18/01/2025: The two stars are for the morning service because in the evening I have always found myself well, both in terms of service and quality of the products. I went in in the morning for a coffee, I understand the confusion of the moment but not a greeting, in fact I was totally ignored and after waiting a long time people who arrived after me were served. I left because I find such rudeness and discourtesy towards customers unacceptable. If I go back it will only be in the evening.

14/01/2025: Small central bar, not located on the streets and therefore outside the restricted traffic zone, therefore always reachable by car. The seating is limited, but the counter is large due to its considerable length, over which the surface dedicated to customer consumption is well distributed. External area with other seats, excellent in summer, with hedges on 3 sides to obscure the view from the outside, to protect customers' privacy. You can't order food, but it's an excellent café and the breakfast is always top-notch: try the Moroccan coffee with Nutella shell and freshly squeezed orange juice. The staff alternates between a man and a woman, quick and apparently of few words but very professional, polite and informed on all products, including tobacconists, given that they additionally offer this useful service with the presence of vending machines for hours outside outside the opening hours of the venue.

29/12/2024: Siamo stati trattati in modo molto maleducato come se andando lì stessimo facendo un favore alla commessa alla cassa. Essere umiliati in questo modo è svilente oltre che infondere in noi un malessere che ci ha fatto gustare in modo negativo una pizza che era già pessima. Sicuramente non torneremo mai più e diremo a tutti i nostri conoscenti di evitare questo posto. Spero che chi legga questa recensione faccia lo stesso.

22/08/2024: The pizza is good, on Wednesday evenings there is an offer that says you pay 5 euros for pizzas apart from those priced at 7.00 and up. I ordered a pizza for 7.00 euros and I thought it was part of the offer but no, I had to pay full price. I recommend correcting the flyer by writing: "From 7.00 euros (inclusive) upwards"

25/03/2025: I often enjoy a fixed menu working lunch, always the choice between three-four first courses, three-4 second courses and side dishes, courteous service, plentiful and tasty cuisine, 12 euros well spent including water and coffee, in short, I'll definitely go back 💪👍💪

14/03/2025: Definitely not recommended in the evening. Price not consistent with the basic rules of catering. Anyone who says they ate well has no idea what "eating well" means. From the mozzarella cut into four on the cheese plate (let's leave out the type of mozzarella) to wine apparently in a bottle without a label, to tagliatelle with sautéed canned mushrooms.... 03/11/2024: I give 2 stars only for the wonderful view of the lake and the fortress of Angera, and for the courtesy of the staff. Given that I limit myself to evaluating what I tasted, I must say that I have rarely eaten such a poor first course and starter. We opted to try "local porcini" (as stated on the menu). In such a restaurant you are sure to land on your feet. The appetizer, polenta and porcini mushrooms, a riot of brine mixed with mushrooms that completely covered the flavor of the porcini mushrooms. Pointing this out to the waiter, who kindly asked us "how was it?", we expected that there wouldn't be the same sauce on the tagliolini... We were wrong. Tagliolini covered in a very salty mushroom sauce. A great shame, the outdoor area of ​​the place deserves a lot. We left without even having coffee due to disappointment. Alas, we won't be returning.

28/01/2025: I took a piadina with vegetable strips which was quite pitiful and the French fries, which in addition to being charred, also looked old, the only good thing was the Sprite, which cleaned up the bad taste of the little I ate because I threw away all in the bin, all for €14.80. Next time I'll stop at McDonald's, which won't be all health, but at least the stuff doesn't look terrible.
