07/01/2026: The cappuccino was practically dirty water and the pastry was I don't know how old and hard, they must have changed management because months ago it wasn't like this... too bad.

18/12/2025: I don't know if management has changed. Yesterday I had a terrible experience. I asked for a cappuccino and a croissant. I sat right in front of the counter. I don't know how the girl spilled all the milk overflowing onto the counter floor. I thought she was going to change my cup, but without a second thought, she went to the sink, cleaned the cup with a sink rag, and then put it on the tray. I was upset and was overly polite. I tasted it, and it spilled over the rim. It was a latte macchiato with just a little coffee, obviously, because if you put in the equivalent of two cappuccinos' worth of milk in a cappuccino, it's normal for it to be cold and have little coffee. I politely asked her if she could remake my cappuccino, because if I'd wanted a latte and coffee, I would have asked. I explained that it was cold, and I was polite enough not to mention the disgusting sink I saw. She responded rudely throughout. Result: I told her to keep the cappuccino, paid for the croissant, and left. Learn to live in the world and do the minimum amount of work that's required of you. I pay for a cappuccino, I demand a cappuccino, and a clean one at that.

30/12/2025: A small restaurant in the center of Orta, with a wide selection on the menu and excellent food at a reasonable price. The only downside is that the dining room is a bit small, so reservations are recommended. Otherwise, everything is excellent.

27/12/2025: Polite and friendly staff, nice location, the only flaw is the quality of the food (often frozen), which isn't excellent. I also didn't notice any politely indicated allergens, nor any dishes without frozen ingredients. Recommended only if you're on a budget, as the portions aren't particularly high.

14/06/2025: Non avrei messo neanche una stella se avessi potuto. Assolutamente disorganizzati, maleducati, la mano destra non sa cosa fa la sinistra. Ti obbligano a prenotare on Line , DEVI presentarti assolutamente 15 minuti prima dall’orario indicato nella prenotazione , se no il tavolo viene dato ad altri……. Arriviamo 15 minuti prima……tavolo inesistente, devi fare la fila alla casa per prenotare , dove ci sono i clienti che pagano. Regna la confusione , l’inadeguatezza, l’incompetenza, la maleducazione…. Dopo 20 minuti ci mandano in terrazza. Altri 15 minuti di attesa. Il nostro tavolo viene preparato in Cina. Ci sediamo alle 20:50 alle 220:01 non stiamo ancora cenando. Le birre erano ormai calde, le zanzare banchettavano sotto il tavolo con le nostre gambe. Ad una certa attacca la musica house, e io non vedo ancora la nostra pizza. Nel frattempo la ragazza al tavolo vicino era incinta di 4 mesi…. Ha partorito. Stiamo festeggiando la comunione ….. se continua così arriviamo alla laurea. Ore 22:13 Niente Nel frattempo le pizze al tavolo del puerpera sono arrivate per festeggiare il matrimonio del bimbo. E al nostro tavolo nulla, ma mi suggeriscono che sono i tempi di lievitazione. Finalmente arriva la pizza. Niente da dire buona. Voto 7…. Alla pizza. Concludendo, l’attesa non compensa la qualità delle materie prime.

31/05/2025: Verso le 18,chiedo direttamente al gentile proprietario,presente al bar di prenotarmi un tavolo per 2 persone le 19.30.Arrivismo puntuali e chiediamo del tavolo,nel porticato all aperto ,ci viene risposto che "quello è libero" faccio presente che ho prenotato quindi ci dovrebbe essere un tavolo nel deor non sul marciapiede sotto il porticato vista parcheggio "libero",il cameriere che sicuramente non ha una conoscenza approfondita dell italiano mi risponde comunque " quello è libero" ,ci sediamo di malavoglia,con tavolo con tovagliette in carta e pianta della fioriera praticamente in bocca,ma questo è niente ....ordine veloce pizze altrettanto veloci e qui comincia il bello ...pizza molle neppure parente di quella assaggiata nel locale precedente e dopo 4 minuti il conto ,ma non ho neppure mangiato la pizza ,non mi è mai capitato eppure per piacere viaggio parecchio in Italia e in europa . Ovviamente finita la pizza faccio le mie rimostranze alla proprietaria che mi risponde,ovvio,per evitare il mangia e fuggi,le rispondo che al mare tutti i locali sono all aperto ma nessuno anticipa il conto da saldare alla consegna......morale pizza mediocre e di pizze a Napoli ne ho mangiate parecchie e servizio assurdo,dimenticavo il deor non può essere quello .....ma Cannavacciuolo non aveva assicurato di lasciare il locale in buone mani 🤔

14/12/2025: A true nightmare. The situation was absurd today. Incredible chaos, loud music, and people partying like it was the middle of the night. We tried to complain, but nothing changed. The staff, poor things, were embarrassed in front of everyone. I won't be back because it's impossible.

