27/12/2024: I bought three pizzas, one of which had seafood, paying extra for more seafood. Unfortunately, the pizza was terrible: very little seafood and of poor quality. In addition, the person who went to pick up the pizzas, who paid by card, was not given a receipt. I went in person to ask for clarification on the amount of seafood and the failure to issue a receipt. I was answered rudely, with swear words, and without any solution. Before I left, the owner took the pizza and threw it on a sort of counter as if it were garbage. At the same time, he kicked me out of the restaurant telling me to go somewhere else, without giving me my money back. All this happened in front of other customers. With a cool head, I want to clarify that I am not interested in the refund of the money, but I feel it is my duty to receive an apology for how I was treated. I am also willing to provide proof of the failure to issue a receipt. In addition, the person who picked up the pizzas heard the owner tell another customer that the cash register was not working. So I wonder: how is the regular issuing of receipts managed? This aspect will obviously be verified by the competent authorities. To the owner of the pizzeria: congratulations, but don't get carried away. In the past I have bought other pizzas from you and I can say that they were decent, but this time it was a disaster, as the photo shows. If you want, I can suggest where to eat a decent pizza, but certainly not the one you served me. If there are problems, just admit it, but it is not acceptable to treat customers in this way. I hope this review is useful to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation, and that it invites them to think before entering this pizzeria………. Your words confirm the way I was treated: with insults and total disrespect towards a customer who simply reported a poor service. I reported concrete and real facts, without inventing anything. I do not intend to continue this conversation or respond to further provocations. I believe that every customer deserves respect, regardless of the criticisms they may raise. I close any type of comparison here and leave others the freedom to evaluate what happened.

23/05/2025: Lunch break today in Rho in the province of Milan, trattoria pizzeria il faro. The place is not very big but it is very clean and tidy with tablecloths on the tables, we took the fixed menu for 10 euros including risotto with shrimp and lemon and as a second course the octopus carpaccio with rocket and parmesan all very good and as a side dish tomato salad with onions. The staff very attentive and thoughtful, paid parking on the street.

19/02/2025: Personale gentilissimo nulla da dire ma la pizza orrenda impasto senza sale insipido nonostante ci fosse il locale mezzo vuoto e le persone al tavolo già erano state servite abbiamo aspettato più di mezz'oretta per due pizze almeno fossero state buone l attesa era piacevole nn ci torno più .

13/12/2024: nous nous sommes arrêtés par le plus grand des hasards dans cette pizzeria. Nous nous nullement regrettés notre arrêt car cela faisait bien longtemps que nous n'avions mange d'aussi bonnes pates ! Merveilleux ! Vraiment tout était excellent de l'antipasti au dessert. Et lors de notre prochain passage pour Turin nous nous y arrêterons à nouveau. La cuisine est fraiche et familiale faite par la patronne. L'accueil est chaleureux par l'ensemble du personnel.
