05/04/2026: My partner and I went to this place by chance to eat on a Saturday night.
The menus are very clear.
The place isn't the best, but the staff is very kind and welcoming, so that makes up for it somewhat.
My partner and I both had a delicious focaccia and a main course.
Overall, everything was quite good.
The price wasn't expensive at all, in fact, it was very fair.
16/03/2026: Reasonable prices, good pizza, served fairly quickly. Good wine by the glass. Clean bathroom. Friendly staff. Salad could be improved in terms of variety. Decent coffee. I would definitely return. Lovely outdoor setting. Fairly easy parking.

21/12/2025: We tried again, but let it go. We ordered takeout again after a while, because the last time, in addition to being an hour late, the delivery man, a rude and surly man, DEMANDED a tip for the delivery, which was absolutely not due since the delivery was paid for!
This time, he refused to ring the doorbell and waited outside the door.
Terrible service, salty but edible pizza, no receipt... not recommended!
08/12/2025: Ordered from Just Eat, 48 minutes from reception to delivery, I can understand the delay, even if it's 20 minutes, it can happen, no one says anything, but finding a medium farinata for €7.50, which in reality then presents itself as a baby of the baby and a pizza with a rubbery crust, sausage and chips for €10.50 already cold, I'm sorry but I can't rate it more

28/02/2026: The food is not very tasty, it is not cooked on the spot (the chips were cold and hard), the service is not very efficient and the communication is equally bad, there is no internet connection in the restaurant and they don't have a wifi connection.
19/12/2025: Bad experience, bad environment, he gave me the wrong change, he was supposed to give me €10, he gave me €2 change telling me he would give me the right one, the environment is bad, he treats you badly and has no respect for the customer and he cheats customers on the change

03/04/2026: The waitstaff took orders from other guests but not ours, then sat down with their colleagues and drank coffee instead of serving us. All three of them sat there on their break; no one was serving. The restaurant was full.
03/04/2026: Someone finally came out to take orders after a 10min wait. Several tables ordered, we were bypassed. We were told she'd be back in a minute. She then went to join her 2 colleagues and sat down for a coffee and a chat. Unbelievable!

04/05/2026: The staff were very unpleasant, especially the woman at the till who also served the sandwiches. She was rude and threw our sandwiches onto the counter as if they were dirty... Avoid this place, even for the mediocre sandwiches.

31/01/2026: I was invited by hunting friends to try woodcock. The risotto with woodcock sauce was excellent, as were the homemade tagliolini made by the chef. It was a surprise for me! From appetizer to dessert, everything was excellent. I'll start by saying that I'm not particularly interested in either. The location and service, in an old trattoria, are excellent. I love the aromas and flavors of the past, which I found excellent. I'll be back soon.

I'm sorry to say this, but the quality has gone down and the prices have gone up.
They NEVER leave a receipt for home deliveries, and I think it's the only pizzeria in the world that charges €0.40 cents for each packet of ketchup (if you order fried food).
And I find the phone ID very intrusive, like as soon as they answer, they already know the caller's name, surname, and address, like they were police officers.
The pizza is often greasy, rubbery, or burnt. The ingredients are low-quality.

29/12/2025: Great place to eat, perhaps after a good day of skiing. We've dined here several times, trying both the meats and the pizzas, all very good.
The service was prompt and very friendly.
Whenever we go to Prato Nevoso, we have at least one dinner here.
11/08/2025: An explosion of flavors as you savor the meat. The pizza feels like being back in Naples. Friendly staff and fast service. Reasonable price. I'll definitely be back!!

I ordered a kebab menu. The rolled bread was hard as a rock and even burned, it shattered. I didn't eat the fries because they were fried so deep they were inedible, hard as a rock and with the skin on. I had stomach pains for 3 days. Not recommended.

20/01/2026: We ordered takeout pizzas because it was our favorite pizzeria, not realizing they'd kept the name Fermento but added 1976, which wasn't Fermento Gourmet Pizzeria under the previous management. We threw out practically all the pizzas; they were inedible, the sausage was practically raw, the mozzarella wasn't mozzarella, and the mushrooms were abysmal. When we called to ask for an explanation, they hesitated before acknowledging the change of management and didn't even make a gesture to remedy the situation. We tried reporting it to the app we'd used to book. What a shame.
11/01/2026: Inedible pizzas, embarrassing farinata... I won't add anything else.
