25/04/2026: I placed an order for a total of €160. When I opened the bags, I realized I was missing salad (€3.50), a Cantonese steak (€4), and a chicken and potato dish (€7). I called the restaurant to discuss the matter and was told that they hadn't made a mistake and that it was impossible for anything to be missing. I insisted because, as a customer, after spending €160, I certainly wasn't trying to cheat on €14 worth of food. I was told repeatedly that their mistake was IMPOSSIBLE and that the missing food wouldn't be delivered to me. They insisted that I was doing something wrong, and asked me to count the trays. I reported the number, but they continued to insist that I wasn't telling the truth. Honestly, you don't treat a customer like that—I've been a customer for years, after all—but after the way I was treated, I'll never order again. Rudeness, 5 stars.

13/01/2026: Sly in the wrong way. As for the food... Soggy fries and embarrassing toast. Ps. 1. If you write "buffalo mozzarella," use real buffalo mozzarella, not just any Granarolo. It's not worth the price. Ps. 2. It's embarrassing to have a 500cl Martina water and charge €1.20 for it. Use Sant'Anna, Levissima, etc. Not recommended.

When the place opens, the owner sits at the table playing on his cell phone/smoking, the same tables that then charge €2 per person for the cover charge... they often get orders wrong and take advantage of "oversights," as they call them, to charge extra. The owner is out of place and addresses the ladies as "darling" but seems anything but pleasant; I'd say it's more intrusive and inappropriate. Update September 2024: The owner is a disgusting voyeur who comments on the young girls who walk past his (and filthy) place. I stopped by last night because I live in the area, and I had to walk all the way across the sidewalk past him. From about thirty meters away, he was looking at me with slimy eyes and repeatedly commenting on my outfit (I was wearing a long dress and heels). It was a very squalid 15 seconds. Knowing he would comment, I even have a voice recording of the moment he commented. I forwarded this to all my friends who came for pizza. At almost sixty, commenting on minors is truly disgusting.
