07/07/2025: They brought barely cooked pasta, after I tried it I immediately returned it. What's most surprising is that they didn't offer to make a new one and included it in the bill. This is the first time I've encountered this!!!

22/06/2025: Excellent quality of dishes. A ‘must’ their pizza amatriciana but any choice is right. Great professionalism of the staff always ready to understand the requests of the customers. Highly recommended.

25/08/2025: Rather unassuming on the outside, but quite nice inside. From bruschetta to pizza and pasta, everything is highly recommended, and the homemade desserts, such as tiramisu and panna cotta, are also very good. I'll definitely go back.

06/08/2025: A place that, like me, is Old Mannerist. Bruschetta, pasta dishes, and pizzas in perfect Roman tradition. Fine but well-leavened, seasoned, and baked in a wood-fired oven. I'll add that I'm finally finding pizzas that aren't gourmet with sauces and strange things on top... Every Roman restaurateur should stop by and take a lesson at this place. Tradition goes beyond gourmet photos. Well done!

24/08/2025: The pizza was very good and the staff were very friendly. The only negative thing was the bad taste and that by booking through De Fork you are entitled to a 20% discount, but to recover the price of a digestive it skyrocketed to 6 euros.

24/06/2025: Da moltissimi anni i tranci di pizza li porto a casa mia o di amici, anche lontano da Frascati, l'accoglienza e il gradimento sono sempre al top. I gusti sono numerosi e tutti con prodotti di alto livello e costantemente buoni, mai registrato un calo nell'impasto, nella cottura o nella guarnizione che è sempre abbondante e di qualità. Talvolta ho prenotato un ritiro per telefono e il confezionamento è stato effettuato in mia presenza, aggiungendo magari qualche altro trancio con gusti nuovi visto sul banco. La pizza bianca, poi, è buonissima e nel surgelatore ne ho sempre una scorta. I gusti che meglio rendono evidente la qualità, preferiti da me e dai miei amici, sono con la cicoria, la porchetta, la verdura grigliata, quasi inesistenti in altre pizzerie. Il bello è che, come al bar dove vai tutte le mattine, il Personale conosce già le mie preferenze. Anche i fritti sono molto buoni e preparati sul momento. L'organizzazione conta molto in un locale con così ampia scelta, l'attesa non è mai lunga, la cortesia è un altro punto a favore di Pizza Idea di Cocciano - Frascati.

14/05/2025: It's a very good pizza, shame about the variable height, the white one, I saw, has an excellent 8mm of height, the red one 6mm of fragrant thickness, the mixed one I took maybe reached 4... when cold it goes down to 2o3mm; if experience is not water, I would take this review as gold. 😘

01/08/2025: We went to this restaurant on July 24th to celebrate my father's birthday... we had a wonderful time, both with the quality and quantity of the food, as well as the service... the staff were all incredibly kind and friendly. It's also worth noting that when we booked, the owner let us choose the location we liked best, in the large garden! Overall, it was a pleasant discovery... highly recommended!!

13/07/2025: Truly excellent! We had lunch with friends and chose the seafood option, with delicious appetizers and first courses! The service was also very good.

20/08/2025: This isn't a good time for an à la carte dinner, as the menu is limited due to renovations to some areas of the restaurant, and appetizers cost more than the main course. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is also very chaotic, due to the aperitif buffet format, which crowds a lot of people into the adjacent room.

19/08/2025: Average food for an all-you-can-eat buffet is €15. Good for students and anyone looking to spend less and pass the time...

25/07/2025: The food was good (the carbonara could have been more creamy than cut), the calzone would have benefited from adding basil, the trippa was very good, the service was impeccable, and the prices were reasonable for Albano.

16/08/2025: We visited this restaurant on the recommendation of our hotel, but the experience was a little underwhelming. The gentleman at the door seemed disinterested from the outset, and the service throughout was slow and inattentive. I even ordered a beer and was brought a Fanta Lemon instead – it was corrected, but still an odd mistake. The food itself was fairly average, and neither of us finished our meals. Overall, I think there are better options available at other local restaurants.

03/05/2025: Frequento questo locale da anni. A mio giudizio una delle pizze gourmet migliori di Roma. Impasto impareggiabile e ingredienti ricercati e di altissima qualità. Alvaro e famiglia gestiscono con grande passione e cortesia questo locale informale da oltre 30 anni puntando tutto sulla qualità e ricercatezza dei loro piatti. In una location più centrale e alla moda sarebbe su qualsiasi guida come un must!!!

19/04/2025: Pizzeria 120 – Sperimentazione senza compromessi. Due pizze, due identità: 1. Giovanna: carciofi croccanti su un letto di impasto fragrante. 2. Fiori di zucca, alici e scorze di limone sapidità equilibrata e acidità brillante. Base comune: impasto con grani antichi monococco, segale e Senatore Cappelli– Álvaro non usa mix casuali, ma studia struttura e digeribilità. Niente fronzoli: ingredienti selezionati (carciofi croccanti al punto giusto, alici che non sovrastano, limone che non aggredisce) e una filosofia chiara: rispetto della materia prima Abbinamento top: War AmenIPA, birra italiana con corpo resinoso e note agrumate che tagliano la grassezza delle alici. Grazie ad Álvaro (non un pizzaiolo, un ricercatore) e a Monia per la scoperta. 22/05/2025: Pizzeria leader of the Tuscolano quadrant I ordered a round amatriciana pizza, truly spectacular, fresh and good ingredients that all stood out. The supplì alla tennent's was also excellent :) The rider was kind and professional, nothing to say Highly recommended

10/08/2025: A homey place, with huge, thin, and delicious pizza. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is still decently priced. The atmosphere on weekends is chaotic...but that's okay. Still, a well-deserved 5 stars.

06/08/2025: Going for pizza on a Sunday night was crazy, I thought. But I was wrong. Despite well over 100 people, the service was impeccable. The waiters were kind, helpful, and fast. The pizza was delicious, excellent, in my opinion. I don't recommend ordering the menu with fries, croquettes, and supplì—the latter isn't their signature dish—but everything else deserves my compliments.

06/08/2025: I ate good pizza but not excellent, the place was very nice even if out of the way, the real problem is the noise when the place is very busy... any conversation between people at the same table is impossible.

07/08/2025: The waiter, Eligio, was extremely attentive and friendly. All four of our dishes were exceptional! Cacio pepe, lasagna, filet mignon, and lamb.

07/08/2025: An excellent experience! The food was very, very good, with authentic flavors and beautifully presented dishes. The prices were also very reasonable, which makes it even better. The service was impeccable, with everyone very friendly and attentive. We especially want to give a shout-out to our waiter, Elegio, who was incredibly kind and recommended some of his favorite dishes... and he was spot on! Everything we tried was delicious. It's also close to the Vatican. Highly recommended!

13/07/2025: Very poor pizza, sorry, maybe we got the wrong one, it makes up for it with the F1 Ferrari atmosphere, I think it's worth visiting this place and maybe you'll be able to find a better quality pizza

12/07/2025: Two pizzas and water for 17 euros are prices rarely seen in Rome, especially in the tourist areas. Pizza with a very thin, crispy crust. It's worth venturing off the beaten path sometimes :)
