09/12/2024: The staff is super friendly and nice, unfortunately the hotel is very old and poorly maintained, it feels like going back to the 70s, unhygienic carpet in the room, full of dust, bathroom with pink tiles from the 70s, shower almost destroyed and full of mould.. . and above all very high price for 2 nights around 240 euros.. The location is excellent because it is 2 steps from the lake with ample parking. Value for money however out of logic.

13/11/2024: Very nice family-run hotel. The owner Paola is extraordinarily kind. Excellent catering. Clean swimming pool with deckchairs and umbrellas and shower. lifeguard always present and available. Recommended for those looking for a bit of relaxation

I understand you are very frustrated with life but at least in the workplace you need to be friendly, especially if you are a bartender. I'm talking about the blonde girl who answered a question "it's not my job" yes it is my darling. not to mention the old woman who has treated me very badly since I entered. at Christmas you should be kinder, don't you think too? rating 0 I will not return

23/11/2024: Purtroppo un po’ deluso Antipasto di polipo cotto forse su griglia sporca di bruciato? Risultato odorava di bruciato già appena arrivato al tavolo e infatti presentava una crosta bruciata ed amara che ho dovuto eliminare Risotto buono cottura giusta ma non hanno portato il formaggio anche dopo richiesta Dessert: Bonet, buona Piatti ben presentati

30/09/2024: Siamo stati in questo piccolo angolo di paradiso del gusto a Borgomanero e devo dire che la bellezza dei piatti rispecchia la loro bontà. Abbiamo preso un menù degustazione a testa cambiando solo il primo ed il dolce che ci siamo divisi: -Tartare di Fassona piemontese con fiori di zucca, Monte 27 e dressing alla senape in grani voto 10 -la mia compagna ha preso come primo: Agnolotti ripieni di melanzane con pomodorini confit, stracciatella di burrata e basilico voto 10 -io ho preso: linguine ai funghi porcini( freschissimi): voto 9 ( consiglierei allo chef di mettere un po meno burro e sono perfetti) -Trancio di merluzzo avvolto nella pancetta con patate alla maggiorana: voto 8 Questo è l' unico piatto secondo noi da ricalibrare perché la pancetta croccante copre completamente il sapore del merluzzo... proverei a non farla croccante che acquista troppo sapore e farei il tutto al cartoccio di modo che si sciolga e rimanga più morbida amalgamandosi col pesce più delicato - Bonet alla piemontese con crema al melone bianco, fragole e amaretto croccante: voto 10 -tiramisù voto 11... il mascarpone è spaziale Vino nebbiolo: voto 10 Location: voto 8, l' unica cosa che non ci è piaciuto sono i pannelli fono assorbenti appesi a soffitto..sono un po strani..non credo si leghino con il resto...ma quelli son gusti😅 Ci scusiamo per i consigli di cucina su 2 piatti, immaginiamo che lo chef non ne abbia bisogno visto l' alta qualità della cucina, ma ci sembra giusto essere onesti e dire secondo noi cosa manca per raggiungere punteggio pieno. Ps: gentilezza e simpatia del personale: voto 10

03/12/2024: 10 of us arrived around twenty minutes to 2 looking for something to eat: they made us sit outside, in the shade, without heating or outside seating on shaky bar tables. Once seated (not before eh) they tell us that the kitchen is behind on orders (there were only us outside) and that they couldn't make us hot stuff but only chopping boards. They pass off two 25 euro platters and one 40 euro platter as filling and tasty enough to feed and satisfy us all. They arrive with a square cutting board with no more than 2 ounces of cold cuts (this one contains 40) and nothing else. The other two platters with even fewer cold cuts and a fairly anonymous type of cheese. All seasoned with bread which we had to ask for twice and it was too little (evident leftovers from the lunch of those who preceded us). We spent 141 euros to remain hungry and disappointed. The beer one of us took (classic Moretti on tap) was acidic which made it quite undrinkable, so much so that I left it behind. It's been a really long time since I felt like this, my compliments. Don't go there. Oh obviously they didn't check our green pass at all.

07/08/2024: Bad hot dog and pizza, we threw half away. Where do the sausages come from? Poor pizza topping. Does not do justice to Italian gastronomy. I strongly advise against it.

27/06/2024: Very good pizza. One of the best in Trecate. Unfortunately there is no option to eat there but there are benches right in front of the shop. I highly recommend👍🏻

21/12/2024: Horrible experience, never eaten so bad in Italy in my life, we love all Italian regions but this restaurant is a disgrace for Italian cuisine, pasta stuck, with the appearance of old, beef fillet with rotten smell left on the table the fillet, and the pasta sent back, final bill takes away 8 euros because the pasta was sent back, paid like the lady I am but put the cross on it 🤮🤮🤮🤮

12/12/2024: good restaurant in Arona, a stone's throw from the lakefront. Stunning location: Lake Maggiore. possibility of eating both inside and at external tables. there are toilets; ok service and good food. average prices

23/08/2024: Nous allons régulièrement dans ce restaurant familial depuis de nombreuses années. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant. Ce restaurant hors du temps propose des plats traditionnels simples et bons. Le personnel a un potentiel d'amabilité qu'il utilise avec parcimonie mais le service sans être des plus rapides est efficace.

06/08/2024: Nice terrace right on the lake; nice setting. Rather inspiring traditional/ typical menu choice. Fair quality and value for money. Service pretty approximate.. smiling is not in the menu .. ie friendliness and smiling seems to have been banned by the property - especially the old manager sitting behind the glass cashier post …

15/12/2024: One-of-a-kind historic venue. You can always find a warm and family atmosphere and at the same time try unique and refined recipes. It's difficult to choose the best starter, all of which are worth trying, like the risottos that Fabrizia offers. I recommend arriving hungry because every time I dine here you eat a lot (and very well)! Heartily recommended

The quality of the food carefully prepared by the owner is excellent and you can understand the passion she has from the small details... the price is absolutely compatible with the quantity and quality offered, excellent wine! 18/10/2024: Gli abbiamo dato più volte chance in questi ultimi tempi, ma purtroppo non è più il Vella di una volta!!! Le pizzette erano le migliori, adesso sono spesso "posse" e meno saporite. Idem i famosi gramolini di Galliate. Anche la cordialità è diminuita notevolmente rispetto a quando c'erano i fondatori. Qualche tempo fa abbiamo prenotato una torta senza zucchero in quanto c'era un diabetico tra gli ospiti, il giorno del ritiro la torta non era stata fatta, ci siamo sentiti dire che non avendo il nostro numero di telefono non sapevano come fare per avvisarci.... Pasticceria Vella era un istituzione, ora è solo un vecchio ricordo.

28/08/2024: Conoscevo questo campeggio per la sua piscina, recentemente però ho provato il ristorante in occasione del compleanno di mio padre e devo dire che mi è piaciuto, molto semplice, senza fronzoli, e il personale è molto disponibile.
