04/05/2025: A huge table in the outdoor area with children running up and down the internal room in the carelessness of their parents and managers. My dog ​​who is used to going to restaurants went into a total panic and we ran away. Not only the rudeness of those who don't care about other customers by leaving their children running and screaming as if they were on the playground but also no professionalism on the part of the staff. Not only is it dangerous to let children run around in the room among those who serve glasses and hot pizzas but it is really unpleasant that the owners allow this without having any respect for other customers. Professionalism is something else.

03/02/2025: Disappointment, ... I order the grilled prawns; they bring them to me more raw than cooked. The very annoyed owner tells me that: I don't understand anything about "sushi". If I wanted to eat sushi I went to the Chinese!!! PS.. I must have eaten a couple “they made me pay in full.

03/04/2025: Wer in Alba ist muss unbedingt in dieses Restaurant! Ich habe selten solch ein kulinarisches Highlight erlebt wie hier. Das Essen ist vorzüglich, der Service top und auch die Herzlichkeit der Angestellten findet sich selten wie hier. Neben hervorragenden Essen findet sich auch eine top Weinauswahl bei der für absolut jeden etwas dabei ist. Für mich ist ein Besuch dieses Restaurants jedes Mal wenn ich in Alba bin ein absolutes Highligt!

01/06/2025: At lunch (except Saturday and Sunday) various menus are offered (pizza, Italian and Chinese cuisine) at very low prices. I opted for Italian cuisine and chose the penne millefiori (speck, saffron and cream), the pasta was not cooked enough and the speck was dry. Prawns with lemon: few and terrible. French fries: too salty and fried in an oil that is probably replaced very rarely. In conclusion I think that the food is of low quality and the portions are rather small.

03/05/2025: I found this restaurant that has been around for more than 20 years near my residence. I knew it was an improved Chinese food for foreigners. I didn’t expect much when I packed it to fill my stomach. The result was shockingly cheap and good. I ordered fried rice, scrambled eggs and lemon chicken for only 12€. I fell in love with the lemon chicken, which was super appetizing. The soup was all mixed in and the portion was very generous. It was half cheaper than the Chinese restaurants for tourists near the old city scenic spots. The weekday lunch set was only 7.5€. This price is simply unimaginable in Milan.

02/05/2025: Ci siamo recati in questo posto il 1 maggio 2025 , abbiamo visionato il menu e in tre di noi abbiamo deciso di prendere la pizza , , mia figlia ha preso la polenta e solo lei ha mangiato qualcosa di decente , per quanto riguarda la pizza lasciamo perdere , chiamarla pizza e' proprio un insulto alla pizza , questi non sanno neanche che cos' e' una pizza se dovessi tornare a Santa Maria Maggiore non mettero' piu piede in quel locale , lo sconsiglio vivamente

07/12/2024: Calling it a pizza restaurant takes courage!!!! Dry and hard pizza that requires a circular saw to cut it, poor/expired ingredients, very, very prehistoric pizza chef like the place!!! we were sick all night… service much to be reviewed…. Clothes and jackets to be washed, a mixture of fried food and pizza!!! !!!!!HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!

07/12/2024: Chiamarlo ristorante pizzeria ci vuole coraggio!!!! Pizza secca e dura che ci vuole la sega circolare per tagliarla ingredienti scadenti /scaduti pizzaiolo molto molto preistorico come il locale!!! siamo stati male tutta la notte… servizio molto da rivedere…. Vestiti e giubbotti da lavare un misto tra fritto e pizza!!! !!!!!SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!

01/05/2025: I'm not the type who reviews food or places, but this evening I can say that the delay for 2 pizzas is really exaggerated. Thank you for the discount, but also having people at home after 9.30pm, I had to eat in front of friends at 9.50pm, when the pizzas were supposed to arrive at 9pm. Home organization is important, and managing it is not easy, but this way you only lose customers. Good continuation, it's a shame to have left out another pizzeria, which in Biella is always worse.

19/03/2025: Yes good but they take home deliveries without knowing the address... I called at 6pm and they told me they would deliver at 7.30pm, at 7.15pm they told me they wouldn't deliver

16/02/2025: Ieri ci siamo recati al rifugio Fredarola. Eravamo curiosi di vederlo. Alle 10 ci siamo fermati ed abbiamo ordinato 3 caffè al banco. Siamo stati invitati a sederci al tavolo,nonostante un cartello indicasse che non si effettuava servizio al banco dalle 11 alle 15. Non c'era gente e il cameriere ha preso l'ordine. Dopo 15 minuti di attesa abbiamo fermato un cameriere per chiedere info sui nostri caffè. ...verifico,la sua risposta,ma nessuno si è visto. Ne abbiamo fermato un altro....stessa risposta e stesso risultato. Sono allora andata al banco e il titolare mi ha chiesto se avevo bisogno. Gli ho spiegato la situazione e lui si è scusato lamentandosi del barista. Sono tornata a sedermi,fiduciosa.... Dopo 25 minuti ce ne siamo andati...senza aver visto l'ombra di un caffè. .... Non era orario di punta,gente non ce n'era molta....

27/01/2025: Questo rifugio ha un'anima. il FREDAROLA è sicuramente il rifugio più cool delle dolomiti. completamente rifatto ed arredato in maniera originalissima. La vista sulla Marmolada è meravigliosa, la cucina è ottima ed il servizio è attento. RUDY è il numero 1,molto simpatico.. ci ha consigliato la carne e ci ha trattato molto bene. I prezzi sono assolutamente adeguati alla proposta.

02/02/2025: Basso livello….Presa anche una margherita senza glutine, a 8,50eu. Piccola, bruciacchiata e con impasto già preparato, con un gusto simil pasta sfoglia. Male male…Per fare così, levatelo da menu il senza glutine. Le altre pizze, piccole, estremamente dure e croccanti. A prezzi medio - alti di pizzerie di altro livello, altra fattura….

23/04/2025: Ho ordinato due pizze,una con wurstel e patatine e l'altra gorgonzola e salsiccia. Arrivati a casa quella con la gorgonzola aveva il sugo tutto rovesciato,mentre l'altra aveva le patatine crude che sapevano anche di cartone

19/02/2025: I usually go to this pizzeria with friends or family and I must say that both the brick and pan pizza, which is my favorite, are excellent! The farinata is also good. A slightly small family-run place, in summer there is an outdoor area. The prices of the pizzas are also excellent. It's just a shame they don't deliver to your home.