14/12/2025: Terrible experience. During our visit, there was an event going on with drunk people shouting into microphones at very high volume. We're in a playroom, not a nightclub: many children (and adults) had to cover their ears. The environment is totally unsuitable for little ones. We will never return.

09/09/2025: Very low quality of food, tartar tasteless and rubbery, we returned it, no one asked why. Cesar salad has nothing to do with real Cesar salad, cheap ingredients with low quality. It lacks the real Italian atmosphere. The price does not match the taste experience that is delivered. Big disappointment.

07/09/2025: Very friendly and non english speaking staff. Cosy inventory and fair prices. As for the food, the pizza was a real let down. Prefabricated dough and blend taste. Didn't try other dishes, but if the pizza set the bar for the kitchen, this is a no-go!

27/10/2025: I've been to the MD supermarket, but I didn't have a good experience at all. The supermarket is dirty and the staff is rude. I don't recommend it.

07/05/2025: Nice little place with a young crowd, good ice cream and coffee. Outdoor seating. Friendly staff. From the outside, it's not obvious they sell ice cream, at least... it took me a while to figure that out. Thumbs down for the price of water, which costs twice as much as diesel: 1.50 for half a liter for an essential item. I find it a bad way to make money. Unfortunately, it's not the only one downtown; there are some that sell it for 1 euro anyway.

18/10/2025: We went to this restaurant for a birthday party with 20 people; we found the pizzas cold, with limited choices, and very, very slow service. The real gem, however, came when we got the bill. €500 demanded in a single transaction. THIS IS ABSURD IN 2025! When we pointed out the high price for a single person at the cashier, we were met with a very unpleasant joke: "Why don't you have €500 on your account?" Never again.

17/02/2026: Not recommended, my experience with them, I placed an order in the evening, through Glovo around 9pm, they accepted the order, and did not deliver the food to us, writing that it was being prepared and making us wait until 10pm, and it appears that the restaurant is closed.

05/02/2026: I ordered 4stagione! Excuse me, where are the olives?! 🫒 Always a disaster... 👎🏻 We ordered fried pizza with Nutella and ricotta...disgusting! It looked like they'd put a cat's dad in it! When I asked for clarification on what they'd sent me, they were extremely rude. Furthermore, the pizzas arrived completely cold because the delivery driver got the address wrong twice. I'm sorry to say this, but it was a terrible experience in every way.

21/12/2025: We had an aperitif, terrible idea, they only gave us "leftover" focaccia from the day, we asked for a mix but they only gave us three types of focaccia compared to what was on the counter, very offensive staff, the entire bathroom was broken and there was a risk of getting locked in.

25/09/2025: We ate here three times because we were staying at the campsite. The pizzas are absolutely delicious! Especially the one with burrata and dried ham. We were served quickly each time, and while we waited, our children could play in the large playground next door. Perfect if you have small children! There's a lovely waitress who was very nice with our children. So, this restaurant is definitely recommended.

08/09/2025: Ordered 2 lasagna, cold the first and the second time. If you tell it at the bar they complain it was good and you need to pay everything. If you refuse they argue to call the police. First and last time here.

04/11/2025: This pizzeria is a quiet, clean place, the food is excellent. The pizza is the best I've had from Lombardy to Piedmont. The service is friendly and they prepare it very quickly. The traditional pastries are delicious. They also do home delivery, or you can order and pick up. There's a lovely outdoor seating area for both summer and winter. Salman, the owner, is a wonderful person. Highly recommended, with prices in line with the market. If you want a good kebab or a really good pizza, go to Pizzeria Turkish Kebap 👍

Honestly, it tasted like a microwaved meal, both in quality and presentation. I ended up eating it only because I was hungry. I later expressed my disappointment again, but the response I received was simply, "You should have told me," despite having told them just minutes earlier. No apology, nor any real interest in making amends. It's a shame, because the overall appearance of the hotel is good, and I had a pleasant stay. With some improvements in the kitchen and more careful communication from the staff, the restaurant could really live up to the expectations created by the menu.
