18/07/2026: We loved the experience! The pizzas were simply wonderful, with excellent dough and top-quality ingredients. We tried the prosciutto and mushroom pizza and the Longano, with Parma ham, and both were delicious. We made sure to ask them to pass on our compliments to the pizzaiolo. The service was also impeccable, very attentive and friendly. Definitely a restaurant that deserves to be recommended!

05/05/2026: The restaurant is located a bit outside of town in a residential area. We received a very friendly welcome and had the Parmigiana Croccante – absolutely fantastic! The pizza (Parmigiana) was also the best I've ever eaten. To top it off, we were offered a complimentary Limoncello, and the prices are really reasonable for Capri. Highly recommended.

07/06/2026: This restaurant surprised me with how good the pasta was for a restaurant with such a beautiful view. That said, the caprese salad was probably my least favorite of the three I tried in Italy. Not bad, but not a stand out either. The pasta on the other hand had an amazing sauce that tasted like the sea. Yes, it is expensive for lunch, but the view is unbeatable. If you compare with other restaurants in town, the price doesn't seem so bad because everything seems expensive here.
05/06/2026: I organized my birthday dinner entirely remotely, managing everything over the phone, and I couldn't have made a better choice. From the first call, Mr. Raffaele proved to be an exemplary professional: exceptionally hospitable, kind, and available. He took care of every detail with great attention, making me feel at ease despite the distance.
On the day of the event, everything was perfect. The food was simply excellent, with carefully crafted dishes and high-quality ingredients that delighted all the guests. A huge thank you to Mr. Raffaele and all the staff for making this day special. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this restaurant.

03/07/2026: This restaurant has a wonderfully cozy atmosphere that makes you feel welcome right away. The service was incredibly fast, and all of our food was prepared and served in no time. Everything we ordered, from the fresh appetizers to the main courses, was exceptionally delicious. You absolutely must save room for dessert because the tiramisu is phenomenal. The staff was highly attentive and professional throughout the entire evening. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect meal in Capri!
27/06/2026: Our first dinner in Capri was also our first challenge for the island. Fifteen of us, fresh off our wedding in Tuscany, all arriving at one restaurant. Villa Verde made it look routine.
The cocktails were excellent, the wine list worked for a table that couldn’t agree on just one bottle, and the service never lost its rhythm despite everything we were throwing at it.
The pizza was outstanding, but the night found another gear when the whole branzino hit the table. Tambourines started making their way around, neighbouring tables were smiling over at us, and dinner turned into a celebration.
It’s lively without trying too hard, which is probably why it works so well.

02/07/2026: Excellent place in Nerano, except for the spaghetti with clams or mussels, which are exceptional and not much, and the list of delicacies is endless.
Go to Capri and eat like Verginella and the best.
I highly recommend Massimo.
02/07/2026: I went to dinner alone, and the waiter asked for my phone number to go out, and he got annoyed when I said no. Italians are quite macho and lecherous, which is very annoying. They should adapt to international tourism and stop harassing women. It's very frustrating that you can't sit down and eat in peace without being asked out. The pasta was good, but you should order an appetizer because the portions are very small. The prices are much lower than in other places to eat with a sea view. The ambiance is very nice.

06/11/2025: The food is good and the views are great (if you're lucky). It's expensive, on par with Capri in general. I tried gnocchi alla caprese, since I was in Capri. Very tasty, but the portion was small. The waiter was very friendly and spoke Spanish. I gave him an €8 tip and then regretted it because I'm broke.
29/10/2025: Excellent pizzaria restaurant and their service is top class.
Located a bit hidden in the street,... do yourself a favor and visit them.
Clear winner in Capri.

19/06/2026: Fantastic experience! Special thanks to Mr. Ciro, who found us a table literally at the last minute when the restaurant was closing. Even though the kitchen was almost closed, he made us an exceptional peppered mussels and a truly delicious lemon chicken. The desserts deserve a special mention: a fantastic tiramisu and an extraordinary lemon fruit salad, with a delicate lemon chamomile drizzle, simply spectacular. All washed down with an excellent Berlucchi. Thanks again to Ciro for his availability, kindness, and attention. He made us feel truly welcome. I'll be back soon.
14/06/2026: Really tasty food, particularly the catch of the day - sea bass big enough for 2-3 on this occasion. Staff were polite and friendly, though service could be slow. Best views of a restaurant in the Marina Grande - no road, on front of you, just straight out across the small boats at one end of the harbour, a little removed from the ferries plying their trade. Quieter in the evenings.

18/07/2026: My boyfriend and I had dinner at Isidoro and had a wonderful time. For this reason, two nights later, unsure of where to dine, we decided to return. Lots of gluten-free options and delicious dishes. Super professional. Thanks also to the owner's son, who we chatted with and gave us lots of tips on Capri.

