04/04/2025: Excellent typical restaurant perfectly located. The food is really good, the menu offers a wide choice of Roman specialties and wines. Point of honor for the panna cotta, the best I have tasted in my life (I almost had a second one). You can book without any worries but the restaurant was not crowded, which is different from other places where you have to queue for long minutes. I highly recommend!

16/03/2025: Stratospheric pizza, I took a "La Nerano", crunchy dough on the outside, fragrant on the inside, sublime combination of lemon/friarielli cream and robiola. I don't remember a better Neapolitan dough pizza than this one. Ecstatic! well done guys!

01/04/2025: Very good pizzas with various types of dough, in addition to the classic one. They also make pizzas suitable for those with celiac disease. The venue is located on the second floor above the municipal swimming pools. Reservation is a must as there are not many seats and the place is not large. For me one of the best pizzas in Novi Ligure.

Above all I have to compliment the gluten-free preparations from pizzas to desserts. I had already eaten the desserts at the pizzeria, all gluten-free and all delicious... today I had a birthday cake made for my daughter and everyone was super satisfied, as well as being beautiful, it was delicious!!
Super recommended both as a pizzeria and for the pastry department!

I have rarely found such a good pizza!
Amazing ingredients from the burrata D’assogno, the ricotta, the mortadella …
Even the white wine, the house one, very good and excellent value for money!
We will definitely go back to try the culurgiones because they are not often found … but the pizza will definitely be on my radar!

11/02/2025: I went to dinner with my boyfriend, I ordered a tricolor rotolino, and the truth is that I loved it. He asked for the capricciosa. The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the dough, everything! The attention is also greatly appreciated. A best pizza in all Italy!
