14/09/2025: We recently discovered this restaurant and pizzeria and we've been coming back often. Besides being a very clean and beautiful place, it's run by a staff worthy of a 5-star rating, incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful, ready to satisfy every customer's need. Not to mention the pizza and other dishes, which exceed expectations and are impeccable in quality. I highly recommend trying it at least once and you'll see, you'll always come back. Thanks guys, you're the best ❤

13/09/2025: I come here very often and I really struggle to find any flaws... the staff is active and cheerful without seeming too pretentious or forced, the customer service is never too pushy or annoying, the food is excellent quality and arrives really quickly, the prices are reasonable even if they increase with the cost of raw materials. The parking lot is quite large, but there are plenty nearby so it's not a problem. Overall, it's a great place for a nice pizza lunch!

15/08/2025: A perfect restaurant. We went here on the recommendation of the hotel where we were staying, and we have to say it was a great choice. The dishes we ordered—pasta, pizza, a selection of cheeses, and desserts—were all very good. The atmosphere was homey, and best of all, the service we received was super friendly and attentive. We would definitely return. Highly recommended.

19/07/2025: Parella neighborhood pizzeria, run by a typical Italian family. Excellent pizza doughs and burgers. Excellent desserts. It's a shame there's no outdoor seating. Prices are high, but you pay for quality. They cater to all allergies. Clean, comfortable atmosphere. The pizzas are excellent. Clean restrooms. Parking is available on Corso Montegrappa. The only shame is that they don't use tablecloths, but paper placemats. The prices on the menu are in small print and almost illegible. Fast and courteous service.

16/08/2025: We came across Charlie’s earlier in the day and were slightly disappointed we hadn’t found this restaurant sooner. Later in the day, we arrived at another restaurant where we had reserved a table but had to walk away as we were told our family of 5 would need to sit separately. We thought we would try to get into Charlie’s… we arrived and the lovely gentleman found us a table. The atmosphere was lovely with tables well spaced between other customers, the eating area was lit by soft lighting adding to the atmosphere. Staff were warm and welcoming. Service was excellent. Good was wonderful. It was a fabulous meal for our final night in Orvieto. So glad we came across your beautiful establishment. It comes highly recommended. Thank you!

14/09/2025: A pizzeria that I highly recommend… The pizza is thin, crispy, and well-seasoned, made with fresh, top-quality ingredients… The outdoor space is beautifully kept and welcoming, perfect for a pleasant evening in good company… The staff is extremely friendly and helpful… The quality-price ratio is also excellent, making the experience even more satisfying… Definitely a place to return to.

27/08/2025: A lovely discovery. The atmosphere is refined, the fish and meat dishes are excellent, and the pizzas are also delicious. The young man who served us was truly excellent in giving us advice and managing the dinner, demonstrating passion and professionalism.

11/09/2025: Awesome!!! A must-do when in Bardolino. It's best to get there by 5:00 PM, otherwise make a reservation or wait...

11/09/2025: Fantastic food, super friendly service. However, it was veeeery busy. Once you've snagged a table (possibly after a long wait), you'll receive a glass of Prosecco and a small slice of white bread with Italian mortadella as a welcome. And after the meal, an (🤣🤣🤣) aperitif... We'll be back.

30/08/2025: First of all: The food is really good, it tasted good (I had a pizza). It was quite comfortable to sit there, and everything else was fine. However, the one star I'm giving here is due to an incident with the owner. I was there with two friends, one of whom wrote a one-star review while we were still there (both of his ordered dishes were cold, so understandable). We sat there for a while longer to play cards, and suddenly the owner came over and excitedly asked us if the review was from us. Because we were playing cards and didn't want to be interrupted, we said it wasn't from us. Suddenly, he became really aggressive and repeatedly asked us to show our ID, as if he had the right to do so. When we then signaled to him and said that we were happy to leave, he sat down next to my colleague, preventing him from getting up. When he asked him to make room, he held him there and didn't shy away from physical contact. We just wanted to leave, and then he started loudly insulting us, calling us bastards. Thank goodness the waitress eventually came out to break things up. I think if the waitress hadn't come, the whole thing would have escalated even further. This is not only unprofessional but completely unacceptable behavior. I've rarely seen anything like it.

17/08/2025: Average pizza. No service. I asked if they had a particular type of beer, and instead of answering my question, the waiter told me to look at the menu, which, incidentally, had no information on it. The waiter went off to take orders from other tables, making us wait quite a while.

12/08/2025: We visited several times during our vacation...the ambiance in the courtyard and the food were both impressive. Very tasty pizza and pasta. Excellent value for money! Reservations in the evenings are recommended in the summer.
