15/03/2026: Very good food, poor service. If we're presented with an à la carte menu, you can't tell us to order the same starters; otherwise, we'll be late. In that case, offer set menus. After the starters were brought, we asked for the main courses, but they told us they couldn't because the kitchen was closed. It was 2:20 PM. Service was extremely slow, but kudos to the chef.

13/04/2026: The service is excellent, as is the food, and the staff is kind and welcoming. The prices are fair for what you get, and there are many flavor variations and seemingly bizarre, yet delicious, combinations. As for home delivery, they're always punctual, and the pizza arrives intact.

05/04/2026: Breakfast at Bigio is a must! The brioches are delicious. I highly recommend trying the walnut one. Being from Vignate, I may seem biased, but spending those 5 minutes (breakfast time) with all the staff is like being at home! When people are "in the know," it shows! A guarantee, ALWAYS!!!!

02/05/2026: Are you kidding? Lunch costing €93 per person? An appetizer, a first course, and two bottles of wine for €40 each, the cost of which was split by seven. Measly appetizers paid a fortune. Average food quality. UNJUSTIFIED pricing. We will never return. Oh, and we tried to add two more seats three days in advance: we were denied. We arrived and found a table for 10. Is everything okay? What kind of fish are you having for lunch? The appetizers were also the wrong ones for what we ordered. To top it all off, lunch on the beach without cover. We were dying from the heat.

01/05/2026: I'm not giving it a 0 because the app doesn't allow it. We came for an aperitif. The staff was rude and impolite from the start. The service was terrible, there wasn't even a place to sit. We were even told to "ask those seated to stand up." The price was excessive: €3 for a packet of crisps. A terrible experience, we'll never return.

07/04/2026: UPDATE MY REVIEW: I've been back for dinner twice now, and the service was perfect and prompt :) What can I say? A bad night can happen to anyone, after all! Giving a second chance works! I confirm what I've already said: the food is good, and the service is great! Highly recommended 💕 The place is really cute, and we loved the food, but the service is way too slow. You can't wait half an hour for water, and over an hour (more precisely, an hour and twenty minutes) for a plate of fettuccine. It's a real shame, because we had a great meal. Excellent value. We went on a Friday night for dinner, and the place was almost full. We'll try to give the place a second chance, since a bad night can happen to anyone. So, I'd say, go try Piatto Ricco, but with a lot of patience and no rush! 🤗

16/03/2026: Today I called the pizzeria to order 4 pizzas. I was nearby and wanted to pick them up, but they told me they can't make them before 7:00 PM because the oven isn't hot yet. Okay, that's fine with me. Then they themselves offered to deliver the pizzas to my house by 7:15 or 7:20 PM. So I got home and was resting, and around 7:00 PM they called me from the pizzeria to tell me that the delivery guy said my address was far away. I'm 3 kilometers from the pizzeria, and not only have I been a customer (or rather, I was a customer because from now on I'm deleting their phone number and I won't call them anymore) for 12 years, you haven't treated a customer like this for many years. You offered to deliver me the pizza, and serious people keep their word, and this isn't the first time you've behaved like this. This isn't the behavior of a serious person. You've obviously gotten rich, and one more customer or one less customer doesn't matter to you? When the owner was there, pizzas were delivered everywhere, now that the brother-in-law and the nephews are here they do as they please...

25/03/2026: I wasn't familiar with this pizza. I was passing through for work, and I found this pizza to be very good and easy to digest. Their product marketing strategy is also spot on: smaller pizzas and a huge selection. You can choose from a variety of pizzas with different toppings, and the bill is very reasonable. Excellent staff, quick and courteous.

20/03/2026: A great idea for an unexpected pizza dinner. You can spend little and try different flavors. My favorite has always been the cold one with cherry tomatoes and porcini mushrooms ❤️

02/05/2026: I don't understand other reviews. Honestly, we went to dinner here simply because it was close to where we were staying, but we were hesitant given the many negative reviews. We had two delicious pizzas and the fried foods, which were always delicious—they even made them themselves. Even though the place was packed, we were served in half an hour. The staff was kind and helpful. I don't know what people are looking for, but I think those who nitpick should eat at home, or at Michelin-starred restaurants where you pay four times as much. For us, it was a positive experience. I didn't try the food, but I can't fault the pizza. I'd go back.

12/04/2026: Fast service, friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere is relaxed. The fried fish, seafood gnocchi, and ragù are delicious. The restaurant is also excellent for celiacs. I really appreciated the fact that drinks were included in the set menu, even on Easter Sunday. I find it very honest. It has outdoor seating and parking. I recommend it.

11/04/2026: Since I live in the area, I occasionally insist on returning to this pizzeria, but it just keeps getting worse. It's hard to understand why they don't commit to using at least average-quality products, yet they persist in making croquettes with potato starch, using extremely low-quality cured meats, and only using frozen or canned products on their pizzas. And above all, they find young, unwilling people serving at the counter. A real shame. A real shame.

15/01/2026: The pizza is good but you can't have an almost empty counter at 1pm as there's very little choice.

02/02/2026: I'm sorry to say this, but there was no fun at all. The baby area is practically non-existent. I paid €10 and my daughter had nothing to play with. The games were broken and dirty. There were also some birthday parties, but no one was supervising the room; it was total chaos. I don't recommend it.

19/01/2026: We celebrated my son's 8th birthday today, and it was a truly wonderful experience. The food was delicious and enjoyed by both adults and children. Special thanks to magician Marameo, who was phenomenal: he knew how to engage and entertain all the children with great professionalism. The staff was always available, kind, and attentive to every need. Highly recommended for birthday parties, and above all, I recommend the quiet of a weekday rather than the weekend.

14/03/2026: The restaurant may be hampered by its somewhat hidden location, but upon entering, you're greeted by a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. The food is excellent, prepared according to Roman tradition, and the service is impeccable. The bill is in line with the quality.
