaurant is full. The pizzas are very good, and the value for money is top-notch. The staff is always friendly and welcoming, which is something you can't take for granted. Highly recommended!

12/10/2025: An authentic and truly wonderful experience! The food was excellent – generous portions, full of flavor, and clearly made with passion. We loved that the family cooked for us, preparing Carbonara and Amatriciana, and we noticed they enjoyed the exact same dishes themselves — a sign that we experienced a 100% Italian meal, just like locals do. Thank you! The atmosphere was calm, cozy, and welcoming, and the family was incredibly kind and attentive to every detail. If we ever come back to Turin, we’ll gladly return here for the same authentic traditional experience.

07/02/2026: Truly awful!!!! I ordered 9 pizzas at 8:00 PM (calling 2.5 hours in advance, it being a Saturday night). At 8:30 PM, I decided to call to find out how my order was going. The girl answered saying the delivery man was about to deliver them. I waited another 20 minutes without receiving anything, since I had guests at home. Should I continue? I try calling back and find a wall in front of me: the phone is disconnected. To top it all off, a rude delivery man shows up at the door. Although we tried to emphasize that it wasn't his fault but to tell his owners that this management and this kind of attitude were not appropriate, he decided to use rude tones, completely ignoring the complaint. In short, an experience not to be repeated... for pizzas of not this great quality.

07/02/2026: DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT!!!!!!! Terrible experience. Delivery arrived over an hour late, and the pizzeria's phone was always disconnected, making it impossible to get any information. The delivery man was incredibly rude and, after I asked him to report my complaints, he said he wouldn't say anything. Totally unacceptable service.

24/08/2025: A little slice of seaside in the heart of Turin. A welcoming place, good service, and delicious food! Excellent value for money!

14/02/2026: Misleading hours, I booked online for lunch today, February 14, and the restaurant is closed. I asked the owner, "What's the point of opening from 12:00 AM to 11:30 PM if you're closed at 1:00 PM?"

18/01/2026: A classic, authentic Neapolitan pizzeria with all the trimmings, run by owners from Campania. The restaurant is very modern, featuring a wood-fired oven and exposed brick walls. Delicious pizzas with a variety of toppings. The montanare pizzas are also excellent, perfect for sharing before the main course. The dining room staff is very friendly and attentive.

28/01/2026: I tried this pizzeria the other day. I was pleasantly surprised. I'd like to thank the delivery staff, especially a girl named Greta, who, if I'm not mistaken, was super nice and, since I'm pregnant, even walked up four floors just to deliver my pizza. Thank you ❤️

14/04/2026: Very disappointing service. The welcome was unpleasant, both from the man and the woman. I ordered a pizza with anchovies, but was served a pizza with several unwanted ingredients, which I found inedible. I asked for spicy oil to accompany the pizza, but was told it wasn't available, so I was brought olive oil instead. I also asked for a digestif, but it never arrived. The bill included a "coperto" charge, in addition to water, pizza, and beer. Overall negative experience: unprofessional service and mediocre pizza quality.

10/03/2026: We were passing through and decided to stop for lunch. Everything was fine until they served us the grilled fish. Shrimp served with the whole intestines on display. Disgusting!!

09/05/2026: I don't know why, I'm a customer who used to come to eat at this shop more or less every day because their kebab is good and also at a good price, but at a certain point I don't know why once, I came to order 2 piadinas I made or paid 10 euros and the piadinas were half empty, compared to the first time I came to this place the piadina was well filled and good, and even today I wanted to see if they made the same mistake, and unfortunately they did, please try not to make these mistakes again

31/01/2026: Polenta and sausage, polenta and braised beef, and lamb chops, all beautifully cooked and accompanied by a delicious plate of grilled vegetables! We had a great time, the staff were friendly, and the service was quick. I recommend it.

13/04/2026: I ordered pizza, partly because it was the only thing listed on the menus. Later, I discovered there would be other dishes, handwritten on a half-erased chalkboard. Neither good nor bad. Prices below average, generous toppings, but the dough was a nightmare. The service was helpful, but the overall offering was questionable. Personal opinion: I wouldn't go back.

28/02/2026: Terrible service, arrived at 9:15 PM, pizzas arrived spot-on from 10:45 PM. Terrible, very heavy pizzas, you can't continue after two slices, inedible! Avoid.
