03/03/2026: Tea was not really good, the deseret was a little old but tasety, coffee was really good. They have downstaris area for events and its a big plece. Toilets were really unpleasent. Waiters were really nice and friendly

02/03/2026: This place ia great little spot in the center of rome. Very close to Termini and the Rome Opera House. It serves american style dishes, scrambled eggs, omelets, bacon, toast, they play American pop on the radio, service is always so quick and friendly. Would never hesitate to refer someone here. Excellent choice for American/international breakfast spot in Rome, Italy.

30/01/2026: Total disappointment: terrible customer service. ​Unfortunately, I must report a marked decline in the quality of takeout service. I've had pizzas delivered raw on top and burned on the bottom, but the worst thing was the reaction of the owner's daughter. Despite being a regular customer for years, she accused me of lying when I raised the issue. It's a real shame to lose the trust of those who have always supported you. I won't be returning.

The dedication is evident in every detail, from the meticulous service to the passion that flows right into your plate. The ingredients are of excellent quality, carefully selected and showcased in every recipe. The staff is courteous and helpful, creating a welcoming, family-like atmosphere. Special praise goes to the Roman-style pizza: thin, crispy, light, and truly delicious. The fish is also excellent! A must-visit for those who love good food, made with love and respect for tradition!

In 24 years in Italy, living in Milan and traveling all over the country, I have NEVER eaten a tastier, lighter, and more delicious pizza. CONGRATULATIONS! I will recommend it to family and friends. 22/01/2026: Long wait times. It's okay that it was Saturday night, but takeout needs to be managed separately; it can't slow down table service. Three pizza varieties are a bit limited. The taste, though personal, is far removed from La Forbice in Civitavecchia (four pizza varieties). Too bad, I had different expectations.

05/02/2026: A truly positive experience! The pinsas were truly delicious, with a wide selection of flavors and top-quality ingredients. The place is simple and very welcoming, perfect for a relaxing evening. The staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. We discovered this restaurant on TikTok and drove all the way to Ladispoli just to try the pinsas: it was absolutely worth it! Be wary of anyone who tries to tell you otherwise.

For this reason, I recommend changing your approach on social media; you risk losing a lot of customers. Edit after reply: You literally confirmed what I wrote, yet I feel like I was polite. 06/12/2025: I ordered delivery today at 6 PM on time, but the pizza was cold, one with buffalo mozzarella and one without. Okay, fine, tell me which one is with buffalo mozzarella and which one is burnt. As a longtime customer, I was disappointed even though the manager said he'd bring another one, but when am I going to eat? Too bad, another place I have to leave.

16/12/2025: The classic Roman trattoria "downtown," where you go especially when you don't feel like cooking. Informal atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Very good food. For these reasons, I highly recommend it; I've been back and will continue to do so. 😊

05/10/2025: A place that has remained in the 80s, low price but the food is really poor, supplì nothing special, fried courgette flowers without mozzarella, pizza with a rusk-style dough, acidic tomato and little "mozzarella" and I love Roman pizza but this has practically nothing to do with it 🙈

09/03/2026: I've been there once for after-dinner drinks and once for a snack, and both times my experience was just OK, nothing special. The waiters are rude and slow, and the desserts have always been a 50/50 affair for me, as we've always ordered more than one item to sample different options, some being good and some being bad. For example, the so-called "Brookies" were a pleasant surprise; I really liked them, but I warn you that they're still very sweet, so those looking for something more balanced will definitely not like them. The churros, on the other hand, were awful; in fact, they can't even be called churros because they're actually biscuits similar to ladyfingers sold as churros with a sauce on the side. The cinnamon rolls were another pleasant surprise, but still very sweet, so they're fine for me, but I understand that they might be a bit too much for others. The carrot cake is definitely to be avoided; the batter was heavy, very artificial, and not at all like a real carrot cake. I'd gladly return to try these specific desserts, but it's something to do once in a while, not a place I'd go often.

11/01/2026: Pizzeria by the slice in the center of Frascati. The restaurant seats about 4-5 inside, and I personally ordered takeout and ate it in the sun on a bench. Excellent dough, ingredients, and pairings. The pizza pictured, plus classic supplì and half a liter of water, was about 13 euros. The price was also excellent. Congratulations, and we'll see you soon.

16/02/2026: Chain of pizza by the slice. Plenty of choice. Industrial-style dough. Decent-quality toppings. Just the right amount of flavor. Small, clean space. Staffing depends on the person serving and the location.

La mia passione è la cucina cerco sempre di cercare posti caratteristici , genuini e di livello: qui i tre fattori ci sono tutti e tre. I piatti sono prodotti sul momento. I piatti arriva arrivano sobri. Gusti equilibrati gustosi e senza strafare. La carbonara ritengo che sia un perfetto di incrocio di sapori , cremosità perfetta e soprattutto leggera: digerita all'istante. Un ristorante raro. La location è fresca al riparo dal sole, si riprende le forze . Prezzi qualità prezzo imbattibile. Alla prossima un caro saluto. PS.
