03/02/2026: I'd like to say a few words about this pizzeria and one rider in particular. I've been choosing them for years and I'm truly thrilled to have found a trustworthy, delicious pizzeria! A special thanks goes to the "old man" rider, who deserves 5 stars for his kindness and the wonderful person he is. I regret not giving him a substantial tip, but he's a sweetheart and a wonderful person. He even brought me pizza in the rain. If I'd known it was him, I would have gone to meet him. Thank you so much for your work.

05/05/2026: A nice, well-kept place, but pricing transparency leaves much to be desired. I go up to the counter to order a juice, two freshly squeezed juices, and three sandwiches. My wife asks if we can sit at the tables, the bartender tells us he'll put everything on a tray for us and then tells the cashier what we've ordered, telling her it should be brought to the table... Bottom line: after a sandwich and a freshly squeezed juice that I would have consumed at the counter, I end up with a 30% markup for bringing a tray within 2 meters of the counter! That's a €6.60 markup! I only see QR codes on the counter, and I'm not going to go into detail about all the QR codes I see in a place; if you're honest, you'd put it in big letters. Terrible service!

30/04/2026: DINNER A very quiet place, truly quality food, excellent service. The waiter, Faycel, was truly kind and courteous, always attentive.

07/12/2025: We're not there yet... unprepared staff... soggy pizza and raw ingredients... no receipt if you pay in cash... go back to Naples... oh... they don't make supplì... in Rome... well... we can do without places like this...

12/11/2025: Terrible experience, not recommended! We stopped here after visiting the Colosseum, feeling tired and hungry, and decided to give this place a try — what a mistake. No one came to take our order for a long time, and when they finally did, we had to wait ages for our food. Two other groups who arrived after us were served and even finished their meals before ours arrived. When we asked the waitress about our order, she seemed irritated that we didn’t speak Italian and told us it would be ready “in two minutes.” When the food finally came, it was awful. The pasta with mushrooms had thick, undercooked pieces of meat, and even the pasta itself was half raw. Absolutely not recommended — save your time, money, and nerves!

19/10/2025: You can choose from three types of dough, all excellent and very digestible. The pizza is truly excellent, both in terms of toppings and cooking. The price is excellent, and the service is very friendly and polite. Unfortunately, I gave the ambiance 4 stars because it's small but cozy and original.

12/04/2026: 2 appetizers, 4 pizzas, 4 beers, a glass of wine, and 3 desserts for €120. Oh, I forgot that there was a shard of pottery in one of the tiramisu dishes... it wasn't even mentioned when paying the bill.

19/04/2026: I have to tell you… I've been a regular at this pizzeria for years, as a takeout customer, but something has changed in the last few months. The last three times I've ordered pizza, it was completely different from how they've always made it: it was smaller, drier, and less delicious. The packaging has also changed; before, it was definitely better—the pizza always arrived hot, but with the new packaging, it gets cold more easily. I'm very sorry to have to write this, but I really don't know what happened. Il Brigante's pizza has always been the best for me, but not anymore. Maybe it's under new management? I don't know… but I hope Il Brigante returns to its former glory!

11/04/2026: Excellent pizza, but above all, the service was very welcoming. The owner, whom I had met before outside, is a very polite and elegant person, and he has confirmed this with his restaurant as well. After all, the elegance there is always evident, and this is proof of it. I highly recommend his pizza! Thank you so much, I will do it again soon!

14/09/2025: Every time I go there, but I probably only go because I practically live above it, I regret it... ... so it's my own fault that you're doing them a favor by going there, FIRST AND FOREMOST the manager or owner who consequently imparts her same outlook to whoever stands at the counter.

29/10/2025: A very simple place for quick lunches. A first course is advertised for €8, in small print, excluding wine and water. The final course, with cover charge and bread, comes to €13.00 per person. Well-managed, very friendly staff. The owner is a biker, and if you stop by for lunch, say hello. He always appreciates it. The main entrance is not wheelchair accessible, but don't worry, the back entrance is accessible by car and provides easy access to the dining area.

18/12/2025: Our favourite coffee & breakfast spot during our time in Rome. Good coffee and tasty brekkie, also the staff is lovely and attentive.

17/12/2025: The food is simple, but worth the price. The atmosphere is great. The service makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. It's worth stopping by for breakfast or an evening snack and a drink. This is a place where you'll feel like you're part of Rome. The better part 😉

11/03/2026: Back today, after 13 years. The inside has completely changed, but the potato pizza, the filling, and the service (they even remembered me) brought back memories of the best place in Rome for a quick bite. Thanks for being there.

06/12/2025: Having just arrived from Barcelona we had to have lunch before going to the Vatican with a reserved entrance. We had a combined plate. There was very little left and there wasn't much to choose from. Even so, it must be said that everything was delicious: the breaded hake, the spinach, the cous cous, the eggplants and the focaccia to accompany it. The place has a high ceiling and reverberation. Which makes for a very noisy atmosphere. For a quick and good meal, highly recommended.
