We went for dinner the other day and ordered three decent pizzas. The dough lacked salt and the consistency was a bit rubbery. The ingredients were lacking for the price. I ordered the parmigiana and got four extra-thin slices of eggplant—a bit too much!!! The service is slow.

The prices are very reasonable, and the lamb and risotto are absolutely delicious. There's also a small souvenir shop near the entrance with very good quality souvenirs.

We had lunch for four at midday. As anticipated, we chose a charcuterie board, which was truly excellent and of high quality. We then ordered two plates of tomato gnocchi: delicious, made with fresh tomatoes; the only flaw was the presence of some tomato peels.
We continued with the polenta with sausage and mushrooms, very good and a generous portion, and the tagliatelle with mushrooms, also very good and plentiful.
We concluded the meal with a delicious apple strudel and a bonet, which was good, although in my opinion slightly overcooked.
The staff was friendly. I would just like to offer one piece of advice: the sliced bread should be served separately from the packets of breadsticks.
Overall, we ate well.

I tried the pizzas and I found them good, cooked just right, without burning underneath, another element that I liked is that the water arrives in a closed bottle and not the usual filtered tap water but Vigezzo water produced in the valley,
