01/03/2025: Bad experience. Ordered via deliveroo, whose delivery service worked well. I've noticed that when I order from various shops via Deliveroo the plating often leaves something to be desired, but this time they beat everyone. Ordered 2 pizza and a ham focaccia. The pizzas were baby size although I paid full price for them, my focaccia was unwatchable: 3 slices of ham and that's it. Cost 12.90!!!! I called to point it out, they were unable to offer me any valid alternative, for example they didn't offer to remake the focaccia, they didn't offer to give me a shopping voucher, they simply limited themselves to replying "I don't know what to say". I don't like writing bad reviews, especially if I see good will behind it, but in this case the service (not of Deliveroo, but of the pizzeria) seemed excessively superficial to me and the customer care was practically absent. Very dissatisfied, I will never order here again.

19/03/2025: Restaurant discovered through an Indian friend. We had the vegetarian samosas to start and then butter chicken, mutton korma and chicken biryanj served with plain, butter and roghni naan cooked in the tandoori. All very tasty and genuine! The dishes arrived within a few minutes. Absolutely must try!

03/04/2025: I stayed one night in this hotel. I must say that I had a very good time, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was clean, warm and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good and with a lot of choice, although I would have appreciated something savory. I would also add that, next to the hotel, there is a restaurant run by the same family where you can enjoy exquisite and very abundant dishes, such as the mixed platter of starters, and the pizzas are not bad either. All at low prices. For quality, courtesy and costs, even if it is not a central place, I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant.

18/01/2025: Pizzeria nella frazione di Lumellogno, a conduzione familiare e dall'ambiente informale. Propone un'ampia varietà di pizze, anche con impasti integrali e senza glutine, con prodotti di qualità e molto digeribili. Da segnalare la pizza al metro. Proprietari sempre molto gentili e disponibili. Per me la migliore pizza di Novara.

18/02/2025: Since I received (to this non-aggressive comment) a very rude response, I proceed to modify my initial choice of not excessively penalizing the shop concerned with my comment and I insert the review according to what I really thought, emphasizing the service for now obvious reasons. I'm sorry since doing reviews means informing people about episodes, situations, habits, and in fact it turns out that way. The diatribe arises from an unforgivable fact: you can't call yourself "flash pizza" if you don't have slices ready at nine in the evening, closing an hour and a half later. There are no excuses, if you don't have pizzas ready for delivery you have to change the name. And the sign. I would add that I have used their pizza for years, as a kid, so the immoderate reaction from the current manager seems disproportionate to me compared to the service I received years and years ago. I am very sorry about this, considering that in case of need for a quick meal they were my first choice. All of this is obviously aimed at creating the context for those who will read, apart from the manager who will most likely get angry - but wrongly - even more

28/01/2025: We sat inside in small spaces and it was cold there were only two people at the table who had already eaten we thought we would hurry but others arrived after us about half an hour later at the table behind and were served in five minutes We got up and sat down we left. The excuses are ridiculous because if we hadn't gotten up we would have waited in vain so the service was absent the drink order arrived for pizzas no strange. The pizza chef delivers pizzas to regular customers looking at us not being served commenting out loud I lost my command... shameful behavior. So I don't accept excuses they are useless...
