The food is nowhere near as good as the totally overpriced meal. I really don't recommend it. Plus, no drinks or fries are included. The bacon on the fries is inedible. No kids' menu, no payment options other than credit card.

07/03/2026: You were ripped off. There's no menu, so you don't know how much you're spending. She makes recommendations, and then you get ripped off. A tomato gnocco for a small child costs €30. Two appetizers with six small appetizers cost €60. Disgraceful. Even though the place is well-kept and old-fashioned, it's simply unacceptable.

06/12/2025: Upon arrival, you line up in front of the company. You go to security and register. The CMR stamp is placed at the security desk upon exit. The staff (the female security guard and the loaders, especially the native Italian, a great guy) are very friendly.

Fast unloading. The entire process took 1 hour, including lab testing and unloading each bag directly onto the line. Clean restrooms and showers. Coffee and snacks. The helpful person gave instructions, everything was great. Thank you.

16/03/2026: I ordered two pizzas, one with fries and another with fries and sausage. The dough was bland, the fries were raw, and the pizza itself was tough, almost like a schiacciata.
I'm sorry, but I won't order it again.
05/01/2026: Ordered at 7:15 PM, still hasn't arrived at 9:00 PM. I'll cancel the order. Lack of professionalism.

09/03/2026: Yesterday afternoon outing with friends we stopped for a drink, 2 skecherati coffees coffee and ice terrible result, my partner takes a spritz and asks if it is possible to have some snacks, answer I can't bring anything if you want we have crisps in the bags, maybe it's NOT your job... I definitely won't go back there again
06/03/2026: Don't drink coffee with milk on the terrace! It's a cover charge! 4.00 Euros! It seems to be the general rule here too 😲

22/12/2025: A quick Baylies on the rocks, which was a mistake, since the bartender was also wearing a jacket and scarf. The bathroom... I won't say anything, it's better. It's true that it was almost 11 PM, but after a stroll through downtown Arona, so an hour later, it was still open and crowded. It was Saturday night. The friendly bartender? I don't know why he just said 9 euros (with receipt).

28/02/2026: The food is not very tasty, it is not cooked on the spot (the chips were cold and hard), the service is not very efficient and the communication is equally bad, there is no internet connection in the restaurant and they don't have a wifi connection.
19/12/2025: Bad experience, bad environment, he gave me the wrong change, he was supposed to give me €10, he gave me €2 change telling me he would give me the right one, the environment is bad, he treats you badly and has no respect for the customer and he cheats customers on the change

21/11/2025: Property near Malpensa. Rooms are passable, but to be honest, they look better in the photos. Unfortunately, they're a bit poorly maintained, otherwise they'd be very nice. The beds are very comfortable; we slept really well, and the room was warm.
The property is difficult to reach (you have to park and walk a 5-minute walk along a rocky road). I have trouble walking, and I would have liked to know this before booking. Furthermore, if you arrive by car, you have to park, walk to the property, get a paper towel to put in the car, take it back to the car, and then return to the property (a pointless system, in my opinion). Furthermore, the rooms are really bare: there's no TV, no toiletries, and there wasn't even real toilet paper, just a roll like you get at a service station.
25/10/2025: We had to leave the property at 10:00 PM because there were bedbugs in the bed, too.
The lady told us that if we had gone anywhere else, we would have found bedbugs there too, as it's a problem throughout Lombardy. We found another place 5 minutes away, and there were no signs of bedbugs.
I don't recommend it.

30/03/2025: I've been living in Galliate for a year, and I was depressed because no pizzeria satisfied me even slightly. Then I went to this place to get some takeout pizzas for a group of elderly people with limited mobility. I was truly satisfied with the quality of the ingredients and the creativity of the pizzas. The vegetables were excellent, the ingredients were fresh, the Neapolitan dough was delicious, and the well-leavened dough didn't make you thirsty. Finally, a good pizza in Galliate.
EDIT: Unfortunately, I have to change my review because, a year later, we returned with the whole family—6 people—and the pizzas were all burnt to the bone. The only one that was good was the fried pizza, which was excellent. Too bad! I'll only return when I want fried food, but for wood-fired pizzas, I'll look elsewhere.

14/10/2025: I was in the area for work and, after a colleague's recommendation, I decided to stop for lunch, and I have to say it was an excellent choice! The food was very good and the portions were generous. The owner was kind and welcoming. I would return.

16/02/2026: A really nice and welcoming pub with live music (I went on a Sunday). Prices are absolutely reasonable, and the aperitifs are excellent. I recommend it, especially to young people.