14/05/2026: Best pizza in capri, pastas were fantastic, incredibly friendly staff, we came back for lunch after an amazing dinner.
11/05/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance and it was the best decision we made. I think it was Giorgio, a waiter who spoke Spanish, who served us. He was so kind and friendly, you wouldn't believe it! We were only going to order water, but he recommended a wine that was excellent value for money, and in the end, he brought us a spectacular lemon cello. Highly recommended, don't miss it!

25/03/2025: We had lunch here in Sept 2022. I’m mostly writing a review on behalf of my husband who ordered Pizza Caprese. I’m his words, “I have never had a pizza like this. This is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I cannot get that pizza out of my head. I would go back to Capris just for that Pizza.”
Being used to seeing below average tourist spots in New York City, we were biased that this restaurant would have mediocre overprice tourist food. To our surprise, the food was amazing. I had risotto which was fantastic but the Pizza Caprese was the winner: fresh dough, mozzarella, and tomato. Simple Beauty.

23/07/2025: We stopped by for a lunch during the trip in Capri, that was late March, just before the season opening so there weren't many places open yet. Al Capri was recommended by our Italian tour guide.
The place is specious with lots of tables available, clean, with breath-taking views, decorated in Mediterranean style which is very welcoming.
We ordered pizza and spaghetti al limone. That was best spaghetti I've had in Italy during the whole stay. The pizza was good, it didn't make in the top 3 out of 10 we tried though.
Good selection of wine.
The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was served in timely manner.
The places has lots to offer, including the beautiful decor and views, good food and location- it's off the main square so it's not so crowded but still close La piazetta.
18/07/2025: Attirati dalla musica romantica di un bravo pianista live, ci siamo imbattuti in questo ristorante a pochi passi dalla famosa piazzetta di Capri. Subito accolti con gentilezza siamo stati accompagnati al tavolo a noi assegnato. Il nostro cameriere Angelo ( di nome e di fatto ) ci ha consigliato e coccolato. Il mio “Fusillone ai frutti di mare” è stato a dir poco sublime. Vista spettacolare e atmosfera incredibile. Super consigliato!

11/06/2025: The food was okay, but the pizza looked like a frozen pizza and was relatively small for the price. The ice cream sundae, which cost €15, consisted of only two scoops of vanilla and one scoop of chocolate. I expected much more for that price. When we looked at the menu, the waiter offered us Coke, which wasn't on the menu and cost €10 for a 0.33l bottle. This place is definitely not recommended and is a complete rip-off. Stay away!

02/04/2025: Éramos un grupo escolar de 31 traídos aquí para el almuerzo por nuestro guía. El precio era de 22 euros por persona por lo que conseguimos una bebida, un poco de pan, dos platos de pasta (penne y raviolis) servidos en un plato y una cucharada de helado. La pasta estaba bastante sabrosa y servida con bastante generosidad. El personal era amable, el servicio era bueno y la vista desde el restaurante es absolutamente encantador. Este fue el único lugar que comimos en Capri, así que no puedo decir si el costo era bueno o no; se sentía un poco alto, pero tal vez ese es solo el lugar. (Tampoco me di cuenta de la historia del restaurante de antemano, tal vez eso afecta un poco el precio).
22/11/2024: Este restaurante en realidad me sorprendió a mí y mis expectativas. Era un bonito restaurante al aire libre y la decoración era preciosa. Hacía mucho calor cuando estuve en Capri, pero el aire libre y los fans hicieron todo lo posible. Teníamos una cantidad limitada de vino, pero las botellas eran tan grandes que podría haber sido ilimitado. Me sorprendió mucho la comida. Los canelones eran absolutamente deliciosos y los favoritos de todos. Tuve que reírme del pollo parmesano. Cuando había hecho una gira gastronómica en Roma un par de semanas antes mencionaron que Italia no hace parmesano de pollo a menos que sea para turistas.

02/08/2024: Excellent service in a nice and clean restaurant with good space. We got a nice and clean table. The air condition makes the restaurant a welcome break from the outside heat. Very skilled, attentive and friendly waiters. We ordered four different pizzas, all very tasty and nice. They came quickly after we ordered.
Highly recommended for families and all others.
26/07/2024: Su consiglio di parenti siamo andati in questo ristorante ma mi aspettavo di più. Gli gnocchi alla sorrentina erano con poca mozzarella e tutto sugo. La delizia al imone non gustosa. Purtroppo a Capri pensano che siccome ci vanno i turisti li trattano da turisti, per non parlare dei prezzi molto alti.
