15/02/2025: Pessima…pizza fredda e bruciata…il fattorino che me l’ha quasi lanciata attraverso il cancello perché ha visto il cane…non è che perché si ordina una pizza deve arrivare lo scarto!

29/12/2024: Order placed on December 28th at 4pm with delivery at 7.30pm PIZZAS delivered burnt immediately called the pizzeria to tell him they were burnt and sent the photos he replied that they are good if he ate them I wouldn't like them anymore

01/01/2025: Having found other places full, we stopped here, the place and the location are ok, but the staff pays little attention to customers... apart from paying for a hamburger with two strips of salmon, and not a real hamburger... Let's say a round sandwich with two industrial chips, at 14 euros in addition to the price of the aperitif... the waits... and the terrible service... I wouldn't recommend it. The bathroom was also dirty I would say that several aspects need to be improved.

06/02/2025: Un angolo di Roma tra le risaie padane. Una location semplice e raffinata regala una tmosfera calda ed accogliente. All' ingresso l'accoglienza garbata regala sensazioni di una eleganza d'altri tempi. Il personale garbato ed elegante accompagna l'ospite per tutta la durata del pasto senza mai essere invadente ma puntuale ed attento a tutte le esigenze. Il menù presenta un viaggio tra le più famose specialità della cucina tradizionale romana. La mia scelta si è rivolta alla famosa mozzarella in carrozza e la tradizionale "cacio e pepe" cucinata in maniera impeccabile. Ha terminato il tutto un eccezionale maritozzo. A tutto il personale va un plauso ma una menzione speciale per la cameriera che ci ha servito con gentilezza cortesia e professionalità. Sicuramente una esperienza da ripetere e che consiglio a tutti di provare. Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Voto 10 e lode.

18/01/2025: As already written by other people, the owner's desire to argue is surprising. I went in for a quick break after a 6-hour wait in the emergency room - completely tired - leaving my partner waiting in the ER and while I ordered a coffee I was careful with my cell phone, precisely to receive updates on his situation. I didn't even have time to sit down and drink my coffee before he started talking to another customer and criticizing the new generations, numbed by always being on their cell phones, and you can imagine what other clichés he brought up. While I was drinking coffee he started a new conversation with other customers, criticizing countries that want to reduce the number of working hours to 6 and adding how Italians are soft for wanting to follow the same model and how his generation also worked 10-12 hours per day. From there I just let it go and tried to ignore the talk. Very honest prices, but if you care about mental serenity, do yourself the favor of going to the vending machines to get a quick coffee.

11/01/2025: bad management at work and organizational level many times I called 1 hour before to order and then I had to wait about half an hour level of cleanliness 0 both in food products and in the restaurant

11/01/2025: Very bad. Once burnt pizza, pizza with sour gorgonzola and instead of the hamburger sandwich he gave me kebab with onions which I told him not to put on them.obviously cold pizzas. Then I told him everything. Tonight, I ask for gorgonzola pizza and hamburger sandwich and ham and mushroom pizza, but they didn't have ham and mushrooms, I said I wanted a sandwich and not kebab with hamburger, they rudely replied that that is bread because they don't have sandwiches, after a discussion I asked left everything there and walked away and they will never ever ever see me again.....again. don't go there because everything is really bad and they are very rude and rude!!!!

22/12/2024: oggi domenica 22 dicembre siamo stati in compagnia di amici in questo locale, completamente disorganizzati, ci hanno preso l'ordinazione dopo mezz'ora, è arrivata una cameriera completamente scocciata e maleducata, il toast che mi è arrivato era molle, non tostato e nemmeno tagliato semplicemente terribile! non torneremo mai più in questo locale e non lo consigliamo assolutamente a nessuno, se potessi mettere 0 stelle le metterei.

17/11/2024: Lenti, disorganizzati.. ginseng arrivato freddo... 20 minuti per un caffè, un ginseng e una brioches... Chiedi e ti rispondono sisi non capendo quello che chiedi. Bocciatissimo.

01/12/2024: Ho letto recensioni davvero ottime e quindi di passaggio a Novara decidiamo di prenotare qui. Vino e dolci molto buoni. Sul piatto preso un brasato di cappello del prete ai funghi porcini (non presenti nel piatto), contorno di purè e verdure bollite e grigliate devo dire davvero nulla di ché. Forse non è il loro piatto forte. Servizio un po' approssimativo. Non credo che ritorneremo.

25/11/2024: Ristorante a suo tempo già provato qualche anno fa. Situato in una piazzetta appartata in centro città. Prenotazione indispensabile, specie la domenica ed i festivi. Ambiente raccolto, con vista su una corte interna. Menu con piatti di vario tipo, e con specialità novaresi. Vini al calice, pochi ma buoni. I piatti gustati (antipasto misto, risotti, paniscia novarese, vino rosso Vespolina, dolce bunet piemontese) tutti ben fatti. Prezzi non bassi, ma la qualità si paga, ed il titolare ha anche offerto il caffè. Dunque, esperienza più che buona.
