24/08/2025: Pictures are patient. Everything is showing its age. The carpet is always stained and won't go away. The shower is rickety. At least there's air conditioning. The hotel is on a main road, so you can't really leave the window open at night. Breakfast is pretty Italian. It only has paninis to liven things up, but it's adequate. Service was always friendly. The price for the room is great, though.

29/07/2025: I arrived, the table was still to be set, and once it was set we noticed that the tablecloth was dirty, when we arrived the pizza had a hole in the center, and the topping on top was raw, the staff had no desire to serve

The value for money is simply exceptional. It's rare to find a place where you can eat so well, with generous portions and more than fair prices. A place that focuses on true quality, without inflating the bill. Highly recommended for those looking for authentic, tasty cuisine without breaking the bank. I'll definitely be back!

24/03/2025: Con l’amico Luca siamo stati ospiti nella Hostaria Orcobacco di Borgomanero giovedì sera. La scelta è stata fatta in base a commenti positivi che abbiamo raccolto da amici e che ci hanno invitato a provarlo. Il locale all’esterno è anonimo ma entrando si percepisce un’atmosfera piacevole, l’ambiente carino, i tavoli ben disposti e temperatura gradevole, dato che c’è una bella stufa in ceramica. Il menù è esposto su una lavagna a tutta parete, si compone di 3 antipasti, 3 primi, 3 secondi e 3 dolci. Discorda da quello inserito sul sito dove vi sono 4 secondi. La nostra scelta è ricaduta su: Flan di topinambur con fonduta di toma Maccagno, il flan aveva un gusto appena appena accennato, la fonduta ha dato un po’ di tono. Crema di vongole veraci con pane croccante alle erbe e crumble di guanciale, al mio amico piacciono i toni decisi per cui lo ha apprezzato. Agnolotti ripieni di gorgonzola riserva con pere decana e burro alla maggiorana, la pasta piuttosto spessa (va a gusti) il gorgonzola riserva sovrastava il piatto. Petto d'anatra con purè di pastinaca, salsa al whisky e amarene, purtroppo ho dovuto far togliere le amarene per una mia problematica ed il piatto è stato inevitabilmente trasformato. La carne era cotta, il purè era ben eseguito, il tutto di mio gradimento. Tiramisù classico, purtroppo non ci siamo proprio… i savoiardi erano asciutti e con troppo mascarpone. Una vera delusione. Servizio cortese e molto presente. Il conto ammonta a 104 euro, con due calici di franciacorta, i prezzi del menu sono tutti esposti sul sito. È un locale da provare.

28/06/2025: Scandalous and senseless treatment. I am passing through Novara, I go in and ask for frozen yogurt and the person serving me looks at me with disdain and asks me which one. I ask which cups there are, he points them out to me and I choose the two euro one. When I ask what fruit to put in it, he replies that it is enough to read and that my behavior is exaggerated. I make too many requests. Exaggerated because I ask for information on what to put on yogurt in a place I have never been to and that I do not know?!! I left shocked without buying, obviously.

10/05/2025: The hotel is in a good position for those who need to reach the industrial area of ​​Cameri, but a little far from the centre. The rooms are not very large but they were clean, at least inside, in fact on the balcony of my terrace there was an ashtray left there full of butts (I don't smoke). However, the general appearance of the hotel gave the impression of an older structure. Breakfast and dinner completely worth reviewing!

15/05/2025: Lo proviamo una sera, locale ampio e spazioso. Prezzi alti ma pizza veramente buona e leggera. Unica note dolente (ma non per colpa del personale) locale quando pieno veramente caotico... Molti tavoli vicini.. comunque da provare.

13/04/2025: Il servizio è molto professionale, il personale di sala sempre gentile ed educato. La cucina veramente TOP e la pizza è sicuramente la migliore a Novara. Location bella , ordinata e molto pulita e curata !!!!

08/09/2025: Friendly baristas and a relaxed clientele, great for breakfast. Accessible via ramp and steps. Outdoor seating and table service. They bring cappuccinos with water and a chocolate bar. We had a great time.

11/08/2025: WARNING This restaurant is a scam. We went there for dinner with two people on a Sunday evening around 9 p.m. There were no other guests in the restaurant, which we found odd. We were greeted by an older woman wearing an apron and shown to a table. There was no menu. Without us realizing it, the woman sold us a two-course meal with a bottle of wine and a bottle of water. A young woman served us; she spoke English and was friendly. When we asked about the price, the young woman had to ask the older woman first. €50 per person. This seemed reasonable to us. We were given six appetizers and then vitello tonato. During the meal, we couldn't use the restroom; it was out of order and there was no alternative. Immediately after clearing the vitello tonato, the older woman told us the restaurant was closed. We had to pay and leave immediately, even though our bottle of wine was only half empty. A thunderstorm was raging outside. The woman literally threw us out onto the street in the pouring rain. We want to warn everyone. This restaurant is not okay.

18/06/2025: Terrible service, I ordered two coffees, they forgot, I had to call them back, there were only two customers who came in later, and were served first, when they brought us the coffee one was hot the other was cold, strange, they didn't make the two coffees together...

26/07/2025: Bene, bravi, veloci, cortesi anche col mio cane. Ottimo il carpaccio che si scioglieva in bocca, una scoperta positiva i carciofi col groviera, idem per la lonza con le pesche. Buonissimi i ravioloni. Non abbiamo preso i dolci, ma il carrello era di tutto rispetto, prezzo onesto.

01/05/2025: Lungo strada con comodo parcheggio. Servizio veloce, prezzi più che onesti. Spesso hanno anche il prezzo fisso con roba davvero buona. Noi abbiamo fatto un menù prezzo fisso e uno no. Il fisso con 14€ abbiamo preso una lasagna super e una trota salmonata con contorno. Bevande e coperto sono a parte. Ma veramente bravi! Sia per l’offerta che per il cibo vario e buonissimo!

10/06/2025: Fuimos y nos fuimos por lo grosero que era el camarero, que resultó ser el dueño. Nunca volveremos a este lugar aunque fuera el único abierto.

26/04/2025: Posizione stupenda in riva al lago, specie il dehors. Cibo ottimo e buon vino. Ci ritornerò sicuramente anche in altre stagioni.
