06/05/2025: I often go to this historic pizza restaurant, the food is good and the prices are fair to normal, excellent quality of food, excellent table service, friendly and quick order takers. Impeccable owners and staff. If I had to give a rating, I would give maximum stars. Highly recommended place, Maurek ☺️

20/05/2025: We came here for lunch after visiting around Pompeii as the reviews seemed pretty good. Unfortunately, we didn't have the greatest experience. The food wasn't of the highest quality compared to the price of the food. My boyfriend was disappointed with his food, as it looked over cooked. I had pasta with seafood and it unfortunately felt underwhelming and lack luster. When we finally asked for the bill, we had to ask multiple times before we finally got to pay and leave. I'd also add that even our waiter seemed unhappy to be there. Overall, it was very disappointing experience which is a shame.

14/05/2025: Después de recorrer la escavi, queríamos comer algo antes de subir al tren de regreso a Salerno. Nos encontramos con esta pequeña joya y nos alegramos de haberlo hecho. El servicio era impecable y la comida era deliciosa. Mi esposa pidió y disfrutó de la sartén de bacalao y lentejas y tuve una pizza con mozzarella, jamón, alcachofas y queso ricotta. ¡La mejor pizza que he probado en Italia!

15/05/2025: Historic pizzeria located in the historic center of Naples, easily reachable also from via Amerigo Vespucci. Always packed, with quite long waiting times.... But it's worth it. Very good and highly digestible pizza and fried food. Exceptional value for money. Absolutely worth trying.

03/12/2024: I was there for a degree, the place is particular, I couldn't describe it, but overall very nice, with an internal and external area with a garden (Ps I went in the evening and it was cold so I didn't have much chance to wander around and see)

17/05/2025: Non non mi dilungo molto, ma credo ci sia bisogno di più personale e migliorare le portate, il mio crocchè era insapore e per la pizza abbiamo atteso più di un ora,tempo buttato visto che la pizza è arrivata sbagliata e non mi è piaciuta!!non credo proprio di ritornare c è troppa disorganizzazione! ps vedere tavoli vuoti ma con ancora i piatti con gli avanzi di chi è andato via dopo mezz’ora non si può. Decisamente no.

22/05/2025: Unfortunately my family's experience didn't match what other reviews would indicate. We tried several different dishes and none of them wowed us. Nothing was bad, but it was all just "fine". Service was fine. The outside patio is lovely, and the signature cocktail was delightful. Unfortunately, that's about all the positivity I can say about this place. Go to the hotel restaurant next door. It's significantly better after a significant overhaul by the current chef.

07/05/2025: It is always a great pleasure to return to the Taverna Neapolis, Gino, a competent, reliable and knowledgeable host, as well as being very friendly, always knows how to advise you, accompanying you on a tasting journey made of authentic food prepared with high quality raw materials. Excellent quality/price ratio, polite and trained staff, the place is always very clean and welcoming. Overall, highly recommended. The Genoese is excellent!!! 05/06/2025: Following the Routard's recommendation, we went to La Tinaia. We didn't wait to get a seat at the time we arrived, around 7 p.m. 😅 with the English tourists. We ordered limoncello spritzes, not bad but strong if you haven't eaten anything beforehand 🫣 We ordered pasta alla vongole and pasta alla lemona. The lemon pasta was very good, however, the pasta alla vongole didn't live up to the others we'd tried on the island. It tasted like pasta with a little oil and mussels. For dessert, we had a lemon delight, which you wouldn't get up to eat at night. We felt like it was a factory; the waiters were quick to clear away, but we hadn't even said thank you before they left.
