A place with the right shape and lots of substance, very appreciable cuisine, nice and good pizza, friendliness and empathy. Certainly worth trying again.

I'm staying in a hotel opposite and both my colleagues and I are having dinner at Spighe. What to say? Typical restaurant with excellent food quality and really enjoyable prices. We tried first courses, pizzas and meat... all excellent! Tonight my steak was excellent, tasty and tender and the pizzas truly delicious. The owners are very kind and friendly. We will continue to return in the next evenings and will also try first courses and other things. Highly recommended!

Alloggiando in un hotel difronte per lavoro per alcune settimane ho scoperto le Spighe, ristorante in un centro ginnico. Straordinaria scoperta. Ho provato carne ottima ( tagliata tenera e saporita), pizze, ottime e con i sapori di un tempo e torneremo per i primi. Gentilezza ed ambiente tipico fanno il resto! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Consigliatissimo! Ci torneremo anche nelle prossime occasioni. Bravi! Lisa

Era la prima volta che andavo alle spighe; locale accogliente, personale gentile e cortese, nonostante fosse pieno il servizio è stato veloce; il cibo ottimo ed abbondante. Ci torneremo volentieri.

07/04/2024: Restaurant known for its Roman cuisine, especially its first courses. This time we tried the second courses, oxtail and baked lamb with potatoes, both good. Even though the place was fully booked, there was no confusion. Fast and courteous service. I recommend arriving a little early, to be able to park without problems. Fair prices and generous portions.
02/04/2024: Classic Roman restaurant, top-notch food for all dishes. On Easter Monday with a full place, the service was quite fast. Congratulations to all the staff. We will definitely return.

04/02/2024: Let me start by saying that the pizza alla pala is well leavened, light and crunchy, the outer edge is a little high and remains free of seasoning. I tasted two types of pizza: one with artichokes and mozzarella, the other margherita. The first was seasoned satisfactorily, the second however had very little mozzarella, little tomato, no basil at all and was a little dry. The service was quick, the tables were all occupied and the environment was therefore quite noisy. Prices normal.
25/01/2024: The pizza is good, the place is cute, the staff are friendly and the bill is honest. They don't do fried dishes as appetizers but they make up for it with excellent platters
