18/01/2025: The two stars are for the morning service because in the evening I have always found myself well, both in terms of service and quality of the products. I went in in the morning for a coffee, I understand the confusion of the moment but not a greeting, in fact I was totally ignored and after waiting a long time people who arrived after me were served. I left because I find such rudeness and discourtesy towards customers unacceptable. If I go back it will only be in the evening.

31/10/2024: Almost every day I have been dining at Re Matto for a long time: well-prepared food and a variety of menus are a guarantee of satisfaction! The girls are serious and concentrated in their work but, as soon as possible: away with jokes and laughter! I wanted to give "only" 4 stars to the environment because I'm not a fan of warm light bulbs, but it's just a matter of taste. You are fantastic!

The only point that has always left me perplexed is the size of the place, but there are few of them like this, so the fact that there are a lot of people on weekends in an overall small environment, when you can't use the area, doesn't even matter that much. external.

30/03/2025: Esperienza pessima e negativamente indimenticabile. Disorganizzazione a 360 gradi, sia per la prenotazione che per le ordinazioni e i piatti. Personale scortese e maleducato dai camerieri alla cassiera. Prezzi medio-alti per piatti scadenti. Per di piú trovato nel mio piatto 1 pelo e in altri piatti trovato pezzi di cibo di altri piatti, come un’oliva in una pizza margherita e una patatina fritta in mezzo agli gnocchi fritti, rischioso nel caso qualcuno avesse allergie. Sconsigliato vivamente sia da me che dai miei 21 amici che erano con me.

30/03/2025: La qualità e le porzioni delle pietanze sono buone, la location passabile, il giovane personale molto gentile ma il servizio.... inaccettabile. In tavolo da sette, piatti serviti scaglionati e uno in ritardo. Risotto arrivato tiepido. E prezzo complessivo ingiustificatamente alto.

20/03/2025: Now professionalism is optional! Staff friendly as always.. as a regular customer!!! I ordered some zeppole to celebrate with my family. I go to pick them up, we eat them and what's inside? ZABAIONE CREAM!!!! Are you kidding me?! Without telling me anything about this variant I bought them for children. Obviously no one ate them because the alcohol was evident and I had to throw them all away. Money wasted! I think you have to say if you make something different from the original recipe and not pass them off as normal zeppole. I'm not the only one who has had this happen to me, but other friends have also found the surprise. So from here it is clear that they have not informed anyone of this variant. NEVER AGAIN.

28/03/2025: Easy-going place, very kind and helpful staff, we had the fried calamari and I have to say they were really excellent!!..very tender and dry of oil, the French fries were also very tasty which are usually always a bit so-so...we saw pizzas of all sizes being churned out in an impressive quantity, so I deduce they are very popular because they are appreciated. Modest place but I highly recommend it. Excellent prices.

20/02/2025: I had the pleasure of having lunch at [Isopo Filippo's Orchidea pizzeria restaurant] recently and I was absolutely impressed. From the moment I entered, I was greeted with a warm smile by the very friendly Waitress Marta and a welcoming atmosphere. The menu offers a wide selection of delicious dishes, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Each course was an explosion of flavours, impeccably presented. The service was extraordinary. You can clearly perceive the dedication and passion they put into their work. In summary, it is a jewel in the heart of FARA NOVARESE and definitely worth a visit. Thanks for the great service. I will definitely be back soon!

03/02/2025: Posso davvero definirla una bella ESPERIENZA. Location particolare, staff gentile e disponibile, la signora Fabrizia una bravissima padrona di casa e una cuoca eccellente. Cena tipicamente piemontese ma si denota una grande passione e ricerca delle migliori materie prime. Ritorneremo.

16/03/2025: We stayed in Orta for two days and had the opportunity to have two breakfasts and snacks in this bar. We had a great time, very helpful and hospitable staff. Delicious sweets. Very welcoming environment with a view of the Island of San Giulio. Highly recommended.
