Coniglio to stop by several times to taste different products because only in this way can you appreciate the passion and quality that goes into this place. 25/02/2025: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent dining experience and impeccable hospitality I was extremely satisfied with my recent visit to this pizzeria. The pizza was simply delicious: fragrant, with fresh and tasty ingredients that combined in an explosion of taste. I also really appreciated the dessert, perfectly balanced and not too sweet. But what made the experience even more pleasant was the warm welcome and kindness of the owner and the girl in charge of room service. They were both very courteous and helpful, creating a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. I will definitely return to this pizzeria to try other specialties on the menu and I will highly recommend this place to my customers. 07/02/2025: We came here today based on a recommendation and were not disappointed. The food was very tasty and we felt comfortable. The house wine was exceptional for us.

06/01/2025: Sehr gutes Essen, gute Auswahl. Preis-/Leistung ist super. Wir hatten sowohl Pasta als auch Pizza, da wir zweimal dort gegessen haben. Absolute Empfehlung - etwas mehr für die Pasta. Reservierung in der Hauptsaison ist sicherlich empfehlenswert, wir hatten Glück einen Platz zu bekommen. In der Weinbar L‘Altrovino kann man auch das Essen von dort bekommen, das ist ein tolles Konzept - beste Weine mit sehr gutem Essen.

11/04/2025: Después de llegar a Florencia por la tarde sin haber almorzado, buscamos un restaurante que estuviera abierto al final de la tarde. Había leído buenas críticas para Lo Scudo, primero asegurándome de que no había ningún cargo por servicio, ya que Florencia es famosa por pedir propinas o agregar cargos adicionales. Quedamos muy contentos con nuestras comidas (lasaña y espaguetis con almejas) con pan sabroso gratis para empezar y limoncellos de cortesía. El camarero era joven y atento, y hablaba inglés con fluidez. Desafortunadamente, agregó un cargo por servicio, destacándolo en el cheque con un marcador. Cuando le pregunté al respecto, dijo que era “típico” en Florencia y admitió que no está publicado en el menú exterior y dijo que no teníamos que pagarlo. Pero añadí 8€ a la factura, lo que hace que esta sea la comida más cara que tuvimos en nuestras 2 semanas en Umbría, donde los precios son mucho más baratos.

01/04/2025: Very inconspicuous restaurant, but the kitchen really does magic! Delicious appetizers, everything delicious and fresh. First courses of very good quality, second courses as well. Wonderful flavors! When you are nearby you have to eat there! Very nice service! I highly recommend it!

Lucky us we took the 150 gr. because after a large appetizer of cheese and cured meats, which is worth it, finishing the carbonara was possible, only because it was delicious, it was very abundant. The carbonara from the Marche is with pancetta, which I prefer, with guanciale you can find it in Rome.

Congratulations to chef Ottavio and his wife Miriam for managing this place with professionalism and love where you can enjoy - without distorting them - the meat and fish delicacies that the menu offers according to the seasons. In short, a restaurant where you absolutely want to return.

I tasted an excellent pizza, and covaccino, fresh products, kindness, courtesy, respect and attention to the customer.
