30/07/2026: I was having a business lunch with a colleague, and almost by chance, we stopped at Pizza Capitale.
We actually chose the burgers and were satisfied.
The bread was fresh, the meat well-cooked and flavorful, with fresh, well-balanced ingredients.
The dish was accompanied by various vegetable and potato side dishes, simply prepared but truly delicious—a different take on the classic French fries, and one we definitely appreciated.
The place is well-kept, the service was fast, and it's ideal for a lunch break without sacrificing quality.
I noticed that the menu also offers a wide selection of Roman pinsa, which I'll definitely try again, as they're one of the house specialties.
A place I'll keep in mind when I'm in the area again.
30/07/2026: We found this place by chance and decided to give it a try. This place is truly exceptional! The owner, Noemi, is truly fantastic: helpful, kind, enthusiastic, welcoming, and always willing to accommodate her customers. The pinsa is excellent; its dough is light, crispy, digestible, and flavorful. It's not just a simple pizzeria and burger joint, as it uses top-quality products, all certified and clearly illustrated on the menu. For example, we tried the Prosciutto di Parma DOP, which was sliced very thinly; the Monterotondo mozzarella; the green salad tomato was ripe and sweet; the Norwegian smoked salmon was top-quality, along with a ripe avocado, without a single imperfection in the flesh. The salt brought to the table was in pink grains, and the olive oil was strictly local extra virgin. We were unsure about which draft beer to choose, so Noemi solved the problem by bringing us all the available beers to taste at the table! Not everyone would have done that. She accommodated us in every way, pampering each customer along with her staff. The final panna cotta is artisanal, creamy, and not sticky like it often is. A truly positive experience given the high quality of the products and the kindness of the entire staff. Not just any pizzeria!
